Position Summary

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and operational excellence of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled insights. Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Manager to own end-to-end quality for SonicOS, the core operating system powering SonicWall’s next-generation firewall products. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define quality strategy, drive automation and test infrastructure investments, and partner closely with Product Management, Development, Release Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure every release meets high standards of reliability, security, and customer trust.

About the Role

In this role, your main focus will be to work on a variety of QA and triage tasks to assist in the development of our autonomous delivery robot.  A primary focus of the role will be to triage the logs of the daily testing runs of the robots conducted in the US. Role Purpose

The Head of the Global Capability Centre (GCC Lead) will build and scale DEPT®’s GCC into a high-performing, globally trusted delivery hub. We are seeking a highly skilled Test Staff Engineer with deep expertise in Firewall/Security testing and strong hands-on automation. This role requires technical leadership, end-to-end ownership of test strategy for assigned components, and building scalable automation and test tools to ensure high-quality SonicOS releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, planning, execution, and quality sign-off for SonicOS components
• Architect, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, pipelines, and test tools
• Drive an automation-first regression strategy and improve overall test coverage
• Perform complex system, integration, and upgrade/downgrade testing
• Partner with Dev/PM in design reviews, scrums, and defect triage
• Lead root-cause analysis and validation of critical customer issues
• Mentor engineers; review test plans, automation design, and coverage
• Drive release readiness, escape analysis, and quality metrics

• 4+ years of professional experience in a dedicated UX Research role, with a portfolio demonstrating solid skills in end-to-end research project management.
• Demonstrated competency in core research disciplines, including generative discovery, evaluative testing, survey methodology, and mixed-methods analysis.
• Experience delivering research work through the full project lifecycle, from initial stakeholder intake and study design to final analysis and executive presentation.
• Track record of effective collaboration with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring that research insights are integrated into the product roadmap and technical specifications.
