The team also works with all divisions at NPR to develop and communicate best practices, solutions and strategies for growing audience service and support for the Member network.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Executive Assistant for executive level staff members, including the SVP, Member Partnership.
• Provides a range of complex administrative support services in a proactive, detail-oriented and forward-thinking manner in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Assists executive-level staff in the preparation of materials for executive leadership meetings, NPR Board of Directors meetings, NPR Member station visits, industry conferences and meetings, Network Working Groups, and other special groups as required.
• Rigorously maintains complex and dynamic daily schedules while balancing executive’s multiple priorities. Maintains vacation and leave schedule for executives’ direct reports and senior managers.
• Makes travel arrangements and manages executives’ broad travel needs; assists in the processing of expense reports and petty cash.
• Orchestrates logistics for internal and external events, meetings, conferences and presentations, including help in coordinating the agenda for and potentially moderating weekly department meetings.
• Answers and screens calls for executive level staff as needed. Manages incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintains files and notebooks for executive-level staff, including taking meeting minutes and notes for primary executives as requested.
• Serves as the go-to person for all department needs, including catering requests, travel assistance, schedule maintenance, and office/workspace supplies needs.
• Manages special projects as assigned related to meeting preparation, project management, and new initiatives that affect NPR’s Member station network.
• Contributes to managing Salesforce documentation for department heads.
• Supports the planning and coordination of CEO participation in Member station events and visits.
• Has senior-level interactions of a complex, sensitive and highly confidential nature inside and outside the company. Serves as the internal and external point of contact representing various Member Partnership staffers.
• Assists department head in coordinating team culture initiatives through training sessions, meetings, staff care packages, and other activities.
• Performs department/division coordination duties that are often highly confidential. 
• Provides administrative assistance to other managers and staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-3 years of professional experience as a high-performing administrative assistant, or similar position.
• Computer literacy with highly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• The ability to juggle and prioritize simultaneous assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  Must approach work with a sense of urgency, and possess flexibility &  proactivity.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: The U.S.-based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $34.35-$35.35 per hour,  plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.

Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPR’s benefits options. What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification 
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by your One Medical start date

NPR is seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to provide strategic administrative support in a high-impact environment.  This role is vital in supporting the CDO by managing complex scheduling, high-level communications, and cross-functional coordination while exercising exceptional judgement and discretion. 

Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key in supporting the CDO’s daily operations and maximizing their productivity.  Success in this role will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the Office of the CDO.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience interacting with high-level executives, including board members, donors, and policy leaders.
• Experience working with Development teams and/or with Foundations and Donors is a plus.
• Experience with C-Suite executives preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting an executive overseeing a Development Department or Foundation Board.

WHAT YOU’LL DO*

• Be the first warm welcome and a steady support, triaging incoming patients and helping guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics, from bloodwork and imaging to catheter placement and oxygen support
• Work alongside our credentialed veterinary technicians and veterinarians to set up and monitor anesthesia and sedation cases
• Set up and manage IV fluids, blood transfusions, and medication administration
• Assist during every moment of care: outpatient or inpatient, exam room to treatment area
• Join patient rounds and stay close to the clinical picture to ensure continuity of care
• Learn how to perform CPR and become a RECOVER Certified Rescuer (training provided!)
• Grow into more advanced responsibilities, such as anesthesia support, ultrasound, and catheterization through guided training pathways

WHAT YOU NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program a plus
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role (emergency or specialty experience is a bonus!)
• Basic computer skills and an understanding of practice management software and electronic medical record keeping
• Excellent communicator when collaborating with pet parents and your team
• Fine motor skills for handling patients and medical equipment
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor as well as ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and able to support up to 40 kg with assistance
• Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as needed basis based on hospital demands

We are seeking an exceptional early-career leader to serve as Director of Strategic Growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO with intensive mentorship during your first year, you will leverage your government relationships and policy expertise to structure and close transformational deals that establish Rhombus as the predictive intelligence partner of choice for defense and national security organizations in your assigned territory.

