The Team:
As an IT Service Engineer at Celonis, you will be a vital part of our international IT Service Team, responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across the company. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating IT-related issues for Celonis employees globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with hands-on expertise in both macOS and Windows environments who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international workplace. The work you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests from employees, resolving issues or escalating tickets as necessary.
- Provide hands-on support for both macOS and Windows platforms, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with the global IT Service Team to resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals, including desktop and laptop systems (macOS and Windows), network printers, and video conferencing systems (Google Meet/MS Teams).
- Support mobile devices, including smartphones, through mobile device management platforms like Intune and Kandji
- Ensure clear and effective communication with users to understand, document, and resolve their IT issues.
- Perform basic repairs and replacements for computing equipment when needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for common issues to improve IT service efficiency.
- Participate in a shift-based support schedule to ensure coverage across global time zones.
The qualifications you need:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both macOS and Windows environments.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks and fundamental network troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in M365 administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune and Kandji
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining network components such as video conferencing systems (Google Meet/MS Teams) and network printers.

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly autonomous Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to serve as a versatile technical architect across the organization. In this hands-on role, you will act as the “Automation Engine,” directly impacting company efficiency and scalability by orchestrating end-to-end technical solutions. You will be responsible for connecting, transforming, and managing data flows across our entire systems stack through AI-driven automation.
We are looking for an individual who embodies extreme ownership: someone capable of proactively engaging stakeholders, unblocking challenges, and getting things done.
The Work You'll Do:
- Design and Build: Develop and implement robust, scalable AI automation workflows using Make as the primary integration platform to connect core business systems, with particular focus on Workday as our primary ERP.
- Orchestrate and Integrate: Take full ownership of technical solutions, managing data flows, transformations, and database manipulation to ensure seamless integration between tools — including Workday Finance and Workday HCM
- Innovate with AI: Proactively explore, evaluate, and implement AI applications (both within and outside of Make) to boost our solutions and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate and Engage: Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR/P&C,IT and other departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and systems capability.
- Experiment and Secure: Champion experimentation by testing new technologies while balancing innovation with a mindful approach to security, data integrity, and scalability — especially when handling sensitive financial and people data in Workday.
- Govern and Document: Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for automation workflows and integrations. Support the implementation of governance frameworks, including Workday integration standards and change management practices.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Independently diagnose complex, cross-system issues. Identify architectural gaps and risks across end-to-end process flows. Propose creative solutions with trade-off analysis, and align recommendations to the team mission of enabling scalable, reliable, and compliant operations.
- Mentor and Enable: Mentor junior colleagues. Share domain knowledge through training, documentation, and team rituals. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
The Qualifications You'll Need:
- Deep Automation Expertise: 4+ years building production-grade automation workflows with Make (preferred), n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate. You design multi-step integrations with proper error handling, retries, and auditability — and you write scripts (Python and/or JavaScript) when no-code isn't enough. You understand API-based integrations, data modelling, and how to build systems that hold up at scale.
- Workday Integration Experience: Solid hands-on experience across Workday Finance and/or HCM — not just configuration, but a real understanding of the underlying data models and how Finance and P&C teams rely on Workday as their system of record. Practical experience building or maintaining integrations using EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, or the Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Practical AI Application: Demonstrable experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents, to solve real business problems. You can evaluate AI tools critically, build structured POCs, and write clear assessment summaries — you bring pragmatism, not hype.
- “Get it Done” Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a bias for action. You thrive in fast-paced environments where requirements might change.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven communication skills and the confidence to engage with Finance and P&C stakeholders as well as technical teams, challenge assumptions, and communicate with radical candor.

