About the Role
SharkNinja doesn't do ordinary — and neither does this role. As Finance Director, Assistant Controller EMEA, you'll be the technical and operational backbone of financial controllership across the region, reporting to the Senior Finance Director EMEA. This isn't a maintenance job. You'll be driving material weakness remediation, hardening the SOX control environment, and holding the line on US GAAP compliance — all while supporting one of the fastest-scaling consumer products companies on the planet.
You'll need to move fast, think clearly under pressure, and pivot without losing grip on what matters: accurate numbers, clean controls, and a finance team that operates at the pace of the business.

The Revenue Enablement Manager – Readiness & Content, ensures commercial teams have the right assets and plays at the right moment. You own how enablement content is created, governed, distributed and optimised to support faster execution and higher quality deals, globally.

Bonus Points
Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£32,800 - £41,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

Role Description
You will be responsible for supporting the senior team members on the delivery of meaningful insights and strategic direction across the agency’s full range of digital marketing disciplines (including SEO, Biddable Media, Content and Social), in addition to primary research and audience insights.
Your day-to-day role will involve providing insights to senior team members across our Research & Insights and Solutions departments to use when shaping their digital marketing strategies or compiling consultancy projects. You will also be asked to attend client QBRs in order to discuss your findings and provide context. Working with customers across the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and growth of your portfolio across a variety of customers.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying a path to increase the breadth and depth of GoCardless usage and value across the customers footprint. You will need to work closely with your account team to map the scope by customer, identify stakeholders, assess risk/opportunity and create an execution plan.

Role Description

The Assurance Manager is a key role in the Financial Crime Compliance team, that reports directly into the Group MLRO and will be responsible for operating the second line oversight framework. As an SDR, your main goal will be to prospect and qualify new business opportunities with senior decision-makers across the UK&I. You will work highly collaboratively with experienced Sales Account Executives to win new business.
You will be responsible for introducing GoCardless to new customers, identifying their pains, uncovering opportunities, and growing the pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, video and phone calls. This will entail researching and identifying relevant stakeholders in the sales decision-making process.
You don't necessarily need prior experience although having some sales, customer facing experience in any setting (recruitment, property sales, B2B, B2C) would be a plus. GoCardless will train you to become an expert on the value proposition and the market.
Tech/SaaS sales is a career with a clear growth path. GoCardless provides you with an opportunity to progress into a closing Account Executive role over time.
