What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. This role is remote and open to candidates based on the East Coast (Boston to DC) or in the Los Angeles area. What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.
We’re looking for a leader who can sharpen strategic focus, deepen community connection, and raise the bar creatively. You must have strong creative instinct and editorial judgment, paired with the analytical rigor to understand what’s working and scale it. We expect you to be deeply culturally fluent, ahead of trends, and actively using the latest AI tools to sharpen workflows, fuel creative experimentation, and strengthen analysis.

The Director, Payer Strategy will set the holistic payer strategy for Babylist Health and own the relationships, partnerships, and market intelligence that determine how the company grows its insurance footprint over the next several years. This person will be the most senior payer leader at Babylist Health, partnering directly with the GM and Finance to model the business case for expansion, represent the company externally at the C-suite level with payer partners, and identify creative growth pathways — including acquisitions, third-party DME partnerships, and trade association strategy — that are beyond the scope of contract execution alone.
The person in this role will manage a team of 3 including the Head of Medicaid Market Development, the commercial payer lead, and a payer operations specialist. They will lead setting the strategy they execute against and serving as the senior escalation point for complex negotiations, regulatory challenges, and payer relationship management.

What Makes Us Stand Out:
Granum is the leading software company devoted to serving landscapers and arborists across North America, providing intuitive, industry-specific solutions designed to help them improve and grow their businesses while impressing their customers. Granum brings together three of the most trusted software names in the industry — LMN, SingleOps, and Greenius — into one powerful software ecosystem. More than just a software company, Granum works alongside its clients to implement systems for estimating, scheduling, crew training, invoicing, and payments, blending technology with hands-on onboarding and human support. The company's mission is to help industry professionals unlock their potential and achieve their most important goals, all united by the belief that its clients’ success is not just a milestone, but a shared mission.
As a team, we’re on a mission to reshape an age-old industry, and we’re looking for people who thrive on challenging and meaningful work. Our environment is highly collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a shared commitment to having fun while making an impact. We live by our core values: We Before Me, Bias to Act, The Extra 1%, Accountable to Outcomes, Unconditional Transparency, and Forgiveness. If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you and explore how you can help us build the future of the green industry!
Our culture and growth has been recognized with multiple awards, it’s a great time to join!
We're looking for a senior digital marketer who lives in the data — someone who can forecast paid media performance, read what the numbers are actually saying, and turn that into the right next move across paid media and granum.com.
You'll own the digital surface area for three brands (LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps). The work is meaningful, the budgets are real, and the impact is measurable. We need someone who's hands-on with the platforms, fluent with the reporting, and proactive enough to spot what's drifting before anyone else does.
This is a senior IC role on a fast-moving demand gen team. If you're the kind of digital marketer who builds their own forecast models, knows their ad platforms intuitively, and gets restless when they don't understand a trend in the data — keep reading.
Who you'll work with
You'll report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with:
What you'll own
Paid media strategy and execution
You bring the digital expertise; DGMs approve against pipeline targets.
Reporting and forecasting
This is the heartbeat of the role. You're the one analyzing, interpreting, and translating the data for our organization.
SEO/AEO partnership and website performance
You own the technical foundation; Content Marketing owns the editorial side.
CRO program
Landing page infrastructure
The foundation everyone else depends on — your job to keep it solid.
What you're accountable for
Two numbers, primarily:
Secondary: technical AEO/SEO health (site performance, indexation), CRO test cadence and lift, and paid media demos-booked targets.
What we're looking for
Experience
How you operate
This role doesn't work if you wait to be asked. We're hiring someone who:
Comfort with AI
We're investing in agentic AI and native platform AI to support how the demand gen function operates. You don't need to be an expert, but this is a non-negotiable: you have to be genuinely open to the shift, and ideally bring some hands-on experience already.
If you've built a custom GPT or Claude project, prototyped a Zapier or Clay automation, or just have a real point of view on AI's role in marketing — bring it.
How you partner
Tools you should know
What we'll give you
If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you!
Compensation:
Canada-based candidates: CAD 127,000 - 155,000
US-based candidates: USD 125,000 - 155,000
Reasons why you would love it here!

