As an Senior Business Analyst (Dynamic Ads) on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you’ll play a vital role in driving the performance of our customers’ campaigns through data-driven analysis and hands-on optimization.You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact through a deep analytical and problem-solving approach.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of performance, while applying analytical thinking and experimentation to optimize results.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, analytics, and making a direct impact through data.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in digital media or other data-intensive environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL to query and analyze large datasets
- Experience using Python, R, Excel, or BI tools to process and visualize data for actionable insights
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach, and ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, and cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to turn numbers into insights, and a proactive approach
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English

How you’ll make an impact:
- Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for client improvements
- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies
- Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and improve results
- Generate internal and external reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with account managers to align campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences
- Attend client calls to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and perspectives (POV)

You will be an essential pivotal engineer within the advertiser professional services tech solutions group, leading at least one area of expertise as the highest level of technical escalation and management, owning it end-to-end.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in 2nd level support / 1+ years of experience in 3rd level support.
- Advanced technical orientation and understanding - familiarity with architectural design and flows, relations between frontend and backend services, reading code.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies - web, DB, analytics, APIs/SDKs, logs.

As a Professional Services Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring value by:
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting of the most complex support issues in your SME area/s, requiring expert understanding of Taboola features and architecture.
- Be an escalation point for burning issues within and outside your primary SME area/s.
- Provide assistance and consultation to lower level support teams, as well as other groups that see you as the go-to-person.
- Analyze operational aspects of your SME area/s and share actionable insights with top management. Preferably use AI for faster and higher quality results.
- Create and provide training and knowledge material - new feature introduction, troubleshooting methodologies and tools, technical summaries, courses and quizzes creation. Preferably use AI for faster and higher quality results.
Interact with our NPI (new product introduction) Specialist for logistical aspects related to new features. - Perform periodic meetings with Product and R&D regarding issue prioritization, new features and supportability requirements.
- Cooperate and coordinate with additional groups within professional services, support, sales, account management and more.
- Identify and work to close gaps of knowledge, work methodologies, supportability, processes and opportunities for automation.
- Manage ad-hoc strategic activities and projects related to your area of expertise, outside of technical case handling or content creation.

Skimlinks, a Taboola company, is looking for a QA Engineer to take a leadership role in test strategy, quality execution, and automation ownership across squads or product areas. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to shape quality processes, mentor others, and build automation that scales.
You’ll operate with autonomy, partner closely with engineering and product, and help ensure we ship software that’s not just functional — but reliable, fast, and user-centric.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end quality strategy for high-impact features, services, or user flows.
- Design, build, and maintain test automation across UI and APIs using Cypress, Postman, Pytest, and Cucumber.
- Drive cross-squad testing efforts (e.g., integration testing, data validation, shared workflows).
- Work with DevOps and engineers to optimise CI/CD quality gates and feedback loops.
- Mentor engineers and conduct code/test reviews, pairing sessions, or workshops.
- Analyse flakiness, test debt, or regressions — and design solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Define and track quality metrics, ensuring reliable release readiness.
- Propose and lead technical initiatives to improve tooling, infrastructure, or quality processes.
- Collaborate closely with Support teams to triage customer-reported issues, reproduce bugs, and ensure clear, actionable tickets are created for engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance roles, with increasing technical scope and responsibility.
- Fluent in English
- Expert-level experience in:
- Cypress, Postman, Pytest, Cucumber
- SQL-based validation and backend testing
- CI/CD tools and test integration workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Demonstrated ability to lead test strategy and delivery across multiple squads or features.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation tooling.
- Strong collaboration skills across QA, engineering, and product functions.
- Experience designing shared test libraries or automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with test observability and monitoring (e.g. Sentry).

As a Solutions Engineer in Budapest, you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive success for Taboola’s worldwide advertisers. You will be responsible for onboarding new Advertisers, monitoring delivery and performance, resolving technical issues, and providing in-depth technical recommendations, best practices and optimization strategies across a book of business.
The Solutions Engineer possesses great communication and presentation skills, and ability to understand all technical aspects of our client’s goal and objectives. The Solutions Engineer should be a fast learner and able to ramp up on the changing needs of the platform. Continuous learning and adaptability to change are critical parts of the job.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English is a must!
- B.tech/ B.E/ Bsc. IT graduates with at least 3 years of Experience as technical solutions or support roles, preferably in the ad tech industry with hands on experience.
- Hand experience with SQL and API calls and tools. Knowledge with one of following Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, and Mobile SDKs - an advantage
- Strong customer service skills; ability to translate technical investigations and analysis into actions for customers
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling
- Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and ability to provide structured formal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, understand urgency and prioritize appropriately