This is a rare opportunity for rising stars in the defense policy community with congressional, parliamentary, or senior government experience and deep networks across defense, intelligence, and foreign policy establishments—to transition into a high-impact commercial role. You will combine your understanding of how governments make decisions with the business acumen to negotiate complex deals, acting as both strategic advisor and deal maker - from opportunity identification, to structuring the offering to meet the specific needs of the potential client, to negotiating the successful contracts finalization, you will be deeply involved in, some of the most consequential technology partnerships in national security.

If you're a former congressional staffer, defense policy professional, or government strategist who has spent the last few years building industry experience and are ready to own revenue outcomes while shaping how allied nations deploy AI for national security, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Own Sales and Revenue Growth in Assigned Geographic Area: Structure, negotiate, and close high-value deals ($5M-$50M+) with defense ministries, intelligence agencies, and national security organizations across your geographic area of responsibility (United States, Europe, or Asia-Pacific).
• Leverage Government Networks and Relationships: Activate your existing relationships with senior officials, congressional/parliamentary leaders, defense committees, and national security stakeholders to open doors, facilitate introductions, and position Rhombus for strategic opportunities.
• Structure Strategic Partnerships and Agreements: Design deal structures, partnership frameworks, and contractual arrangements that align Rhombus capabilities with government priorities, including multi-year programs, pilot-to-production pathways, and allied nation collaborations.
• Serve as Trusted Advisor to Senior Government Officials: Engage at the highest levels of government—Ministers, Assistant Secretaries, Committee Staff Directors, Intelligence Directors, and SES officials—articulating how Rhombus' predictive intelligence capabilities address strategic national security challenges.
• Develop Market Entry and Expansion Strategies: Assess political landscapes, defense priorities, threat perceptions, and budget environments in your assigned geographic area to identify high-potential opportunities and craft go-to-market strategies that resonate with government buyers.
• Collaborate with CEO on Strategic Vision: Work directly for the CEO contributing to company strategy, shaping product-market fit for government customers, and representing Rhombus in high-stakes negotiations and policy discussions.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally on Deal Execution: Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure deal structures are technically feasible, legally sound, and operationally deliverable, managing handoffs from signed contract to successful implementation.
• Report on Pipeline and Deal Progression: Deliver regular updates to CEO and Senior Management Team on pipeline development, deal status, relationship-building progress, and market dynamics, with clear visibility into revenue forecasts and strategic opportunities in your territory.
• Represent Rhombus at Government and Industry Forums: Serve as company representative at defense conferences, bilateral meetings, congressional hearings (as appropriate), parliamentary inquiries, security dialogues, and industry events relevant to your geographic market.

Qualifications

• Government Policy and Legislative Experience: Background as congressional staffer (ideally with Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee, or Foreign Relations Committee), parliamentary advisor, senior defense ministry official, or equivalent government role with direct exposure to national security policy and decision-making at the highest levels.
• Established Government Network: Deep, active relationships across defense and national security establishments in your assigned geographic area, including senior officials in defense ministries, intelligence agencies, military services, legislative bodies, and national security councils. You should be able to name 20+ senior contacts you could call today.
• Industry Transition Experience (minimum 3 years): Post-government experience in defense technology, consulting, or related industry roles where you've begun applying your policy expertise to commercial outcomes.
• Deep Understanding of Defense Procurement and Authorization: Expert knowledge of how governments buy technology, allocate budgets, and authorize programs, including familiarity with authorization processes (e.g., NDAA in U.S., defense white papers internationally), appropriations cycles, and procurement frameworks.
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess geopolitical dynamics, defense priorities, threat landscapes, and political environments to identify opportunities and craft strategies. Background in political science, international relations, security studies, or related fields.
• Exceptional Communication and Executive Presence: Ability to engage credibly with Ministers, Generals, Assistant Secretaries, Committee Staff Directors, and CEOs. Skilled at articulating complex technology capabilities in focused policy-relevant terms and writing policy papers, briefing memos, and strategic documents.
• Educational Background: Degree from top-tier institution in political science, international relations, security studies, or related field (e.g. Georgetown, Johns Hopkins SAIS, Harvard Kennedy School, Tufts’ Fletcher School, Princeton, Yale, or equivalent). Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Geographic and Cultural Expertise: Deep knowledge of regional defense ecosystems, political dynamics, and cultural norms in your assigned territory. Native or near-native language capability as relevant.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Ownership Mentality: Comfort operating with significant autonomy, building strategies from scratch, and owning revenue outcomes. Willingness to learn commercial skills rapidly while applying government expertise. 
• Security Clearance Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
• Willingness to Travel Extensively: Flexibility to travel 50%+ for customer meetings, government engagements, conferences, and headquarters visits. Regular travel to Palo Alto, CA headquarters is expected.

