About WPP
WPP is the trusted growth partner for the world’s leading brands. We unite cutting-edge media intelligence and data solutions, world-class creativity, next-generation production, transformative enterprise solutions and expert strategic counsel in a single company – powered by exceptional talent and our agentic marketing platform, WPP Open, to help our clients navigate change, capture opportunity and deliver transformational growth. VML MAP’s Agentic AI Lab helps some of the world’s largest brands turn the AI shift into something tangible: from backstage tools that change how teams work, to user-facing applications, agents, demos, and prototypes people can actually experience.
We are now looking for a student assistant to work closely with our AI Lead on the design and prototyping of user-facing AI solutions.
This is a hands-on product design role at the intersection of AI, UX, interface craft, and rapid prototyping. You will shape prototypes, apps, demos, and interactive concepts that make AI feel useful, understandable, and exciting for real users and clients. This is not about designing screens that disappear into a folder. It is about imagining new AI-powered experiences, designing them properly, and bringing them to life as functional apps and demos that prove the value of your ideas — using tools such as Figma, Claude Code, Codex, and other AI-assisted development tools.
You will be involved in the full front-stage journey: from idea, to user flow, to interface design, to working prototype, to demo-ready experience.
Caught your attention? Keep reading!
You will design and prototype user-facing AI experiences for large clients across industries including automotive, retail, financial services, and enterprise tools.
The work may involve digital products, mobile apps, web experiences, service concepts, internal tools, live demos, and physical-digital journeys.
Your role will be to shape the front stage: what users see, understand, click, type, and act on. You will help ask the questions that make an idea more interesting — what role could voice play? How should data show up without feeling overwhelming? How do we make it feel different from yet another AI chat app?
The work is exploratory. Sometimes the question will not be “how do we improve this screen?” but “what should this experience even be now that AI is part of it?”
Becoming a part of the wider Agentic AI Lab, you will work closely with the AI Lead on user-facing AI product concepts, as well as:
We are hiring for a mindset, not a background.
You may be studying product design, interaction design, UX/UI design, service design, philosophy, creative technology, computer science, or something else entirely. Two of our AI leads came from philosophy — so the right profile is not always the obvious one on paper.
What matters is how you think, how fast you learn, what you make, and whether you are excited by the combination of design, AI, prototyping, and product thinking. You should care about beautiful, useful interfaces — but also be curious about what happens behind them.
You should however have:
What is also nice to have in this role:
VML MAP is a world-leading Centre of Excellence that helps businesses humanize the relationship between the brand and the customer through hyper personalization at scale, marketing automation and CRM. With the brain of a consultancy, the heart of an agency and the power of technology and data, we work with some of the world's most admired brands to help them on their transformation journey to becoming truly customer-centric. Together, we are 1000 + technology specialists, data scientists, strategic thinkers, consultants, operations experts, and creative minds from 55+ nationalities.
We are part of the global VML network that encompasses more than 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in 60+ markets, each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
Emerging Products is an org pillar inside Auth0. We figure out what's next. You'll be designing systems that help developers secure AI agents, manage granular permissions, and build on identity primitives that don't fully exist yet.
Engineers, PMs, and Designers work on the same problems at the same time. There is no design-then-build sequence. There's just build.
When everyone on the team can generate UI, the designer's role shifts. You become the person responsible for taste. For holding the quality bar when speed is pushing everything toward "fine."
Prototype at volume: Use AI tools and code to explore dozens of directions fast, then narrow based on what works and what solves the actual problem.
Design in the codebase: Work within our React and Next.js environment to refine components and interactions where users will actually experience them.
Simplify complexity: Turn authorization models, SDK patterns, and security flows into interfaces that feel clear without losing precision.
Raise the craft: Help the broader design org see what this way of working looks like in practice. We're all figuring this out together.
You have craft: This matters most. Considered typography, intentional spacing, polished micro-interactions, details that show someone genuinely cared. We're looking for someone with a refined sense of design taste/aesthetics and a deep appreciation for the details that create a polished user experience.
You build: 6+ years of design experience, but somewhere along the way you started prototyping in the browser, shipping side projects, or writing production code because you wanted the interaction exactly right.
You have a real AI practice: Not experimentation, but an actual workflow. You have opinions about where AI tools help and where they fall short.
You design for developers: Tools, APIs, CLIs, SDKs, and admin dashboards. You know "simple" means something different for this audience.
In your application, please include a link to your portfolio with password (if protected). We prioritize a review of your design craft and any examples of your work in code.

Join PatientPoint to be part of a dynamic team creating change in and around the doctor’s office. As a leading digital health company, we innovate to positively impact patient behaviors. Our purpose-driven approach offers an inspirational career opportunity where you can contribute to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide.

