Position Summary

We have an opening for a Financial Regulation and Derivatives Paralegal position with a potential start date in Summer 2026. Our team works primarily with derivatives and structured products to meet the needs of investment banks, asset management firms and other financial institutions, analyzing economic information to create documents that provide the basis for our clients’ businesses. The CLE Specialist/Sr. Specialist oversees the firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program for New York (and Washington, D.C.), ensuring attorneys remain compliant with applicable CLE requirements and that the firm’s internal and on-demand CLE programming is properly accredited, delivered, tracked, and documented.
