The Technical Partner Management (TPM) team owns the end-to-end technical health, expansion, and evolution of Yext’s Publisher Network.
As a Technical Partner Manager (TPM), you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Publisher Partnerships, and Operations to design, implement, and maintain high-impact publisher integrations across Yext’s Listings ecosystem. TPMs combine systems thinking, integration architecture, technical investigation, and execution leadership to ensure publisher integrations are scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is a highly technical, cross-functional role that blends integration ownership, operational rigor, and structured solution design. TPMs are trusted technical leads for the Publisher Network and play a critical role in reducing Engineering overhead while increasing integration quality and velocity.

Position Overview:
You will lead, own and drive the evolution of market-leading solutions within the Diligent ecosystem. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure the product evolves to deliver on all these fronts. • Serve as the leader of a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Delivery of high quality user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the target personas.