Summary 

The Manager, Operations will play a central role in driving the effectiveness of our organization, working directly under the supervision and guidance of the CFO. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, policies, procedures and Vital Voices Headquarters (VVHQ) management. The Manager will work collaboratively across all teams to drive operational strategy and planning. The Manager works in close collaboration with the Operations, Communications & Events, and Technology teams to best serve staff, guests and network leaders. This position is based in Washington, DC with the option of a hybrid work schedule. We are not accepting remote candidates at this time.

Building Operations: Management and oversight of VVHQ operations  

• Ensure that VVHQ runs efficiently and effectively to best serve staff, guests and network leaders

• Lead cross-functional project management (PMO) processes, delivering strategic guidance and specific solutions to ensure teams remain organized, aligned and on schedule

• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships

Supervisory: Manage the Operations Coordinator 

• Support, guide and partner with Operations Coordinator for professional success

Required Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4-8 years of relevant work experience required 

• Previous building operations, rental experience and vendor management experience required   

• Demonstrated experience establishing and driving organizational performance frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, and annual goal-setting processes  

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

The starting salary range for this position is $114,300 - $142,600 based on experience and ability to have broad impact early.

About the Position

Dexis is currently seeking a Program Manager for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) of the General Staff -8 (G8) in support of the Director of Material. The DCS G-8 is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. About the Position

A U.S. government agency requires a full time Executive Assistant contractor to provide critical administrative support to Senior Leadership within the agency.

This position is based in Washington, DC and is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and prioritizing the high incoming flow of work for the Senior Leader and/or their office;
• Responding to and scheduling requests for meetings, invitations, and requests to participate at special event, booking official appointments and meetings;
• Greeting and escorting guests at Agency Headquarters;
• Maintaining a control and follow-up system for incoming workload and correspondence to ensure timely responses;
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents for the Senior Leader/Senior Leader’s office;
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail;
• Assisting with travel coordination and voucher processing for the office;
• Maintaining records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines;
• Coordinating with other department and stakeholders on administrative projects, data calls, and workplace analysis for the Senior Leader/Senior Leaders office; and
• Process internal ethics clearances for speakers’ participation at events or widely attended gatherings.
• Supporting procurement and acquisition process for the office with the supervision of the Administrative Program Manager.
• Other administration tasks as required.

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years’ experience providing administration/procurement support in a federal environment, international organization or financial institution.
• Detail orientated, flexible, and sound professional skills, with the ability to take responsibility for multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
• Candidate(s) must be able to perform with some supervision in a high pace environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.

Work Environment Requirements  

• This contract does not allow for work to take place outside of agency headquarters. There will be no “telework” or “remote work.”  
• The Executive Assistant must work 8 hours each day, with an additional 45-minute lunch break. Must work during core business hours of 9:00 am to 3:45 pm each day but may flex their start time and end times outside of the core hours within a 7:00 am to 5:45 pm window.
• The Executive Assistant is not required to work during Federal Holidays or any other point in which the agency headquarters building is closed (ex: presidential-directed holiday, administrative leave directed by the CEO resulting in building closure, weather related emergencies resulting in building closure, etc.).
• No travel is anticipated as part of this contract.
