THE ROLE:
Senior Manager, Sourcing - Soft Home (CN/SEA)
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager specializing in Bedding to lead our sourcing efforts across China and Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you'll play a key part in building and managing supplier relationships to ensure our bedding products (such as premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc.) meet Quince's high standards for quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Bedding products, focusing on CN markets to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality, sustainability, or ethical standards.
- Collaborate with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs, from fabric/yarn selection to final production, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
- Conduct market research on trends in Utility Bedding, materials (e.g., organic cotton, goose, feather, specialties), and sustainable practices to inform sourcing decisions.
- Oversee quality control processes, including factory audits, compliance checks for environmental and labor standards, and risk management in the supply chain.
- Monitor production output, resolve issues related to procurement, and optimize inventory to minimize waste and support our direct-shipping model.
- Travel to supplier sites in CN as needed to build strong partnerships and ensure alignment with Quince's values of transparency and responsibility.
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership on cost efficiencies, sustainability impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a strong focus on Utility Bedding products (e.g.premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc) in the home goods industry.
- Proven track record in vendor development, negotiation, and managing international supply chains, particularly in CN regions.
- Deep knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., in sustainable sourcing) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and building global relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 30%) and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with DTC brands or fast-fashion alternatives emphasizing ethical production.

Title: Data Center SME Mechanical Operations
The SME Mechanical will support and lead the local data center site team on advanced mechanical engineering duties within the JKT datacenter campus based in JKT Indonesia. This position reports to the Data Center Facility Manager and requires someone to be onsite daily.

- Provide oversight of critical infrastructure and building mechanical systems.

THE ROLE
QC Manager, Furniture
We are seeking a [QC Manager] to join our growing team. Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
- 8+ years of proven experience in quality control. Ideally in furniture or home goods industries.
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners
- Be able to travel >50% of the time
- Demonstrated auditing and corrective action proficiency.
- Demonstrated record of successfully assessing and determining the impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues.
- Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in a manufacturing environment.

- Follow instructions (including materials,) provided by the manager to deliver events
- Manage and keep to scheduled event timings provided by manager
- Implement new or amended production details, company policies and procedures
- Artist Liaison
- Report and feedback issues and queries to managers
- Production management
- Handling on site logistical issues
- Manage vocal microphone channels and aux music on sound desk, and distribution and use of microphones
- Managing and directing soundcheck

- Briefing and liaising with venue

About the Job
The Product Manager, Accounts Lifecycle, will be the strategic owner of the entire merchant journey, from initial sign-up and onboarding (Activation) through ongoing engagement and retention. A core focus of this role is to skillfully balance the necessity for a world-class Merchant Experience (MX) with stringent Compliance and Risk requirements (e.g., KYC/AML). This individual must be highly adept at navigating complex trade-offs and driving alignment across multiple, interdependent product and risk teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Management specifically focusing on customer/merchant lifecycle, growth, or product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, ideally within FinTech, Payments, or an equivalent high-compliance industry.
- Technical expertise is a significant advantage: Ability to understand technical architecture and integration points to facilitate meaningful discussions with engineers.
- Strong organizational skills to strategically navigate and prioritize conflicting demands from multiple stakeholders (e.g., business goals vs. risk constraints).
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive outcomes across large, interdependent organizational structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise (Critical): Direct product management experience within FinTech, Payments, or a similarly regulated industry that requires balancing user experience with strict Compliance, Risk, or Fraud requirements (e.g., KYC/AML).

THE ROLE
QC Manager, Furniture
We are seeking a [QC Manager] to join our growing team. About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Cards team. This role covers the full breadth of our card issuance stack, spanning fraud prevention, network mandate readiness, vendor management, and processor integrations.
The role requires operating across business, product, and technical domains. This includes writing PRDs, coordinating with payment networks on upcoming requirements, working with engineers on detection logic and authentication flows, and keeping third-party integrations running smoothly.
This position is part of a lean team building card issuing infrastructure across international markets. The team moves fast but cares deeply about getting the details right, because every aspect of a card transaction makes up the user experience.
What You Will Do
- Strengthen card security by partnering with Fraud teams on transaction monitoring, velocity checks, disputes, and chargeback workflows.
- Advance fraud detection capabilities by collaborating with Engineering and Data teams on real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and merchant risk insights.
- Own sanctions screening processes for card transactions and merchant onboarding, ensuring effective rule management and regulatory reporting.
- Lead network mandate readiness by translating Visa and Mastercard requirements into clear product and engineering deliverables.
- Optimize authentication and security flows by managing 3DS requirements, vendor coordination, and challenge rate performance.
- Manage and scale the card ecosystem by overseeing relationships with processors, fraud tools, tokenization platforms, and other key vendors.
- Drive product performance and delivery by defining metrics, writing clear product specifications, and aligning engineering, operations, and business teams on priorities.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, banking, or financial services, ideally within cards, payments, or related infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the card transaction lifecycle, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and chargebacks; familiarity with ISO 8583 is a plus.
- Experience working with payment networks such as Visa and Mastercard on mandates, integrations, or program management.
- Technically confident communicator who can engage with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering products, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives from concept through launch.
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with bonus points for experience in EMV, tokenization, 3DS, fraud/disputes, PCI DSS, APAC markets, or digital assets.
