Position Overview

Position Overview
This Technician II position will contribute to the ongoing success of ecoATM Operations by performing repairs on returned kiosk parts and PCs, running failure analysis, logging findings, and repairing kiosks and performing Kiosk Commissioning. Position also requires that the technician prepare service parts, kits and items so that they are shipment ready.
Key Responsibilities
- An intimate familiarity with and the ability to use common hand tools, screwdrivers, hammers, multimeters, wrenches, and hand drills.
- Run failure analysis on incoming electrical and mechanical parts and log information into computer-based tracking tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting of programming, power sources, and electrical analysis; including escalation to engineering.
- Repair, test, and configure PCs and all components for field use.
- Repair, refurbish, test, configure, and pack kiosks and kiosks parts to support field replacements or network expansion. Work includes validating and commissioning for deployment.
- Using online tools such as Salesforce to receive part orders and to update critical equipment data.
- Keep work area organized, develop standard work instruction, file paper documents, return tools and equipment to specified storage locations, dispose of scrap & garbage, daily.
- Responsible for Quality and final inspections of units prepped or repaired to return to the field.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate (two-year technical) degree, a diploma from a technical or vocational school or equivalent military training program and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- A+ certification or equivalent experience (2+ years of computer, computer operations, network, communications, or related technical experience) preferred.
- Experience with software configuration: Microsoft Windows drivers, Microsoft Windows peripheral component configuration utilities, and web-based management tools for PCs and network equipment preferred.
- Experience with configuration / adjustment of electro-mechanical systems including mechanical adjustments, firmware programming, basic electrical system troubleshooting preferred.
- Prior experience in technical field is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Requires basic knowledge of the principles of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced repair/remanufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with team members.
- Computer skills needed include, but are not limited to familiarity with PCs, subcomponents and peripherals; Windows OS (Win10 primarily); basic networking TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting; MS Office; and various web-based applications.

- Be able to work overtime / occasional odd hours.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs and push a 1000lb+ kiosk (on wheels) frequently throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the workday.
- Ability to be standing for large portions of the workday

Position Overview:
The Transaction Review Specialist (TRS) will be a member of the Transaction Services team. The TR Specialist will be primarily responsible for ensuring every approved consumer transaction is correctly documented in the ecoATM database and meets the required criteria for an approved transaction. The position requires the ability to remain focused while quickly and thoroughly reviewing ecoATM transactions. Accordingly, attention to detail is a must.
Please note: This position is full time with a 40 hour work week. The role will require a flexible shift schedule with the ability to work nights/weekends.
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and editing
- Review daily customer transaction data to ensure accuracy of information, including but not limited to, state identification fields populated, authorized identification used by customer, IDV agent decision-making regarding customer approval
- Generate reports for various law enforcement jurisdictions using local database, pdf process, or online forms
- Review online documentation for potential fraudulent, utilizing provided tools to determine verification of information
- Running weekly reports for law enforcement dissemination
- Online article tracking for identified state jurisdictions
- Review reports and flag suspicious activity; provide verification and communication of identified activity
- Provide data review and product knowledge support to other departments to ensure optimal kiosk and online customer experience
Additional Duties:
- Approve or deny transactions with consumers based off of the requirements for conducting business with ecoATM (ID Verification)
- Perform timely and accurate verifications, as requested
- Review real-time devices and accurately detect device condition (PGV)
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED or 1+ year experience in retail or fast-paced environment, to include 6+ months of data entry/verification experience required
- Experience in a call center-type environment a plus

About the role
The Senior Treasury Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s cash management and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity needs are met in the most efficient and effective manner. This role manages cash flow—including forecasting and kiosk reconciliation—maintains strong relationships with banking partners, and ensures compliance with credit agreements, treasury policies, and relevant regulations.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Treasury Manager serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, advising cross-functional teams, supporting capital markets activity, and strengthening treasury governance and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity & Borrowing
- Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, and credit facility borrowing to support company disbursements.
- Monitor operational cash flow volatility, deposits, and debt service costs.
- Develop and present short- and long-term cash forecasts to senior leadership.
Payments, Controls & Governance
- Oversee execution and security controls for ACH, wire, and FX transactions.
- Maintain and enhance treasury policies, internal controls, and compliance with regulations and credit agreements.
- Ensure proper governance over cash, FX, debt, and related financial reporting.
Risk Management
- Monitor financial risks, including interest rate, FX, and counterparty exposures.
- Recommend and execute hedging or risk mitigation strategies when appropriate.
Capital Markets & Financing
- Provide analytical and execution support for financing transactions, refinancing, and capital structure initiatives.
- Support CFO with treasury input for lender communications, board materials, and investor presentations.
Banking & Treasury Infrastructure
- Manage banking relationships, optimize banking architecture, and negotiate services and fees.
- Implement and maintain treasury management systems, ERP integrations, and online banking access/controls.
- Invest idle cash per investment policy to maximize returns while safeguarding liquidity.
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax on covenant compliance, debt reporting, and reconciliations (e.g., Excess Cash Flow).
- Provide treasury services to business units and employees, including cash vault and credit card programs.
Technology & Process Automation
- Lead system implementations and enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Drive automation of treasury workflows and reporting in partnership with IT.
Leadership & Special Projects
- Provide direction to treasury staff or outsourced partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead vendor relationships, including credit card processing partners.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or banking.
- CTP certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of treasury policies, credit agreements, and cash forecasting.
- Experience with treasury workstations, ERP integrations, and straight-through processing.
- Corporate credit management experience, including oversight of corporate card programs and related controls.

Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing ecoATM kiosk technical support to the field operations teams and customers via phone calls or through our ticketing system. In this position as a Technical Support Agent, you are the first contact of technical support for all ecoATM kiosk locations.
Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr - 20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve kiosk issues that are generated via a ticketing system and provide front-line support to field technicians or ecoATM customer via phone IVR system
- Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting to correct kiosk-related issues by using system tools to diagnose hardware, software and other machine-related issues
- Provide feedback and follow-up on kiosk issues; escalate unresolved issues to appropriate group
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
- Perform other job related duties as delegated by leadership team
- Support and leverage other associates within the department to share best practices and knowledge
- Schedule Expectation: must be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as department provides 16 hours a day, 7 days a week support. The schedule will remain consistent week-to-week.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certification preferred
- Must have 3+ years of experience troubleshooting or repairing of robotics, complex machinery or similar Kiosk Technology
- Experience in a call center environment highly preferred

ID Verification Agent (Data Entry Specialist)
Location: Louisville, KY, US, San Diego, CA, US
Pay: $16.65/hr with $1.00 shift differential for any hours worked after 6pm
Shifts:
EST Time Zone: 2:00 PM - 10 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
PST Time Zone: 11:00 AM - 7:30PM, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Position Overview
The ID Verification Agent will be a member of the Operations team. This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring every consumer who conducts business with ecoATM meets the required criteria for approving a transaction. The position requires the ability to remain focused while quickly verifying new transactions. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and be able to work with speed and accuracy.
During the 2-week training period, employees must be available to train M-F during a day shift. After the training period is over, employees will work with their supervisors to determine the official shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve or deny transactions with customers based off of the requirements for conducting business with ecoATM
- Responsible for timely and accurate verifications
- Perform data entry and data verification tasks
- Schedule Expectation: must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as department provides 16 hours a day, 7 days a week support. The schedule will remain consistent week-to-week.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma/GED or 6+ months of data entry/verification experience required
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer application skills
- Fluent in English
- Dependable, honest, & trustworthy
- Must work well within a team environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