Wunder is building a Modern Energy Company.
We were founded with one simple vision: to address the greatest crisis of our generation by accelerating the deployment of solar energy. In doing so, we help businesses, municipalities, and schools save money by delivering clean on-site power. We convert simple warehouses into electrified industrial platforms built for the future. We enable the nation’s leading commercial and industrial real estate firms to capture the benefits of solar across their properties. We align ESG goals with revenue targets, and the renewable energy assets we’re deploying today will power America’s tomorrow.
Wunder is actively developing hundreds of commercial solar projects across the country. Our team has evaluated more than 30,000 properties for solar across all 50 states to meet our customers where they are—which is everywhere! Our customers have a national footprint and so do we. Wunder’s proprietary technology platform enables us to develop solar at scale, across a portfolio that includes everything from self-storage facilities and schools to data centers and industrial logistics facilities. Our average solar system—about 430 kilowatts in size—can offset 350,000 pounds of coal burned each year of system operation!
We have an amazing opportunity for a results-oriented, force multiplying professional to join our growing team, solve hard problems, and push renewable energy forward. We’re looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently, sees the forest and the trees while managing projects and teams, and isn’t afraid of a challenge. Our team is rapidly acquiring commercial customers and developing solar across the country alongside our national network of solar partners, and we need your help!
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done, execution-first position designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings order to chaos, and wants to help scale Wunder’s commercial solar deployment to gigawatt scale. Initially, you’ll be laser-focused on Wunder’s Project Development function: driving solar projects forward, unblocking bottlenecks, improving delivery systems, and ensuring outcomes across our national portfolio. You’ll collaborate deeply with execution and technology teams cross-functionally to leverage Wunder’s proprietary software platform to accelerate the speed of project delivery, encode learnings, and unlock execution at scale in the commercial & industrial solar sector.
At every stage, you’ll focus on exceeding customer expectations with clear communication, ahead-of-schedule deliverables, thoughtful project plans, and seamless execution. You’ll anticipate and mitigate risks that could impact timeline or cost, while identifying patterns and operational insights across the portfolio that allow us to optimize our work at the macro level.
You’ll be expected to understand and influence how work gets done at Wunder—and then make it happen faster, better, and more predictably. If you get excited about unlocking the untapped commercial and industrial solar market, joining a team designed for hyper-growth, and building an organization aimed at saving the world, then this is the role for you.

Life360 serves approximately 91.6 million monthly active users (MAU), as of September 30, 2025, across more than 180 countries.
Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).
Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com.
Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US and Canada) regardless of any specified location above.
We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
The Life360 Creative Team is at a defining moment.
We’re evolving from a single product brand into a connected ecosystem spanning software, hardware, and real-world experiences. That evolution demands more than consistency — it demands taste, clarity, and a strong creative point of view.
We’re hiring a Senior Brand Designer to help shape, strengthen, and express the Life360 brand system as it scales across product surfaces, marketing, campaigns, retail, packaging, and physical environments. This role is for designers who understands that great brand work starts with strong systems — and comes alive through thoughtful execution and cultural relevance.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll report directly to the Design Director and operate as a highly independent individual contributor. You’ll own meaningful creative work from early concept through final execution, and you’ll be trusted to bring opinions, not just options. Your work will help define how Life360 shows up everywhere — in-app, in feeds, in campaigns, in the world.
This is a hands-on, design-forward role for someone who cares deeply about craft, thinks systematically, and understands how brand, product, and marketing intersect. While brand systems are core to this role, you’ll also contribute to distinct campaigns, launches, and high-visibility moments where the brand is tested, stretched, and expressed in new ways.
You will do work that will define the next chapter of Life360 — work that scales cleanly, feels intentional, and stands confidently alongside the best consumer brands in the world. If you want to make the best creative of your career, push yourself alongside other driven designers, and help shape a globally recognized brand from the inside, let’s talk.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $91,000 to $130,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is 105,000 to 123,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Our company’s mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference
We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Life360. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any legally protected status.
We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a diversity of perspectives and experiences create a foundation for the best ideas. Come join us in building something meaningful. Even if you don’t meet 100% of the below qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying!

