Software engineering interns are fully integrated into software engineering teams across our Product and Technology organization. The MongoDB Query Testing Tools Team is hiring Software Engineers who want to join us in building a state-of-the-art distributed query system. Our Team builds tooling that allows us to ship Query Engine features with high confidence in both correctness and performance, making it a great fit if you like seeing your work protect real customers at scale. The team develops advanced testing frameworks (end-to-end testing, fuzzing, property-based testing) as well as performance measurement tools, including high-volume workload generation tools.

MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use their exceptional problem solving and customer service skills, along with their deep technical experience, to advise customers and to solve their complex MongoDB problems. Once considered ramped, they will transition to a permanent (Tuesday to Saturday) 9am-6pm work week (with 3 in-office days) to provide weekend coverage alongside other peers. Saturdays and Sundays are considered fully online workdays and not an on-call shift.

We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA Commercial team, covering the Entrepreneur and SMB segment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their pre-sales career who is curious, eager to learn, and excited by the intersection of technology and sales. You don't need to have all the answers on day one. What matters is that you ask great questions, pick things up quickly, and genuinely want to help customers succeed.
You'll work alongside Account Executives across the Italian-speaking market and wider EMEA region, supporting the technical side of deals and building your skills in a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
We're technical sellers who drive revenue by winning Commercial deals. Our job is to own the technical win. That means building champions, demonstrating clear value, and making sure prospects choose Klaviyo.
We work directly with customers to design solutions that integrate into their existing tech stacks, taking a consultative approach that builds confidence and gets buy-in from both technical and business stakeholders.
Our team builds beyond the day-to-day too. Recent projects include AI-powered demo data generators, a Chrome extension for troubleshooting API calls, and templatised mobile apps to showcase our SDK capabilities. We're a team that builds things to solve problems, and we'd love you to grow into that.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

We're looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA Commercial team, covering the Entrepreneur and SMB segment. We are seeking a Technical Success Manager to own long-term client relationships with FastSpring's most technically sophisticated, high potential clients. These are businesses who have advanced technical, product or operational complexity and play a key strategic role in FastSpring's present and future success. We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers to join the AI Group to build Intercom’s AI-powered products. Product Engineers working in ML work closely with both our ML Scientists and product teams. They must deeply understand our product, our customers, our ML tech stack and our broader product stack.
Our group is responsible for defining new ML features, researching appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting first prototypes in our customers’ hands.
We are an extremely product focussed team. We work in partnership with Product and Design functions of teams we support. Our team's dedicated Engineers enable us to move to production fast, often shipping to beta in weeks after a successful offline test.
We are very passionate about applying machine learning technology, and have productized everything from classic supervised models, to cutting-edge unsupervised clustering algorithms, to novel applications of transformer neural networks. We test and measure the real customer impact of each model we deploy.

Product Engineers in the AI Group
Build the systems that power Intercom’s flagship AI products. This usually means working in our ML Python tech stack, but at times also means working across the product on our Rails app too.
Work alongside our ML Scientists bring proof-of-concept code to production; ensuring it’s robust and scalable for real-world use.
Partner with product teams outside of our group, to shape the best AI-powered product experience for our customers..
Contribute to all phases of software development including ideation, prototyping, and implementation and testing.

We’re looking for Senior Product Engineers to join the AI Group to build Intercom’s AI-powered products. Product Engineers working in ML work closely with both our ML Scientists and product teams. They must deeply understand our product, our customers, our ML tech stack and our broader product stack.
Our group is responsible for defining new ML features, researching appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting first prototypes in our customers’ hands.
We are an extremely product focussed team. We work in partnership with Product and Design functions of teams we support. Our team's dedicated Engineers enable us to move to production fast, often shipping to beta in weeks after a successful offline test.
We are very passionate about applying machine learning technology, and have productized everything from classic supervised models, to cutting-edge unsupervised clustering algorithms, to novel applications of transformer neural networks. We test and measure the real customer impact of each model we deploy.

Product Engineers in the AI Group
Build the systems that power Intercom’s flagship AI products. This usually means working in our ML Python tech stack, but at times also means working across the product on our Rails app too.
Work alongside our ML Scientists bring proof-of-concept code to production; ensuring it’s robust and scalable for real-world use.
Partner with product teams outside of our group, to shape the best AI-powered product experience for our customers..
Contribute to all phases of software development including ideation, prototyping, and implementation and testing.
Play an active role in the hiring, mentoring, and career development of other engineers.
Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence within the group and across Intercom.

5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
No ML experience required. We believe you can be highly effective immediately by bringing excellent software engineering skills, and learn ML as you work on the team.
You can demonstrate significant impact in the work that you have done.
You take pride in having strong technical fundamentals; you love learning and are willing to work hard to invest in your development.
Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (for example, Ruby, Python, Javascript etc.) but it doesn’t need to be a language that we use here!
Strong willingness to fight for good outcomes
Bias towards progress over perfection
BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline
Previous experience in data analytics, or statistical role
