What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Operations and Engineering

Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Position Summary

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will be embedded within product engineering teams to implement and maintain secure, automated, and reliable delivery pipelines while following standards, frameworks, and guardrails set by the DevSecOps Center of Excellence (CoE).

This is a hands-on role that reports to the Manager of DevSecOps and works directly with developers, SREs, and product managers to enable faster, safer deployments, cost-efficient infrastructure, and adherence to enterprise security policies. The engineer will collaborate closely with Principal and Senior Staff DevSecOps engineers for technical guidance and mentoring while operating within the centralized DevSecOps leadership framework.

Key Responsibilities

Product Line DevSecOps Execution

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) for the assigned product line.

· Integrate security testing (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) into build and deployment workflows.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Position Summary

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be a hands-on contributor within the Site Reliability Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for building monitoring and observability solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and participating in 24x7 on-call operations.

About the Role

Workato is looking for a Principal Technical Architect, AI to join as a Field Specialist operating at the intersection of applied AI engineering and customer-facing technical strategy. This is a dual-mandate role with an approximately equal split:

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• 15+ years of total relevant experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and implementation.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle SOA, webMethods, or similar). Deep familiarity with iPaaS architecture patterns is essential.

Your Experience-

• 4+ years of experience developing and debugging system-level software in C++ or Golang
• Familiarity with distributed systems managed via Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build highly reliable, high-performance system software.
• Experience working in environments where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience building cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with frontend web frameworks like React.
• Background with cloud based metering and billing and generally accepted account practices.

As a Principal Engineer at CollegePads, you will be the most senior technical leader within our team, tackling complex challenges across both technology and business domains. • Demonstrated expertise in modernizing and uplifting legacy systems, including a proven ability to quantify the commercial impact of these improvements.
• Exceptional ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems, and to propose and drive thorough, iterative, and practical solutions.
• Demonstrable, deep expertise in architecting and developing solutions across diverse technology stack, including backend systems 

Preferred Qualifications 

• An advanced degree (e.g., Masterʼs or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Advanced professional certifications in relevant areas, such as cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrable deep expertise and thought leadership in a specific technical domain critical to CollegePads' strategic future (e.g., advanced data analytics and machine learning applications, scalable real-time communication platforms, cutting-edge front-end architectures for user engagement, or specific FinTech/PropTech innovations).
• Experience in driving significant technological innovation, potentially evidenced by patents, leading successful R&D initiatives, or introducing transformative technologies within an organization. Active participation in the broader tech community (e.g., open-source contributions, speaking at conferences, writing technical blogs).
• Proven experience in defining, evangelizing, and successfully implementing a long-term technical vision and strategy that has been adopted across a large engineering organization or a significant business unit.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments, and managing the complexities associated with them