ABOUT OLIPOP
At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.
This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.
Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.
The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.
In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.
So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

HOW WE WORK
We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.
Connection here is intentional. From cross-functional projects and IRL offsites to thoughtful Slack threads and spontaneous gifs, we make the effort to stay close, even across time zones. Sure, we move quickly, but we lead with trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to doing work that matters.
We value thoughtful debate. We give feedback with care and receive it with curiosity, knowing that real growth, both personal and collective, comes from listening as much as leading. Because at OLIPOP, it’s not just about getting things done. It’s about growing together, staying true to what matters, and building something with lasting impact.
WHAT WE VALUE
At OLIPOP, our values aren’t just posters on a wall. They shape how we show up: for each other, for our customers, and for the mission we’re chasing together.

Interested in joining Blue State's Media Team? Submit your application here to ensure you're first in line for future opportunities. Please note: this is an "evergreen" job post (i.e. not an active job post), but your expression of interest matters to us. While interviews aren't ongoing, we're excited to connect with talented individuals who share our commitment to Blue State's mission.
If you came across this job via LinkedIn, please note that it is an evergreen role; Linked In does not differentiate, but we prefer to.
Develop and execute game-changing advertising strategies that tie engagement to the bottom line. As an Associate Director, Media Planning, you'll develop and implement digital and traditional advertising strategies across clients ranging from leading nonprofits to political and advocacy groups to major brands (and everything in between).
This may be the right role for you if you’re someone who is equally strategic, creative, and analytical. Switching seamlessly from a client presentation, to writing an insightful analysis of campaign performance, and translating a client’s business objectives into a tactical media plan. You’re used to spending most of your day speaking in acronyms — terms like DSP, CPA, IVT, ROAS, and AVOC are major parts of your vocabulary — and you know how to explain them to clients and teammates.
You will use your depth of paid media experience to inform your work but also tap into your digital curiosity and passion for innovation to bring new ideas and thinking to the team.
Blue State is a purpose-driven agency. We partner with leading causes, brands, and campaigns and create real change. From AARP and Doctors Without Borders to Amnesty International and Oxfam, we transform how brands and causes raise money, influence policy, build platforms, and grow communities of supporters. Led by the most creative and analytical minds from the political, nonprofit, and brand worlds, Blue State is an independent agency in the US and London.
We approach in-office working with a hybrid model. On-site presence is welcome for US staff who are within commuting distance of the NY or DC office. Managers retain discretion to require in-person attendance for folks on their discipline or client teams as necessary, including for those whose roles require them to be in person.
The salary range for this position is $101,000-$120,000; compensation will be commensurate with experience.
As part of the Paid Media team, you’ll work closely with a cross-disciplinary group of Blue State employees who are passionate, geeky, and care about their clients and causes. Blue State fosters an environment where everyone has an opportunity to shape new approaches, grow and learn from their colleagues, and take advantage of a personal development fund to stretch their skills even further. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most inspiring charities, ambitious brands, and passionate advocacy and social change campaigns.
At Blue State, diversity is a necessity, not a nice-to-have. We encourage those from underrepresented communities — women, people of color, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, those with disabilities and people at all the intersections in between — to apply. Even if you don’t think your current skill set checks every box below, but this role seems to align with your strengths, we want to hear from you.
Blue State is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible application and interview process. If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation for a disability, including the use of AI tools throughout the hiring process, please contact us at recruiting@bluestate.co with the subject line: Accommodation Request to get started.
Your privacy is important to us. You can find out more information on how we handle your data for recruiting purposes in our Privacy Policy for Recruitment.
