Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a hands‑on technical contributor designing, building and operating production‑grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions that power Tesco Media & Insight Platform’s global products and services. You will work closely with the AI Engineering Manager, Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to turn business problems into secure, scalable, observable AI systems that deliver measurable value for brands and shoppers.
- Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on GCP, leveraging Vertex AI (models, endpoints, pipelines, vector search/RAG, Agent Builder) and core GCP services.
- Build AI agents and multi‑step agentic workflows, including tool calling, orchestration, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Contribute to the design of MCP servers and agent‑to‑agent / agent‑to‑application protocols to enable safe, reliable automation of retail media and insight use cases.
- Work with the AI Engineering Manager and architects to define solution designs, interface contracts and non‑functional requirements (security, reliability, performance, cost).
- Implement security, privacy and governance controls in AI solutions, including safe prompt and tool design, data protection, secrets management and access control.
- Apply DevOps/MLOps practices: contribute to CI/CD pipelines for models, prompts and agents; use infrastructure as code; support environment management and automated testing.
- Implement observability for AI systems: instrument prompts, model calls, tools and agents with tracing, metrics and logs; build and maintain dashboards and alerts.
- Help define and run AI testing and evaluation strategies, including automated tests, offline and online evaluation, red‑teaming, regression suites and human‑in‑the‑loop review flows.
- Collaborate with Retail Media and Insight teams to understand use cases and data, and translate requirements into concrete AI components and services.
- Write high‑quality, well‑tested code in Python (and, where relevant, TypeScript/Java or similar) following team standards for readability, performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews and incident post‑mortems, and contribute to continuous improvement of our AI engineering practices.
- Stay current on advances in LLMs, agentic frameworks and cloud AI services, and bring forward ideas for how they can be applied to Tesco Media & Insight Platform.
What you’ll need to succeed in the role
- Strong experience in software/data/ML engineering, with hands‑on delivery of AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions into production (not just prototypes).
- Practical experience on GCP and Vertex AI, including deploying models, building pipelines, and implementing RAG/vector search‑based solutions.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and foundation models: transformers at a high level, tokenization, embeddings, context windows, RAG, and the trade‑offs between fine‑tuning, adapters and prompt‑based approaches.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows or AI agents (e.g. tool‑augmented chat, multi‑step workflows, or multi‑agent systems) using one or more modern frameworks or platforms.
- Good grasp of security and safety for AI systems, including prompt and tool design to reduce hallucinations and prompt injection, safe handling of sensitive data, and application‑level guardrails.
- Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices: CI/CD, version control, automated testing, infrastructure as code, monitoring and incident handling in a cloud environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building and consuming APIs; familiarity with microservices and event‑driven architectures is a plus.
- Ability to design and run evaluation and experimentation for AI features, including quantitative and qualitative measures and, where appropriate, human‑in‑the‑loop review.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Clear, proactive communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, data scientists, engineers and commercial stakeholders across locations.

You will implement, and operate highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure across a multi-account AWS environment. Working closely with Engineering and Platform and Service Management teams, you will improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency while enabling teams to deploy and operate services safely at scale.
You will play a key role in building resilient platforms, improving observability, automating operations, and strengthening incident response practices to ensure critical services remain reliable and performant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, embedding security controls and automated checks throughout the SDLC.
- Manage and secure AWS multi-account environments, including IAM, networking, logging, and guardrails aligned with least-privilege and zero-trust principles.
- Implement and operate cloud-native workloads using ECS and AWS Lambda, supporting services written in TypeScript OR Python.
- Integrate Snyk for dependency, container, and code scanning across repositories and pipelines.
- Operational support on Cloudflare for DNS, WAF, DDoS protection, and edge security controls.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability using New Relic, including security-relevant metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to support audits, vulnerability management, and risk remediation.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements related to security or pipeline failures.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, security posture, reliability, and developer experience.
About You
- Strong experience in AWS environments 4 - 5 Years of experience, preferably with multiple accounts and production-scale workloads.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI and GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, network security, secrets management, and logging.
- Familiarity with containerized and serverless architectures (ECS, Lambda).
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python for automation, tooling, or backend services.
- Experience working with observability tools such as New Relic and good understanding of SLO, SLI, SLA.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence engineering teams.
- Ready to participate in 24x7 production support for mission critical applications.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or a similar CDN/WAF (WAF rules, DNS, security policies) technology.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
- Experience supporting or working with internal developer platforms or in-house tooling.
- Background in SRE, DevOps, or CloudOps roles.

Data Science & Distributed Engineering
- Design and develop Spark‑based (PySpark) modules implementing custom data science logic, statistical methods, and complex business rules.
- Build reusable, scalable Python and SQL components for batch and near‑real‑time analytics workloads.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across large datasets.
- Translate analytical and data science requirements into production‑grade, testable code.

