About the team

Stripe is investing in building out its Creative Design team within SDC to reach users across the globe. What you’ll do
Designers’ at Stripe’s SDC demonstrate a passion for captivating storytelling and great design. They use design systems to help tell compelling stories to a variety of audiences, and are well-versed at expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible design systems and experiences that achieve bar-raising quality and consistency for the brand at scale. They are user-focused, have a strong understanding of the business, and are empathetic and inspiring. The ideal candidate excels across a variety of styles, crisply articulates design decisions, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, other designers, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design, and produce world-class design solutions (static and motion) for a variety of events and deliverables including and not limited to presentations, posters, art, branding, and signage.
• Can steward designers through large-scale design projects, providing art direction and ongoing guidance on creative strategy, execution, and localization.
• Work across a wide variety of mediums (physical, digital, and everything in between) to create immersive storytelling and creative content that brings Stripe’s brand and product stories to life.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of relevant design and art direction experience, specifically for technical and product-driven companies.

• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (for both motion and statics).
• Ability to manage a team of 3-4 Creative designers.

Job Description

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for driving all aspects of the Analytical and Microbiological Quality Control (QC) laboratories at Genezen. This individual provides leadership, scientific and technical expertise for all QC activities, as well as support to Analytical Development for all method qualification/validation activities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure timely in-process and release testing of early clinical grade biopharmaceuticals
• Maintain familiarity with current analytical and bioassay methods used for characterizing viral vectors (Assays include genome titer by Flow, ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, genome integrity assay, empty/full particle ratio assay, and cell-based assays)
• Monitor, maintain and continuously improve the environmental monitoring program, including conducting Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualifications as needed

A little bit about the role - 

The Hub Operations Director is accountable for the leadership, performance, and scalability of OLIVER's centralised production hub for the Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of Makers — Designers, Creatives, Data Analysts, and Project Managers — delivering premium assets across global markets to brand standards that leave no room for inconsistency. 

Operating in close partnership with Delivery, Production, Finance, and People teams, you'll own capacity planning, resource management, workflow design, commercial/utilization discipline, and the systems that underpin hub performance day to day. This is a leverage and scale role: your job is to build a stable, high-performing production engine that senior leadership can rely on — one that delivers quality, manages risk, and protects margins as the hub grows and the portfolio evolves.

About the Role

This is not a sales role. This is a thinking role - one that sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commercial strategy. As a Brand Solutions Manager at Goat, you will decode client briefs, identify white spaces in culture, and build idea-led solutions that don’t just win pitches - they move the needle for brands. You are a revenue enabler: the creative intelligence that makes the sale possible.

You are the person in the room who has already thought of 10 ideas before the brief has been fully read out. Every ad you watch is both a case study and a jumping-off point. You don’t consume content - you interrogate it.

What You Will Do

1. Decode client briefs and translate them into sharp, culturally resonant content and creator-led solutions that drive measurable funnel impact - from awareness through to conversion.
2. Spot emerging trends on Instagram, YouTube, and new-age platforms before they peak - and proactively build brand ideas around them, not after them.
3. Architect end-to-end brand solutions - influencer strategy, social-first IPs, branded content, platform-native formats - that go well beyond a standard campaign deck.

What's the Role All About? 

 The Manager, Business Consulting (AI Adoption ), is a pivotal leadership role within our Customer Services Automation AI Center of Excellence. This position will lead a team responsible for driving measurable adoption, consumption, and business value across our AI customer base.

This is a people leadership role focused on ensuring customers achieve sustained usage and operational impact from AI solutions such as Copilot, AutoSummary, Autopilot, and Conversational AI. You will lead a team of consultants, partner cross-functionally across Customer Success, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Engineering, and help build the repeatable motions required to scale AI adoption globally.

This role is not focused on feature enablement alone. It is focused on business outcomes, workflow integration, value realization, and adoption at scale.

How Will You Make an Impact? 

As the Manager,Business Consultant, you will

• Lead and develop a team of AI Adoption Consultants
• Drive adoption and consumption outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise AI customers
• Build and improve repeatable adoption playbooks, scorecards, and operating rhythms
• Partner with internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate customer time-to-value
• Translate AI usage into business value, operational KPI improvement, and executive-ready narratives

Team Leadership

• Guide teams in embedding AI into contact center workflows, agent routines, and customer journeys
• Help customers redesign processes to improve containment, reduce manual effort, and increase productivity
• Ensure AI solutions are operationalized, not just deployed

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Education, and Support teams to accelerate adoption outcomes
• Escalate systemic blockers and influence action across internal stakeholders
• Bring customer insights and Day 2+ feedback into product and process improvement discussions

Business Value Storytelling

• Connect AI adoption to contact center KPIs and business outcomes
• Help customers and internal stakeholders understand the operational and financial impact of AI
• Support executive business reviews with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured by:

Have You Got What It Takes? 

• 18+ years of experience in contact center, CCaaS, customer success, professional services, digital transformation, AI adoption, or value realization
• 4+ years of experience leading direct reports in a customer-facing or consulting environment
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers in complex, matrixed environments
• Proven success driving measurable business outcomes and KPI improvement
• Strong understanding of contact center operations and key service metrics, including: AHT, ACW, FCR, Containment, Service Level, Occupancy, Agent Productivity

About the Role

NICE is seeking a talented AI Engineer to accelerate innovation across the APAC region by leading AI-centric Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots alongside our extended solution and sales engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI development and customer-facing technical delivery, with a special focus on Agentic AI solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with intelligent automation and large language models.

The AI Engineer will work hands-on to design, build, and demonstrate AI-powered solutions, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value for customers across APAC.

Agentic AI POCs & Pilots

• Design and build Agentic AI proofs of concept

     Architect and develop end-to-end Agentic AI solutions demonstrating autonomous decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and task orchestration across APAC customer engagements.

• Prototype rapidly

     Build lightweight, demonstrable prototypes using LLMs, agent frameworks, and NICE /Cognigy platform APIs to showcase the art of the possible.

Development & Engineering

• Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and microservices connecting LLMs and AI models to enterprise platforms and CX workflows.
• Build and maintain reusable AI accelerator assets, code templates, and demo environments for the extended APAC team.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks LLM & AI Model Expertise
• Apply knowledge of large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) to design appropriate solutions for customer use cases.
