About You
Nutrafol is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Analytics & Data Science to bring senior measurement leadership and advanced modeling capability to our marketing analytics function. This role partners with an established marketing analytics team that is actively driving the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional unification of measurement across brand, growth, and retention.
We're looking for a senior measurement leader with hands-on data science depth to support and elevate an established marketing analytics team. About You
We are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Measurement to define and lead how performance is measured across the business. This role defines both what we measure and how measurement is experienced, ensuring our approach is modern, scalable, and embedded into how decisions are made.
This role is part of the Enterprise Measurement Center of Excellence and operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, aligning Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations around a shared measurement approach. You will elevate measurement maturity across the organization through clear standards, governance, and enablement, and drive adoption through influence rather than authority.
This role is critical to establishing enterprise-level measurement rigor, formalizing metric governance, and improving the speed, clarity, and accessibility of insights across the organization. Success requires moving beyond dashboards to build measurement systems that shape how the organization prioritizes investments, evaluates performance, and drives growth.
You’ll report into the SVP, Enterprise Measurement & Business Management, and will oversee a team of three across Business Intelligence.

About You
We are seeking an experienced dietary supplement formulator to join the Nutrafol Formulation team. You will serve as a primary formulator for Nutrafol supplements, evaluating the functional ingredient landscape to identify novel ingredients with strong science, potency, bioavailability, and regulatory clearance. You will evaluate internal and third party scientific research as it pertains to human physiology, nutrition science, and mechanisms of action that connect the ingredients to the structure and function of the hair and/or skin. You will be accountable for staying up-to-date on functional ingredient innovation (internal and external) and competitor advancements, translating those insights into differentiated formula profiles, along with ensuring ingredient-level benefits can be substantiated. A successful candidate will be able to bridge their strong science background into actionable recommendations for product development, along with sharing complex scientific material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Formulation and will interface across multiple departments at Nutrafol, within Unilever, and with external physicians with the goal of advancing Nutrafol’s scientific expertise and thought leadership in the hair wellness space.

This candidate must possess the ability to deliver/exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans, while communicating and collaborating daily with internal teams. Ideally, this candidate is experienced in hair and wellness, with a deep understanding of an open-sell, multi-branded environment. While Nutrafol is a remote company, this field role requires an on-site presence in Ulta locations in the assigned territory (Southeast). Candidates for this role should be based in the Tampa, Florida area.

About You
Nutrafol is looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Manager of Digital Product Analytics to lead analytics for Nutrafol.com and the Nutrafol App. This role will drive insights that shape roadmap prioritization, optimize conversion and retention, and ensure accurate measurement across web, subscription, and app experiences.
You will own ecommerce business and content strategy reporting for Nutrafol.com and the app. Additionally, you will oversee the CRO analytics practice including opportunity identification, test design support, and readouts of A/B test results.
This leader will oversee one Senior Associate Analyst responsible for weekly business reporting and will partner closely with Product, Growth, Engineering, CRM, and Marketing to create insight-driven digital experiences that accelerate growth.

About You
The Business Development Manager - Louisiana/Arkansas will be responsible for executing and exceeding sales goals for Nutrafol within your defined territory - Louisiana and Arkansas.
While Nutrafol is a distributed, remote-first company, the successful candidate for this role must reside within the assigned region (Louisiana/Arkansas) and be located near a major airport, as this role requires travel in this market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the promotion, sale and training of our Nutrafol product portfolio within your accounts. You should be focused on a consistent, customer-centric approach bringing value to the practice and focus on growing share. BDM’s are responsible for cultivating both new and existing accounts, providing superior customer service, continued education and training throughout the practice. You should place a heavy focus on educating them of promotions, campaigns and marketing resources to help grow the business and build committed prescribers and sale of Nutrafol to their patients. You will be responsible for growing the business within your current accounts and very importantly, increasing new account opening and sales on a consistent basis. Your call point is to all Health Care Professionals who do both aesthetics, and those who see male and female patients concerned with hair retention and overall health.
