We're seeking an experienced, automation-focused Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our Mobile team to help us deliver high-quality products. This team develops specialized mobile applications designed to manage and control the Hudl smart camera systems. It allows coaches and administrators to automate the recording and uploading of sports videos for indoor and outdoor venues without needing a dedicated camera operator. Your primary mission will be to be the testing expert within your cross-functional squad, ensuring the delivered product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. POSITION SUMMARY
The Natera Test Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless testing experience for
patients. This position is responsible for coordinating patient testing services, performing
phlebotomy, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring all required
documentation and compliance standards are met.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinic staff, patients, Sales, and internal
operations teams to support efficient ordering processes and timely reporting of results.
The ideal candidate thrives in an independent work environment, demonstrates strong

patient care and operational excellence.
This is a clinic-based role located in Louisville, KY.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Phlebotomy Services
• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision, professionalism, and
patient care focus.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions by cross-referencing electronic medical
records (EMR) and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain specimen integrity by following aseptic techniques, department protocols, and
infection prevention procedures.
• Accurately document specimen collection details, including date, time, and collector
identification, while maintaining daily collection logs.
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and shipment of specimens according to laboratory
and regulatory requirements.
Patient Care Coordination
• Coordinate patient care services to support efficient, high-quality healthcare delivery.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling appointments, accessing
patient records, and coordinating blood draw timing with clinic workflows.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal operations teams to support continuity of care
and patient satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and clinic staff to encourage
ongoing testing compliance and a positive patient experience.
• Communicate proactively regarding delays, redraw requests, cancellations, or missing
information to minimize disruptions in turnaround times.
Administrative and Operational Support
• Serve as a primary liaison between assigned accounts, clinic personnel, and Sales teams.
• Document all communications, follow-ups, and issue resolutions accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries and escalate issues
appropriately when needed.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues by identifying root causes and communicating
resolutions clearly and professionally.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable federal, state, and
local regulations.
• Adhere to Natera policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure accurate and
timely testing processes.
• Maintain quality control documentation and support ongoing process improvement
initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and compliant clinical environment while following infection prevention and
workplace safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5–7 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current phlebotomy certification required, as applicable by state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with patients, clinic
personnel, and internal teams.

Our Kansas Division is seeking to hire a Project Manager. This is an experienced position involving exciting, challenging, and complex assignments with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and will have experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates. The primary purpose of this position is to create an exceptional culinary experience for guests through the preparation and presentation of our menu. The 42 bar and table Chef de Partie will prepare restaurant and banquet food according to standardized recipes and specifications while maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen including all floors, equipment, workstations, and walls. Maintaining a healthy, clean restaurant impacts patronage at 42 Bar and Table. Food safety, if not properly addressed, could violate Federal regulations and cause illness. The performance of the Chef de Partie has a direct impact on the success of the Department of Food, Beverage, and Events and 42 Bar and Table, as well as its reputation in the community. Quality of food impacts the satisfaction of customers, and therefore volume of business in both banquet and restaurant settings.

In this role you will:
Prepares food according to standardized recipes with attention to sanitation, safety, and quality. Develop and produce daily specials for the restaurant and banquet menu items to specifications.
Maintains inventory levels and advises supervisor of low inventory items; Assists in receiving items and taking inventory as required.
Maintains a clean work space at all times.
Complies with all policies and standards/procedures applicable to the position, including attendance, time, quality control, and other standards.
Train, develop, coach line and banquet staff on proper cooking and set up of standard recipes.