- Contribute to and support the Applied Data Science hosting Spark workloads and web applications on GCP and/or Azure.
- Configure and manage cloud resources including:

We are looking for a hands-on Lead/ Senior DevOps Engineer to raise the bar for our DevOps practice, mentor the team, and help evolve our DevOps function into a modern, product-minded Platform Engineering capability. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers in IST, providing day-to-day guidance, pairing, and structured growth plans.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to help deliver a platform-as-product: contributing to clear roadmaps, customer feedback loops, SLOs, and well-documented golden paths.
- Own cloud infrastructure (GCP, some Azure) using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and facilitate migrations from TeamCity and Octopus Deploy.
- Establish and scale GitOps practices with Argo CD; champion progressive delivery and environment promotion strategies.
- Strengthen observability with actionable dashboards and alerts in Grafana; drive SLO/error-budget thinking and operational reviews.
- Improve security posture across the SDLC (secrets management, image/package governance, artifact hygiene, SAST/DAST reporting via SonarQube).
- Facilitate excellent cross-time-zone communication and handovers; set up crisp status updates, docs, and runbooks in Confluence.
- Influence architecture and reliability decisions (Kubernetes, networking, IAM, cost management) with a bias for automation and sustainability.
- Contribute hands-on: code reviews, IaC modules, pipeline templates, and reference implementations.

Primary Responsibilities

Overview: The Technical Support Engineer II is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Inovalon non-production and production environments. This is a 1st tier second-level support role within the Endpoint Services team. Duties are focused on building, testing, and distributing hardware and software to new and existing Associates within an assigned area as well as providing technology support to resolve hardware and software issues both onsite at offices and remotely. They should be responsible for providing telephone-based technical support of complex hardware/software incidents and service requests across the enterprise. The incumbent will serve as an advocate for internal and external customers in ensuring service requests are fulfilled to their satisfaction. Responsibilities can include troubleshooting, installation, access provisioning, hardware break/fix, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve hardware and software incidents onsite and remotely.
- Function as an internal and external client representative for technology support within an assigned location(s).
- Find correlation and problems from incident to resolution, applies emergency fixes to keep end users working while root cause analysis is assessed.

- Minimum team management experience of 5 years.

What You’ll Do:
- Detection Engineering: Build and manage the lifecycle of detection rules, focusing on measurement/quality loops (coverage, precision, latency) and safe rollout patterns.
- Automated Response: Build workflows that reduce toil (triage, enrichment, containment) using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), EDR/XDR, and automation to improve time-to-contain.

ClearView is looking for an Information Security Professional to join our Information Technology team. This role will be responsible for three main areas: Supporting our Policy Review/Creation, User Awareness Training, and Monitoring/Testing to ensure compliance. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, flexibility to changing demands and having an eye for process improvement. This position will work in our India office but will be responsible for ClearView’s Information Security globally.
Responsibilities
Security monitoring and incident support
- Monitor security tools and dashboards (e.g., SIEM, endpoint security, email security) for alerts and suspicious activity and help triage and escalate as needed.
- Tune SIEM rules, correlation searches, and alert thresholds to reduce noise and improve detection quality under the guidance of senior staff.
- Build and maintain SIEM dashboards and reports that give IT and leadership visibility into security events and trends.
- Assist in initial investigation of security incidents (log collection, basic analysis, documentation) and support remediation steps defined by senior engineers.
- Follow established runbooks and procedures for incident response and request enhancements when gaps are identified.
Cloud and infrastructure security
- Help configure and monitor security controls in Azure and AWS (e.g., security center, logging, IAM, security groups, baseline configurations).
- Work with IT teams to ensure logging, alerting, and basic hardening are in place for servers, applications, and network devices.
- Assist with periodic reviews of access controls, MFA configurations, and conditional access policies across cloud and onprem environments.
- Support vulnerability management activities by collecting scan results, tracking remediation status, and validating fixes with relevant teams.
Endpoint and identity security
- Help manage endpoint security tools (EDR/AV, disk encryption, device posture checks) and respond to endpoint alerts following documented procedures.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of identity and access controls (e.g., rolebased access, privilege reviews, account lifecycle processes).
- Contribute to standard build/hardening checklists for laptops, servers, and cloud resources, and verify that new systems are deployed according to these baselines.
Operational processes and documentation
- Maintain up to date technical documentation for security tools, dashboards, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Support periodic security reviews and audits by gathering evidence, screenshots, and exportable reports from security tools.
- Help implement and track security metrics (e.g., number of alerts, mean time to acknowledge, patch/vulnerability closure rates) and suggest improvements.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding tasks related to security access, device setup, and security tooling enrollment.
Collaboration and learning
- Partner with the IT teams to ensure changes to infrastructure or applications include appropriate logging and security controls.
- Stay current on security tooling and best practices relevant to SIEM, cloud security, and endpoint protection, and share useful findings with the team.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, information security, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-6 years of relevant security experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with interest in security operations, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Comfortable working with logs, dashboards, and basic scripting or automation tools to troubleshoot and analyze issues.
- Security+, CySA+, AWS Associate Certifications, AZ 500 or other information security certifications.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and ownership skills.
- Possesses excellent collaboration skills for work with various internal team members.
Additional Skills/Experience
- An understanding of security concepts, encryption, system hardening, defense-in-depth designs, advanced persistent threats, anomaly detection and next-generation technologies.
- Working knowledge and experience with any of the following technologies: VA, SIEM, DLP, IPS/IDS, AV, MFA, VPN, FW, AD, Wireless, ACL’s, & Port Scanning.
- Experience with Rapid7 SIEM is a plus, experience with any log analysis or SIEM platform is a must.
- Working knowledge of Windows endpoints; familiarity with macOS or basic networking concepts is a plus.
- Awareness of security frameworks or standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and interest in learning how they apply in practice.
- Knowledge of a variety of security tools.
