At Soho House the Receptionist is responsible for welcoming, directing or signing in all members and guests to the property and assisting with room check in/outs. As a Receptionist, you will wear many hats; reception desk and handle basic admin duties, host in the restaurant and rooftop where needed as well as performing guestlist responsibilities. You will be responsible for being knowledgeable on all aspects of the property, neighborhood and fostering the ‘home away from home’ feeling when members enter the building.

Main Duties...

Front Desk

• To process all member/guests’ check-ins by confirming reservations in Opera verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures.
• To secure valid form of payment (e.g. credit card, cash) prior to issuing room key.
• To set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check in according to their requirements.
• To activate room keys and reissue new room keys to guest as necessary (e.g. lost key) by verifying member/guest identity.
• To assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible.
• To verify and adjust billing for member/guests.
• To process all check-outs including express check-outs, resolving any late and disputed charges, settling account, retrieving room keys, and requesting comments on members/ guest’s stay.
• To accommodate requests for room changes when possible.
• To file member/guest paperwork or documentation respecting GDPR guidelines.
• To sell (or upsell) a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability.
• To communicate and prioritise rooms on ‘Q’ and keep track of changes in room status.
• To co-ordinate with Housekeeping (and Engineering) to track readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concerns.
• To confirm reservations and cancellations.
• To run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• To complete designated reports in Opera.
• To run credit card authorization report and check for discrepancies.
• To print contingency lists to have a record of all members/guests in case of emergency.

Club

• To ensure every member is welcomed by name (if local) and guest is welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner.
• To answer high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members among other inquiries.
• To be well-versed on standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing.
• To maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment, reception area, desk and coat check closet.
• To support with guest list duties on the floor level, club and/or Rooftop (if applicable).
• Support, redirect and problem solve in real-time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set.
• To assist guests by checking/ retrieving their coats and/or items they left.
• To build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to your manager or Membership team.
• To influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.

Other

• To follow property procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g. evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Program Manager (PM), you will orchestrate the development and delivery of complex software and hardware products, ensuring alignment with client needs and company growth strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the local customer interface to ensure Anduril’s Connected Warfare capabilities are well represented and aligned to Japan’s Ministry of Defense challenges and opportunities, working in partnership with Anduril’s in-region Growth team

A Typical Day: 

• Drive measurable business impact by managing stakeholders to achieve sales goals, including creating joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and expanding partner-driven revenue. 
• Act as a subject matter expert for connectivity, providing technical support, troubleshooting API integrations, and ensuring technical alignment between partners and internal systems
• Develop a deep understanding of technical integrations across Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems to provide targeted client support
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Accounts  and Field Operations teams to align partner initiatives
• Educate clients on product updates and share partner feedback with internal stakeholders

Your Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in a Connectivity or Technical Partner Manager role
• 5+ years experience in a direct partner facing commercial account management role focused on strategic, complex, and high-value technical partnerships
• Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software
• Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, and Excel
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders up to the C-level with prospective and existing partners across multiple channels including in person presentation skills. 
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data in decision-making

How You’ll Make an Impact at MarqVision

MarqVision is looking for Brand Analysts to join our Tokyo office. In this role, you’ll safeguard our client’s intellectual property rights in the digital landscape. Working under the guidance of a Customer Success Manager or Team Lead, you’ll leverage your investigative skills to actively search for and monitor online activities that infringe on client copyrights, trademarks, or patents. Utilizing your analytical abilities, you’ll compare the gathered data against client-defined parameters to determine the most effective course of action.

 As one of the first members building the operations team in Japan, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working closely with global B2B customers and contributing to the growth of MarqVision’s presence in the Japanese market. You will also collaborate closely with our AI-driven brand protection services, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology that helps global brands protect their intellectual property at scale.

What You’ll Achieve  

• Online IP Investigations: You'll become a digital detective, actively searching for and monitoring potential online infringements of client copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Strategic Enforcement: Analyzing data against client-defined parameters, you'll recommend the most effective course of action.
• Direct Takedowns: For clear-cut cases, you'll initiate swift takedown requests to remove infringing content from online platforms.

• Takedown Expertise: You'll collaborate with major e-commerce sites, filing complaints and requesting the removal of infringing goods. You'll also prepare all necessary documentation to support these takedown requests.

About the Role:

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing contracting strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring expansion of hotel portfolio with a competitive cost, quality, and relationship building with the hotel suppliers. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and revenue, to optimize the supply chain and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize hotel groups and individual properties aligned with Nuitee’s demand and growth strategy
• Actively prospect and engage hotel decision-makers (Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, GMs)
• Pitch Nuitee’s value proposition clearly and confidently, tailored to each partner
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with hotels and chains
• Close direct contracts and ensure clean, complete handover to internal teams
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and progress deals with urgency

• Accurately track deal activity, pipeline, and blockers in CRM tools

As a strategic business partner, this individual contributes to the company’s growth and success locally and globally from a legal and compliance perspective. This individual is required to enable business by analyzing the situation logically, assessing risk and benefit, and working closely and actively with various functions across the company rather than being conservative and behaving like a judge. This individual reports to the Head of Legal & Compliance Div.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with business functions to provide sound legal and compliance advice that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and supports overall growth.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts both in Japanese and English.
• Participate in multifunctional committee reviews of press releases, promotional materials, and publications in oversight of commercialization activities.
• Plan and restructure compliance program, including organizing a global compliance committee, establishing an event management system, and monitoring general regulations such as privacy areas.
• Establish, revise, or repeal internal rules/policies/SOPs, including rules of approval authority.
• Lead initiatives to ensure company-wide understanding and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including conducting internal training sessions.
• Provide sound advice on Intellectual Property(IP) area and operate IP management by collaborating with global patent team and business functions.
• Operate contract lifecycle management system and maintain its data accuracy.

Desired Education, Skills and Experience

• Must have 5+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Experience in reviewing promotional materials from a legal and compliance perspective aligned with industry regulations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated the ability to provide business-oriented solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex legal or compliance matters to non-legal/compliance professionals in both Japanese and English are strongly preferred.
• Experience in Intellectual Property Management, especially patent management, is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management and the general workforce, a strong sense of professionalism, and the drive to provide superb and timely support to internal clients.
• A high level of proficiency with IT tools and systems, including experience with legal tech solutions and compliance software.
• A bachelor’s degree in law or JD is required.  An Attorney’s license or patent attorney license in Japan is a plus.
