Requirements

Summary:

Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Account/Growth Manager to work in person directly with our newly implemented SMB/Consumer clients. This role will require ~25% domestic travel. The candidate will be in charge of managing relationships and helping to facilitate process change management within the SMB/Consumer client to maximize the Ocrolus platform.  Tasks may involve process development, forecasting, strategic planning, sales support, product training, client service, project management, and marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our team as a contractor. This role will draw on deep underwriting expertise—including comprehensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines—to perform continuous testing on our mortgage products. 

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience interpreting and analyzing income, asset, credit, AUS, and collateral documentation, applying underwriting rules, performing income calculations and creating conditions. We’re looking for a Mortgage Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our team and be the bridge between our product and our customers. This is not your standard engineering role, you’ll be out in the field, working directly with clients, writing production code, and helping them reimagine how they run their business with our platform.  You will be working directly with our Account Management team, implementation team and onboarding team.  This role reports to the VP of Account Management.

As an FDE, you’ll wear different hats: engineer, architect, and trusted advisor. One day you might be prototyping a custom integration; the next, you’re running a proof-of-value with a C-suite exec; the next, you’re feeding back product insights that shape the roadmap.
