While it’s helpful to know Financial Services, and more specifically Wealth Management, it isn’t required. You must be willing to learn all aspects of our business, financial products, product development, and business strategy.
You’re a problem solver with an experimentation mindset. You’ve proven an ability to learn rapidly and you have a desire to teach others. The proof could be a Graduate Degree in a technical or research discipline, having worked as a Consultant, or having a couple of years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, working with customers or internal stakeholders using data to understand what’s happening. The important thing isn't the job title, it’s your mindset.

You are considered a technical thought leader for the Engineering organization. You are part of a community of our
most senior Engineers, working with limited to no guidance and focusing on the organization’s most complex,

The Investor Solutions team at Addepar is growing!
Navigator is a quantitative liquidity risk projection tool that is one of the key components of Addepar's multi-product ecosystem. Brought into the Addepar family as part of an acquisition in 2021, Addepar has continued to double down on investing in this critical product, as we've scaled well beyond the multi-million ARR goal first set for this product line. Going into 2026, Navigator will be used as the foundation to build key workflows that cater to large institutions, further integrating across the Addepar ecosystem.
As we continue to scale, a need has opened up for a Fullstack Software Engineer who would bring to bear their unique expertise with the existing Engineering team, with exciting opportunities to extend the scope for this role longer term, as the product continues to push onward into future global expansion mode.

THE TEAM

The Role
As a Principal Frontend Developer at Capco, you’ll lead the development of scalable and secure web applications for global financial clients using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React. Based in our Windsor or Edinburgh office, our Technical Graduates will fill a number of important positions at InterSystems. With personalised mentorship, our graduates have opportunities to work both independently, and as part of a team, to fulfil different needs of the company throughout a 9-month contract, starting in either April or September 2026. You will develop a deep level of knowledge about InterSystems and our products, as well as gaining valuable and transferable workplace skills, both technical and non-technical. We operate with a comprehensive onboarding process, allowing our graduates to undergo all the training that is necessary for their specific requirements. Whichever team a Technical Graduate is part of, they will follow a structured programme to monitor their progress and facilitate development. There may be opportunity to move into a permanent position once the graduate contract is complete.
