The Director of Marketing Operations Business Partner defines and leads the marketing operating model to accelerate pipeline growth, execution excellence, and deliver performance insights. • Management of Studies and Site Workload:
  • Collaborate with Investigator(s) to evaluate and determine feasibility of upcoming opportunities/protocols

Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) is a division with two missions: 1) build highly capable autonomous drones, and 2) build solid rocket motors at scale. The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. The team works on air vehicles such as the ALTIUS and develop complex manufacturing test solutions to our internal manufacturing team or contract manufacturers. ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to bring on a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work with the test of the organization to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Senior Electrical Test Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn key test solution for electronic components and systems and has a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and own Hardware Qualification test plan definition for new products and new features, in collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware design teams
• Determine test strategies that optimize product safety, product reliability, risk mitigation, FMEA coverage, and schedule
• Design and execution of PCBA and electrical system components with hands on testing and rework as necessary
• Data analysis and clear communication of results and collaboration with design engineers to resolve any product problems found via test

We are looking to bring on a Senior Test Automation Engineer, Hardware to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril plays a crucial role in our mission, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, software validation testing and much more. This position is looking for a highly motivated flight test engineer with emphasis in software/hardware capability development and evaluation for the Altius UAS platform. Altius is a Group 2/3 autonomous vehicle specializing in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions. You will be responsible for the evaluation of the software and hardware capabilities for operational suitability as well as Altius’s integration into the full suite of Anduril systems to complete complex operations.

What you’ll do

• As a flight test engineer, under minimal supervision, you will be responsible for test planning, execution, reporting, and evaluating the system under test (software and/or hardware).
• Test duties include:
• Candidate will support and plan test events conducted at test sites as required by the specific test.
• Configuration management of test owned assets. This includes specific to test configuration management (hardware components, specific payloads, software/firmware configuration) as well as fleet management (facilitate and track required maintenance, planning/assigning asset requirements for current testing and future efforts).
• Generation of evaluation test plans and reports focusing on system functionality and suitability of software and hardware integration efforts. In addition to technical test planning, planning includes safety (risk, hazards, develop mitigations) and logistical (available hardware, airspace, personnel resources, timeline/scheduling).
• Generate and execute test cards, conduct pre and post flight briefings, and manage test events with diverse support teams (pilots, engineering subject matter experts (SME), operations). Testing execution will include operating Altius when conducting system evaluation testing.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross functional teams within the business line through development and production testing, reporting of test findings, and test status. This includes adjudication of testing tasks and characterization of issues, observations, and detailing results.
• Interface daily with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Collect metrics for flight test events to include sortie information and delays.

Required Qualifications

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for a VP, Global Demand Generation to own the full revenue marketing engine – driving predictable pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing organization.

This leader will be accountable not only for demand generation outcomes, but also for the systems, data, and insights that power them. You’ll oversee global demand programs (field, ABM, campaigns, paid, and digital) alongside Marketing Operations and Analytics – bringing rigor to forecasting, clarity to performance, and scalability to how we grow.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be a core member of the marketing leadership team and a key partner to Sales, RevOps, Finance, Product Marketing, and Brand. You’ll balance near-term pipeline goals with long-term system health, while introducing bold, differentiated programs that break through in a competitive market.

What you'll own:

• Own the global revenue marketing strategy and outcomes
• Define and lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities
• Translate revenue targets into measurable demand plans, forecasts, and investment strategies
• Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline planning, account coverage, and forecast accuracy
• Drive accountability for pipeline creation, progression, and conversion across segments and regions
• Lead and scale demand generation programs
• Field & Event Marketing: Design regional and executive programs that accelerate enterprise deal velocity
• ABM: Lead a focused, sales-aligned account-based motion across priority segments
• Integrated Campaigns: Drive cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that connect brand to pipeline
• Paid Media & Digital: Own global paid and digital strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels
• Webinars & Virtual Programs: Build scalable digital programs that generate pipeline and extend thought leadership
• Own Marketing operations and analytics
• Lead Marketing Operations, including marketing tech stack, data infrastructure, campaign execution, and process optimization
• Establish clear definitions, measurement frameworks, and attribution models in partnership with RevOps and Finance
• Drive forecasting rigor, budget allocation, and ROI visibility across all marketing investments
• Build a best-in-class marketing analytics function that delivers actionable insights on pipeline performance, conversion, and efficiency
• Ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integration across systems
• Operate with rigor and credibility
• Inspect performance regularly, optimizing programs and spend based on impact and efficiency
• Communicate pipeline health, forecasts, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to executive leadership
• Bring a systems-thinking approach to scaling demand, balancing experimentation with repeatability
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and scale a global team across multiple demand functions
• Clarify ownership, priorities, and success metrics for all team members

What you bring:

• 12–18+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing roles
• Proven track record of owning pipeline in mid-market and enterprise contexts
• Deep experience across field marketing, ABM, integrated campaigns, and paid media
• Strong operational mindset, comfortable with martech stacks, forecasting, attribution, and performance metrics
• High credibility with Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders; strong cross-functional leadership
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence and execution
• Demonstrated ability to invent creative programs that break through competitive noise
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing global teams
• Clear, executive-level communicator capable of simplifying complex tradeoffs

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $252,000 - $315,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