Job Summary
The Product Solutions Designer on the Enterprise AI and Automation team is, at its core, a design and discovery role. You will dig into ambiguous business problems, map the processes behind them, and design the solution, both the user experience and the workflow underneath it. Design here means more than just visual polish, it means understanding how a process should work before a single screen is built.
Once you know what needs to exist, you'll build it. You will use AI-assisted development tools and no-code platforms to move from concept to working prototype. Some solutions may stay as low-code internal tools, others will utilize team resources to scale up to full on applications, but you will own the solution end-to-end: discovery, design, and delivery.
You thrive with autonomy. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and delivering results without heavy oversight. You want to solve real problems.

LaunchDarkly’s mission is to power teams to release, measure, and control software safely and at scale. AI tooling has evolved how software is built, but developers and their teams still need the same level of release consistency and confidence that what they’re delivering to their customers is the right thing, maybe more than ever before.
AI Configs is how we get there. It’s the part of the LaunchDarkly platform that acts as the operational backbone for software products built with LLMs, including: configuration, evaluation, experimentation, observability, and release management in one workflow. AI Configs helps modern software teams configure confidently, ship gradually, observe, and improve continuously.
As a Senior Product Designer at LaunchDarkly you’ll work closely with another design peer on this product area, along with product management, engineering, product marketing and sales. You’ll also be part of the larger UX team, focused on ensuring that the tools that we’re building for our users are useful, beautiful, and forward-thinking. The product area you focus on will help our users to:
You’ll move fluidly between user research, problem framing, UX strategy, interaction and UI design, and iterative delivery. You’ll regularly connect design decisions to business outcomes and customer value, and you’ll help define what this new product offering at LaunchDarkly will be.
Design for key developer workflows across the software engineering lifecycle, with a focus on software teams building with AI.
Map and clarify complex workflows in order to identify current experience flaws and opportunities for improvement.
Drive user research: plan and run discovery through to validation research, synthesize findings, and turn insights into clear problem statements and opportunity areas for the product team.
Help to define the user experience strategy and current to future state narratives for your areas of ownership. Clearly explain the tradeoffs in each path and why specific decisions matter.
Design for the LaunchDarkly platform by establishing reusable patterns, not just screens: user journeys, information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual design that scales as the AI Configs product area grows alongside the rest of the LaunchDarkly product suite.
Deliver high‑quality design artifacts (for example: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups) that support fast iteration with your engineering partners while maintaining high standards of clarity and craft. Your design foundations are already very strong.
Be comfortable with iterating quickly on existing surfaces to unlock near‑term value, while also exploring visionary ways to achieve and influence team goals and product strategy.
Ground design decisions in evidence:
Partner with your product management partners, and our Data & Analytics to define success metrics and dashboards.
Utilize usability testing, evaluative research, experimentation and product analytics to validate and adjust design approaches.
Collaborate deeply in the triad model:
Work closely with product management and engineering on project scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Pair regularly with your design partner on the AI Configs team and the UX team at large to share patterns, critique, and ensure a cohesive experience.
Determine how success will be measured for your work:
Define the metrics and signals that indicate success (e.g. task success, activation, reduced time‑to‑remediation, increased adoption).
Help monitor and interpret those signals with the team after launch.
Contribute to the broader UX team:
Bring AI Configs‑specific patterns and principles into the design system where appropriate.
Find ways to connect experiences across the LaunchDarkly product suite.
Participate in critiques, share learnings from AI Configs work and research, and mentor others informally.
You’re energized by hard, ambiguous problem spaces and are comfortable building structure and systems where there isn’t much yet, especially in fast‑moving AI-forward domains.
You naturally think in frameworks, patterns, and systems, not just pages or screens.
You enjoy understanding how systems work and affect an experience. You care about detailing user journeys, value delivery, relationships and dependencies in a system.
You gravitate toward evidence‑based design. Metrics, research, and real customer stories are part of how you reason, not just afterthoughts.
You love collaborating with other designers and see critique and pairing as tools to get to better outcomes.
You care about how AI tooling affects people and organizations, and you want to help teams use AI safely, responsibly, and effectively.
Specific Requirements
6–8+ years designing complex, shipped products, ideally in developer tools, AI tooling or configuration‑heavy B2B SaaS.
Strong foundations in user interface and interaction design, information architecture, and systems design for multi‑state, rules‑based, or highly configurable products.
Proven experience leading end‑to‑end design efforts: from discovery and problem definition through concepting, prototyping, validation, implementation, and iteration.
Demonstrated ability to connect design decisions to metrics:
Comfortable discussing business metrics, customer value metrics, and operational KPIs.
Experience using usability testing and evaluative research to assess and refine designs.
Comfort working in technical and AI‑adjacent domains:
Familiarity with concepts like APIs, SDKs, agentic and developer workflows.
Curiosity about prompts, agents, evaluations, observability and experimentation, and willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills:
Can clearly explain current vs. future state, key decision points, and tradeoffs.
Can initiate and facilitate discussions that bring PM, Engineering, and other stakeholders into alignment.
A portfolio that demonstrates:
Systems‑level thinking and strong user interface and interaction design.
Clear narratives around problem, approach, decisions, and impact.
At least one example of 0 to 1 product work and one example of an iterative improvement to an existing workflow.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P4:
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:

The mission of The New York Times is to seek the truth and help people understand the world. That means independent journalism is at the heart of all we do as a company. It’s why we have a world-renowned newsroom that sends journalists to report on the ground from nearly 160 countries. It’s why we focus deeply on how our readers will experience our journalism, from print to audio to a world-class digital and app destination. And it’s why our business strategy centers on making journalism so good that it’s worth paying for.
Mission Overview & Responsibilities:
The Games team at the New York Times — the group behind Wordle, Connections, Spelling Bee, the Daily Crossword, and more — is looking for a Senior Product Designer to establish and evolve design foundations and systems across web and app experiences, creating shared reusable interface patterns, and find opportunities for consistency and quality, as well as executing designs of complex features.
In this role you will collaborate with multiple teams and use your skills in UX, interaction, and visual design to explore solutions that work across games and game surfaces, align with brand, and meet standards for accessibility. You'll work closely with our Games Web Platform Product Manager and Engineering partners to understand technical constraints in a legacy codebase, drive convergence on shared components and tokens, and improve the design-to-engineering handoff. You'll articulate design rationale and present your work to stakeholders across different teams and disciplines to ensure the effectiveness of the design system that brings clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
We're looking for someone who obsesses over the details, brings rigor to defining design standards and shared systems, and proactively elevates quality and accessibility across the organization. At The Times, Senior Product Designers are trusted team contributors with deepening expertise in a particular skill set. You'll design and deliver work that helps your team meet its goals. You'll use your craft and product thinking skills to bring clarity, sophistication, and playful experiences to our audience.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.
Responsibilities:
Co-own the platform-focused design systems roadmap with the Games Web & App Platform PM and engineering leads, identifying where foundational work (tokens, components, typography, layout) unlocks future product velocity.
Contribute to and maintain Figma libraries and engineering documentation that map cleanly to our implemented component libraries, ensuring designers and engineers work from the same source of truth.
Audit existing web and app experiences and component libraries to identify opportunities for consolidation, improvement, and systemization.
Define and monitor design system health and adoption, identifying areas where teams may need guidance or additional support.
Champion responsive, system-first design practices across the Games mission.
Provide guidance to designers using the system, including critiques, pairing, and improving documentation so the system remains clear and useful across different games and surfaces.
Develop information architecture for complex user journeys and create functional prototypes of proposed UX solutions.
Anticipate and solve for different entry points, exit points, system states, and user states in proposed interactions.
Produce production-ready design deliverables and partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
Be the standard-bearer for design quality across Games surfaces and system contributions.
Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
You will report to the Executive Director of Product Design for Games.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience working within cross-functional teams.
2+ years experience working directly on design systems or platform/foundations work (components, tokens, patterns, or similar).
A portfolio of work that showcases your thought process along with finished design work.
Experience collaborating with engineers to implement design systems or component libraries.
Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and applying design systems in collaboration with engineering.
Fluent in UX design best practices and usability principles that responsively scale across mobile and web platforms.
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design, especially as it applies to systems work (typography scales, contrast, motion, and semantics).
You're proficient in Figma or equivalent software.
You understand the constraints and opportunities of technologies used to build modern digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading or contributing to a design system that spans both web and native app surfaces.
Experience shaping team design practices (e.g., crits, documentation, templates) to move an organization toward more responsive, system-first work.
Experience collaborating on foundational refactors with platform or infrastructure teams (for example, typography or color system overhauls, or migrations to new component libraries).
Comfort working with engineers and understanding implementation tradeoffs – codified design intent through design tokens, component APIs, and reading through specs.
Experience documenting and delivering UI screens and specifications to engineers.
Interaction design skills that allow you to communicate your intent.
Experience facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Advanced visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, and layout.
Enthusiastic about the big picture and the smallest micro-interactions.
Enthusiasm for puzzle games and the mission of The New York Times.
