Your Responsibilities

As the Dental Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a critical liaison between the clinical staff, administrative team, and patients. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications.

About the Role

You Will

• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including hiring, performance management, terminations, employee relations, internal investigations, and compliance

• Assist with internal investigations related to employee concerns, and advise on appropriate resolutions

The base salary range for this position is $136,800 - $184,800. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Pay Range

$120,000 - $160,000

The pay range represents the expected full-time base salary for this role at the time of posting. Summary of Job:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. This role is designed to complement existing Regional Business Manager (RBM) coverage by placing primary emphasis on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral network activation.

In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools
• Serve as a field integrator to help ensure potential patients are identified throughout the diagnostic journey

Territory Strategy & Data-Driven Execution

Job Requirements:

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in science or business required. 

Experience

The anticipated salary for this position will be $185,500 to $202,000.  The Service Operations Coordinator plays a critical cross-functional role, bridging administrative efficiency, contract management, and billing accuracy to support the success of the service department. This position ensures service work is properly prepared, documented, costed, and invoiced in a timely and accurate manner while identifying and improving underlying processes. It requires close coordination with technicians, finance, and leadership to streamline operations and improve financial performance.  

Primary Functions: 

• Coordinate and manage PM contracts, including renewals and compliance tracking.
• Prepare accurate service work orders, tickets, and cases for billing readiness.
• Cost jobs correctly and track financial metrics for service work.
• Ensure technicians' time entries and notes are accurate in all systems.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure timely job invoicing.
• Aim to invoice jobs within 15 days of completion.
• Assist with commission calculations and complete supporting documentation.
• Track and report technician lead payment programs.

The Resident Services Coordinator provides support and referral services to a population of residents in subsidized multifamily properties. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Food Service Assistant at Bezos Academy, you’ll help provide nutritious, compliant meals to children at our tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool and provide direct support with a variety of additional tasks both in and out of the classroom. Compensation varies based on location and work being performed. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $50-55 per hour. Employees may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions. The successful candidate’s actual pay will also be based on qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

The Manager, Process Server Experience & Communications owns the communication systems, education strategy, and engagement programs that shape how ABC Legal's process server network experiences the platform. This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format. 

This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in compliance and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Onboarding Support & Orientation

• Prepare materials and supplies for hourly new hire orientation sessions.

What you'll do:

• The Operations Supervisor will lead, manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintain compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Use software to keep records, edit, and manage the inventory flow
• The Operations Supervisor will focus on the productivity, process, and quality of warehouse operations through warehouse KPIs
