Our Wilkes-Barre office is looking to hire a Senior Structural Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE in Pennsylvania, have a minimum of 8 years of experience and will work within a team of professionals designing, load rating and inspecting bridge structures preferably with PennDOT and PTC. Location

The Impact You Will Have

• Serve as lead engineer on a variety of bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects
• Mentor junior staff and assist with the growth and development of the structural staff in the Wilkes-Barre office
• Prepare and review structural and geometrical calculations for bridge design projects
• Assume responsibility for assigned design calculation files and plans assuring adequate independent QC reviews on that work
• Manage the process of compiling and coordinating plans, specifications, cost estimates and pay items in accordance with PennDOT/PTC standards
• Prepare and review bridge load rating reports to PennDOT/PTC design standards
• Plan and perform bridge inspections to PennDOT/PTC design standards
• Prepare and review bridge inspection reports to PennDOT/PTC design standards
• Coordinate the above tasks with the Project Manager
• Lead structural designers and inspectors on bridge design, load rating and inspection projects

• PE License in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) – not required, but preferred

Structural Project Engineer

Join our growing Structural team as a Structural Project Engineer. In this role you will work on various transportation projects with state and local transportation agencies. As a project engineer you will perform engineering models, analysis and/or designs, and supporting calculations / documentation. You will also coordinate the drafting of project elements for various clients.

Structural Bridge Technical Manager

We are seeking a Structural Bridge Technical Manager with deep expertise in structural engineering and bridge design. This role focuses on technical leadership and delivery of high-quality structural design projects, serving as a subject matter expert for our bridge team. You will be instrumental in guiding design methods, setting technical standards, and ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and client requirements. While this position includes supporting non-technical aspects of project delivery, the primary emphasis is on structural design excellence, technical guidance, and engineering problem-solving.

We are open to candidates located in Kansas or Missouri. Our Kansas Division includes offices in Kansas City, KS; Topeka, KS; Wichita, KS; Manhattan, KS; Lenexa, KS; and Kansas City, MO. Technical Design Leadership & Delivery

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of bridge structural engineering experience, with emphasis on design, analysis, and technical delivery (experience on KDOT or MoDOT projects preferred).

Bridge Inspector Team Leader / Designer – Pottsville/Allentown/King-of-Prussia, PA

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE in Tennessee, have a minimum of 10 years of experience and will work within a team of professionals designing and developing plans for bridge and retaining wall structures.
