The Creative Manager plays a key role in bringing the Hawthorne brand to life across our portfolio. This position leads the planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing projects while also contributing directly to design and content development.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and reflective of Hawthorne’s mission. From campaign concepts to community-level materials, this position ensures every detail is thoughtful, consistent, and impactful.
Creative Manager | Job Functions
Creative Development & Design
- Act as creative design lead for marketing graphics and illustrations
- Execute design work across a variety of formats, including:
- Digital campaigns
- Social media content
- Print collateral and signage
- Email and promotional materials
- Translate marketing and brand strategy into visually compelling, on-brand creative
- Provide creative direction across projects, ensuring a cohesive visual and storytelling approach
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets, ensuring alignment with Hawthorne’s brand standards
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials reflect Hawthorne’s voice, tone, and visual identity
Project Management & Execution
- Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects—from intake and briefing through final delivery
- Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with marketing priorities
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
Creative Asset & System Management
- Manage and maintain internal creative asset management systems, ensuring all assets are organized, accessible, and up to date
- Establish and enforce standards for file naming, version control, and asset organization
- Oversee the lifecycle of creative assets, ensuring teams are using the most current, approved materials
- Partner with teams to streamline asset access and improve efficiency across marketing and on-site teams
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with leadership to align creative initiatives with broader marketing and brand strategy
- Partner with Corporate and Community Teams to meet creative goals while maintaining brand consistency

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing or related fields
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Figma
- Experience in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality strongly preferred.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation

- Strong self-management skills
- Oversees timelines and proactively advances projects to ensure on-time completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regularly
- Comfort working autonomously and cross-functionally

Role Overview
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate is a selective, high-impact role designed to accelerate the development of the next generation of commercial leaders at Legend Biotech.
LEAP Associates participate in a structured, end-to-end commercial development experience spanning key commercial functions, paired with real accountability, senior leader exposure, and hands-on ownership of meaningful business work. The program is intentionally designed for high-potential professionals who have demonstrated strong execution, leadership maturity, and a desire to grow into broader commercial leadership roles within biotech.

- Experience using a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)
- An understanding of selling in partnership with the channel ecosystem.

- Prior experience managing a territory based quota
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to run demos to C-level executives (decision makers)

The Customer Experience Solutions Specialist (CX Solutions Specialist) plays a key role in shaping and executing the strategy for our core front-of-house technology platforms and CX programs. This position enhances the resident experience and improves operational efficiency across our communities. Leveraging expertise in multifamily technology, data-driven insights, and technical acumen, this role optimizes customer-facing platforms to deliver a superior, people-first resident journey. Customer Experience Solutions Specialist | Job Functions
Product Strategy
- Develop and optimize Hawthorne’s key technology platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive product enhancements by prioritizing business needs and staying up to date with the most current product updates and features.

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Role Summary:
The Manager, Process Server Experience & Communications owns the communication systems, education strategy, and engagement programs that shape how ABC Legal's process server network experiences the platform. This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format.
This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams.
Reports to: VP, Process Server Network
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
- Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
- Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
- Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
- Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
- Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
- Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
- Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
- Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience
Qualifications:
- Experience managing communications or content programs for a distributed, non-desk audience (gig workers, field technicians, drivers, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms (such as HubSpot or similar tools), including the ability to build and launch basic campaigns
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, conversational, and empathetic tone — able to translate complex information into plain language
- Demonstrated ability to move work forward efficiently, prioritizing progress and iteration over perfection
- Background or exposure to performance support, human-centered design, instructional design, or related fields
- Experience coordinating cross-functional communication across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Comfort with LMS platforms and a willingness to quickly learn new tools

Role Summary:
The Manager, Process Server Experience & Communications owns the communication systems, education strategy, and engagement programs that shape how ABC Legal's process server network experiences the platform. This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format.
This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams.
Reports to: VP, Process Server Network
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
- Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
- Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
- Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
- Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
- Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
- Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
- Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
- Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience
Qualifications:
- Experience managing communications or content programs for a distributed, non-desk audience (gig workers, field technicians, drivers, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms (such as HubSpot or similar tools), including the ability to build and launch basic campaigns
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, conversational, and empathetic tone — able to translate complex information into plain language
- Demonstrated ability to move work forward efficiently, prioritizing progress and iteration over perfection
- Background or exposure to performance support, human-centered design, instructional design, or related fields
- Experience coordinating cross-functional communication across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Comfort with LMS platforms and a willingness to quickly learn new tools

Your Impact
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key player in deploying and supporting Axon’s software solutions directly within law enforcement agencies. About You
The Business Development Manager - Louisiana/Arkansas will be responsible for executing and exceeding sales goals for Nutrafol within your defined territory - Louisiana and Arkansas.
While Nutrafol is a distributed, remote-first company, the successful candidate for this role must reside within the assigned region (Louisiana/Arkansas) and be located near a major airport, as this role requires travel in this market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the promotion, sale and training of our Nutrafol product portfolio within your accounts. You should be focused on a consistent, customer-centric approach bringing value to the practice and focus on growing share. BDM’s are responsible for cultivating both new and existing accounts, providing superior customer service, continued education and training throughout the practice. You should place a heavy focus on educating them of promotions, campaigns and marketing resources to help grow the business and build committed prescribers and sale of Nutrafol to their patients. You will be responsible for growing the business within your current accounts and very importantly, increasing new account opening and sales on a consistent basis. Your call point is to all Health Care Professionals who do both aesthetics, and those who see male and female patients concerned with hair retention and overall health.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Promote and sell products to all potential prospects within your territory.
- Professionally implement strategic initiatives and sales activity to increase Nutrafol sales and market share.
- Drive product promotion through the implementation and delivery of approved marketing items and approved field-based promotions.
- Provide ‘White Glove’ service and support with a customer-centric, Practice building approach.

Conducting hands-on failure analysis investigations
Planning and executing laboratory tests
Conducting field inspections

Assist with the preparation of critique reports examining the conclusions of other experts
Assist with the preparation of technical reports

Prepare for and attend hearings, trials and mediations
Manage the day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements
QUALIFICATIONS
Requisite professional designations and work experience:
PhD in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Or a MS degree and 5+ years of prior experience in engineering consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication
Specialized knowledge of materials characterization techniques like SEM, EDS, XPS, Auger, SIMS, FTIR, X-ray
Strong expert report writing skills to complement analytics
Able to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations and develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems
The ability to manage and prioritize your time and your team’s time, potentially against a backdrop of competing deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills
The desire to lead, auxiliary tasks associated with a growing practice within a rapidly growing firm
The ability to travel as-needed
