As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of professional experience as a front-end engineer, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in React
Extensive experience with JavaScript and developing UI components using React
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and implementing efficient, scalable GraphQL and REST APIs
Proven ability to address key UI concerns such as scalability, performance, and security to maintain a high-quality user experience

Strong understanding of front-end build tools, package managers, monorepos, and version control systems such as Nx, npm, and Git

Setting and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality gates for Angular codebases

Good understanding of Git version control and branching strategies, using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
Solid experiencing building Angular applications for production, including bundling, optimisation, minification, tree‑shaking, and build configuration etc.

As a senior-level individual contributor, you will establish and scale enterprise-grade data governance while leading advanced Workday analytics.