The Team:
The Learning & Leadership Development team is the center of expertise for all topics around Talent Development, Company Leadership, Learning & Development as well as Onboarding. We are a global team with colleagues located around the globe.
The Role:
As an integral part of our Learning & Leadership Development team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our Celonauts and Leaders. You'll assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various programs and initiatives, often partnering with teams across Celonis to bring these impactful learning experiences to life.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning, coordinating, managing logistics, communication, and execution of learning programs, workshops, and events.
- Support the development and maintenance of learning materials, resources, and online content.
- Support with Workday LMS management.
- Support the team in marketing and communicating learning opportunities to ensure high engagement.
- Provide support for our learning platforms (e.g., Workday LMS, O'Reilly, Rosetta Stone), including user management and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist in conducting research into leading L&D providers, industry trends, and innovative learning methodologies to continually enhance our offerings, and support vendor coordination as needed.
- Help manage, track, and analyze training attendance, gather feedback, evaluate program effectiveness, and generate reports that inform our strategy.
- Contribute to the maintenance and creation of engaging and informative team pages on the Celonis intranet.
- Leverage your creative skills to help design learning experiences.
The qualifications you need:
- Student in Business Administration / Organizational Psychology / Human Resources or a related field in an international environment preferred (e.g. semester abroad)
- Passionate about learning and development or have at best already gained experience in Learning & Development (either through a first internship or university project)
- Think analytically, work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus).
- Show extraordinary engagement with extracurricular activities e.g. student consultancy or student club, or volunteering.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Agile way of working, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Very detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy.
- Knowledge and experience with instructional design is a plus and ability to demonstrate creative ways to design and develop learning content.

The Team:
As an IT Service Engineer at Celonis, you will be a vital part of our international IT Service Team, responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across the company. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating IT-related issues for Celonis employees globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with hands-on expertise in both macOS and Windows environments who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international workplace. A willingness to work in a shift-based support model is essential to ensure global coverage and timely support.
The work you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests from employees, resolving issues or escalating tickets as necessary.
- Provide hands-on support for both macOS and Windows platforms, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with the global IT Service Team to resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals, including desktop and laptop systems (macOS and Windows), network printers, and video conferencing systems (Google Meet/MS Teams).
- Support mobile devices, including smartphones, through mobile device management platforms like Intune and Kandji
- Ensure clear and effective communication with users to understand, document, and resolve their IT issues.
- Perform basic repairs and replacements for computing equipment when needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for common issues to improve IT service efficiency.
- Participate in a shift-based support schedule to ensure coverage across global time zones.
The qualifications you need:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both macOS and Windows environments.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks and fundamental network troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in M365 administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune and Kandji
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining network components such as video conferencing systems (Google Meet/MS Teams) and network printers.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is motivated to provide excellent customer service and continuous improvement in IT processes.
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification.

The role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the direction and execution of innovation across Celonis Labs, managing a diverse portfolio that spans exploratory products, new business solutions, and partner integrations. By tracking emerging trends and leveraging the latest cloud technologies and AI, you will transform bold ideas into tangible products. The pace is fast. The impact is wide.
You will work closely with our technology and customer engagement experts and guide innovation projects from problem identification through solution design and implementation. You will validate ideas and incubate the strongest ones. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the company strategy.
The work you’ll do
- Discover and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities by researching emerging technologies, industry trends, customer needs or partner opportunities to influence the innovation roadmap
- Develop robust business cases and scope E2E solution blueprints for new business models, translating complex requirements into detailed functional designs that integrate core product capabilities with third-party partner offerings
- Embrace the opportunity of applying AI capabilities to visualize your ideas & concepts with first prototypes to get early validation
- Define project goals and own the end-to-end execution of validation strategies to test the technical, market, and strategic viability, integrating findings directly into functional requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to validate Labs research and steward prototypes to scalable implementation and production use
The qualifications you need
- Proven track record of 8+ years as a Product Manager or Solution Architect in a B2B high-growth SaaS or PaaS environments
- Demonstrated passion for exploring uncharted territories and experience in shepherding early stage concepts through validation, incubation, and into production readiness
- Ability and desire to understand and deeply research new and emerging technologies with a passion for experimentation in early-stage environments
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into impactful customer experiences and executable work for technical teams
- Ability to lead by example within cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic driver while remaining a hands-on executor. You do not wait. You drive
