What We Expect

We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience. You must be able to generate multiple solutions, justify them, receive and digest feedback effectively. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch. If such a request hurts your feelings, then we might not be the right fit – we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.

It's super important to adhere to all types of agreements.

Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma.

Additional Information

• Our team works remotely, but we operate on a 9 AM to 6 PM CET schedule. During these hours, we actively collaborate via calls and discussions.

About the Role

The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for bringing Xometry’s brand to life through high-quality video, animation, and motion graphics. Reporting to the Global Creative Director, this role translates brand strategy into engaging visual stories across campaigns, product narratives, and key brand moments.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that combines creative craftsmanship with collaborative problem-solving. The Senior Motion Designer will work closely with Brand, Growth, and Content Marketing teams and other cross-functional partners.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Quality (Execution-Focused)

• Execute video and motion deliverables that meet established creative and brand standards.
• Apply Xometry’s visual identity consistently across all motion and video content.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creatively-driven Senior Brand Designer to support the execution and evolution of Flexport’s visual identity across multiple touch points. We want someone who is a systems thinker and is skilled at creating scalable design solutions and thinking holistically about the brand ecosystem. This role blends hands-on design work with project and vendor management, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across a wide variety of brand expressions—from our website and marketing campaigns to sales decks and internal presentations.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to bring on a Senior Test Automation Engineer, Hardware to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Test Design Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn-key test solutions for electronic components and systems and a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage a small team of Test Automation Engineers to deliver End to End test solutions for customers
• Define, own, and execute End of Line test plans for a set of new products and features, in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware design teams
• Define and implement test strategies that optimize product safety, product reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule

• 2+ years of experience in scripting language to develop automation (C/C++/C#, Python, or MATLAB – experience in LabVIEW is a plus)
• Experience with peripherals and developing test and validation strategies
• Advanced experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols: USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, serial comms, etc.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Technical Lead, to join our rapidly growing team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end embedded control electronic systems and subsystems development for UAVs and related equipment. You will also be leading a team of engineers, and establishing robust design, integration, testing, and validation processes. This will require expertise in PCB design, subsystem integration, process management, vendor coordination. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead avionics system development from concept through production, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and performance across Anduril's air systems.
• Provide technical guidance and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, driving technical execution and professional growth within the Tactical Recon & Strike Electrical Engineering team.
• Assign Electrical Engineers to projects and reconcile resource conflicts. Identify new resource requirements, recruit, interview & hire new employees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products

About the Role: 

M3 is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Senior Marketing Designer to own and elevate our visual presence across all customer-facing and internal marketing touchpoints.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on execution, ownership, and speed. You will be the primary driver of M3’s marketing design output and responsible for creating the materials that support sales, marketing, and brand growth across the organization.

Today, M3 partners with an external agency for portions of its marketing execution. This role will play a key part in bringing core design and brand capabilities in-house over time, increasing speed, consistency, and control over how M3 shows up in the market.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership, but operate with a high degree of autonomy. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where none exists, and takes pride in producing polished, executable-ready, business-critical work.

This is not a product UX role — while you may occasionally contribute to UI-related efforts, the primary focus is marketing design, brand execution, and sales enablement.  

Essential Duties:

Marketing & Sales Collateral

• Design high-quality sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets
• Design and deliver Competitive Win documents, based on industry research and peer input
• Create customer-facing assets that clearly communicate M3’s value across multiple audiences

Brand Execution & Evolution

• Apply and evolve M3’s visual identity across all marketing channels
• Partner with leadership to refine how the brand is expressed visually over time
• Help transition brand execution from external partners to internal ownership

Campaign & Content Design

• Support marketing initiatives with email graphics, social content, landing page visuals, and digital campaigns
• Rapidly, consistently, and proactively produce assets that support ongoing marketing execution and do not wait for tasks to be communicated

Internal Marketing Infrastructure

• Build and organize reusable templates (decks, one-pagers, email layouts, etc.)
• Establish lightweight systems and documentation that improve speed and consistency
• Create a foundation that reduces reliance on external agencies, specifically for graphic design in the early stages

Creative Production Ownership

• Strategically manage projects from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining high design standards, meeting deadline dates without friction or delays across the deliverable spectrum

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to translate business needs into effective visual communication
• Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong focus on marketing, brand, and visual communication
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing collateral, brand work, and campaign design
• Expert proficiency in design platforms, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing within an accelerated B2B or SaaS environment (preferred) without the need for leadership oversight in the editorial process
• Strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently as a solo designer in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• Highly organized with the ability to create structure and systems where needed

The Challenge

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to architect and scale high‑impact, release‑driven digital education for complex SaaS products. This is a senior‑level individual contributor role for a proven learning architect who thrives in fast‑moving environments and sets the standard for quality, speed, and scalability.

In this role, you will be the studio’s learning design authority and quality multiplier, building flagship eLearning, converting instructor‑led content into scalable self‑directed experiences, and creating reusable design patterns that allow learning to move in lockstep with product releases. You will combine strong instructional design judgment with hands‑on execution, helping customers and partners quickly adopt new functionality and realize value from OneTrust’s platform.

Your Mission

• Architect and deliver rapid, release‑synchronous eLearning for technical SaaS products, using modern authoring tools (primarily Rise)

• Convert ILT/VILT and SME‑led content into high‑quality, self‑directed digital learning that scales globally

• Design and maintain net‑new, release‑maintenance, and delta‑training modules that clearly communicate what changed, why it matters, and how to apply it

• Build microlearning (≤15 minutes)

• Create high‑quality demo and how‑to videos with AI audio, that teach real workflows, use cases, and best practices

• Own and evolve reusable learning templates, patterns, and standards that ensure consistency, accessibility, and speed across the education portfolio

• Partner with product SMEs, trainers, and education leaders to translate complex functionality into clear, outcome‑driven learning

• Apply and enforce accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive/neurodiverse design practices

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Rise AI) to accelerate development, generate scenario variants, maintain terminology consistency, and support quality assurance

• Mentor and coach other designers—raising the overall quality bar, influencing design decisions, and providing hands‑on guidance for complex initiatives

• Use learner and delivery feedback to identify “stumble points” and design targeted digital solutions that improve adoption and time‑to‑value

You Are/Have

• Bachelor degree in Instructional Design or Education or similar.

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or rapid eLearning experience design, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, release‑driven environments, or technical platforms

• Experience in Addie, Backward, and Agile design.

• Proven success delivering rapid eLearning in high‑volume, release‑driven environments

• Deep experience converting instructor‑led and technical content into effective self‑directed learning

• Strong design judgment and the ability to act as a design authority, not just a content producer

• Strong project management skills, with experience working closely with SMEs and managing multiple projects in parallel while meeting release timelines

• Hands‑on experience producing video content using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit, or similar

• Strong proficiency with Articulate Rise and working knowledge of Articulate Storyline

• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

• Experience using AI to improve development velocity, quality, and scalability

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams
