ABOUT THE JOB

Our Air Defense team is responsible for developing and fielding CUAS capabilities around the world. We are seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team focused on protecting critical national security assets within the United States. This role is designed for a strong operator who will help scale our domestic, civilian, and commercial deployments.

Operating CUAS capabilities inside the United States requires a combination of technical rigor, operational excellence, and regulatory awareness. Our systems must integrate seamlessly with civilian airspace operations while meeting federal, state, and local legal authorities governing counter-drone activity. Our customers depend on precise execution, regulatory compliance, and professional fielding in environments where safety, legal authority, and public trust are paramount.

This role is responsible for driving program execution to protect critical infrastructure, government facilities, and commercial sites. You will serve as the operational expert for domestic Air Defense deployments—ensuring systems, personnel, training, documentation, and regulatory requirements are aligned for mission success. You will build repeatable deployment processes, manage cross-functional coordination, and serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and customers.

You will operate at the intersection of technology development, operational deployment, and customer engagement - serving as a key integrator across teams and ensuring the program executes effectively and efficiently at scale. You will directly support program cost, schedule, risk management, executive reporting, and strategic execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Program Execution

• Develop and maintain program execution frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures to ensure alignment across technical and operational teams
• Drive program coordination across engineering, product, growth, compliance, and supply chain
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and briefings to communicate program health and progress to leadership
• Identify program risks early and drive mitigation strategies across technical and operational stakeholders
• Ensure program execution aligns with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks governing domestics CUAS operations
• Coordinate with regulatory and policy stakeholders to support deployments operating within FAA, DHS, and other relevant authorities

Deployment Planning

• Oversee planning and coordination of CUAS deployments — from planning and logistics through on-site activation to long-term sustainment
• Develop structured deployment plans, readiness gates, and operational checklists to ensure repeatable execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready capabilities to customer sites
• Lead after-action reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve deployment velocity and quality

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as senior program representative during key deployments and operational activities
• Ensure clear, proactive communication across internal stakeholders and external customers
• Drive stakeholder alignment across technical, operational, and regulatory teams to ensure program decisions are made quickly, transparently, and in support of mission success
• Ensure coordination between program leadership, field operations, and customer stakeholders to maintain readiness and program credibility
  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience in deployment operations, defense programs, aerospace systems, logistics, or technical project management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving hardware and software systems in high-stakes or regulated environments
• Experience working with domestic government entities, critical infrastructure operators, or regulated commercial customers
• Strong operational rigor—ability to build structured plans, manage concurrent workstreams, and execute against tight timelines
• Proven ability to cut through ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing senior leadership and customer executives
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as program and deployment needs require

• Familiarity with the domestic CUAS operating environment with direct experience work on sensor networks, autonomy, or ISR platforms

Qualifications

• Government Policy and Legislative Experience: Background as congressional staffer (ideally with Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee, or Foreign Relations Committee), parliamentary advisor, senior defense ministry official, or equivalent government role with direct exposure to national security policy and decision-making at the highest levels.
• Established Government Network: Deep, active relationships across defense and national security establishments in your assigned geographic area, including senior officials in defense ministries, intelligence agencies, military services, legislative bodies, and national security councils. • Industry Transition Experience (minimum 3 years): Post-government experience in defense technology, consulting, or related industry roles where you've begun applying your policy expertise to commercial outcomes.

Protective Service Officer (PSO) Supervisor 

Summary:
The PSO Supervisor is a frontline supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising daily guard operations across multiple posts during their assigned shift. Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining
post coverage, verifying officer readiness, and responding to incidents in real time. They serve as a direct supervisory presence for Protective Service Officers, ensuring adherence to post orders,
appearance standards, and operational procedures. As part of our layered supervisory model, PSO Supervisors provide essential oversight that reinforces continuity, compliance, and contract performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Protective Service Officers during assigned shifts to ensure full contract compliance and performance to standard.
• Conduct shift briefings, communicate operational updates, and reinforce site-specific protocols and safety priorities.
• Validate post assignments, verify officer presence and readiness using biometric and digital systems (e.g., Mobohubb, Findd), and adjust coverage as needed.
• Conduct random and scheduled post inspections to verify compliance with General and Site-Specific Post Orders, SOPs, and appearance requirements.
• Support incident response efforts, including coordinating initial actions, notifying the Deputy PM, and preparing incident reports.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to officers, and document any infractions for review by the Deputy PM and PM.

  over 1-5 Protective Service Officers. Provides input to management in regards to operation, status of
  posts and PSOs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning 

Own the field marketing strategy and annual plan for an assigned Americas pod or business unit, aligned to shared MQL, pipeline and bookings targets. 

Translate GTM plays and regional priorities into integrated field programs that pull the right marketing levers at the right time across the customer journey. 

Use data, insights and AI tools to seize opportunities, refine targeting, and continuously optimize program mix and investment. 

Campaigns, Events & ABM 

Design and execute multi-channel field campaigns, including events, webinars, ABM motions and localized programs that support both new logo and expansion goals. 

Own end-to-end delivery of field marketing activities — brief development, project management, enablement, execution and debriefs — with extreme attention to detail and operational rigor. 

Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, and Corporate Events to ensure Americas field programs are on-brand, on-message and coordinated across channels.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimization 

Own pod-level field targets and KPIs; track and report on MQLs, opportunities, pipeline and bookings influenced by field programs, as well as marketing ROI. 

Build regular performance readouts for Sales and Marketing leadership, surfacing insights, risks and recommended optimizations. 

Use data to identify gaps in the funnel, propose corrective actions, and test alternative approaches to unlock growth.

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or closely related experience (e.g., growth, revenue, campaign marketing), with a track record of driving pipeline and bookings with Sales. 

• Deep experience building and executing integrated field programs across tactics such as events, webinars, ABM and partner campaigns. 

• Demonstrable capability with AI tools, with real use cases that improve operational excellence, visibility and speed-to-impact in marketing programs.

What You'll Do: 

As a Senior Solutions Architect focused on our Space Services offering, you will join a growing team responsible for providing unique space-based solutions to the commercial market. You will engage directly with the Spire Account Executives and customer base to understand operational requirements, qualify opportunities, and design space-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with the satellite architect and engineering colleagues and to develop customer-driven solutions that leverage Spire’s small satellite platforms, payloads, and global infrastructure.    

The role of Senior Solutions Architect requires a deep understanding of challenges of building, launching and operating small satellites. With an emphasis on our Space Services offering, you will build intimate knowledge of the Spire satellite subsystems, payload capabilities, and system interfaces critical to customers seeking to deploy systems onto our network. Successful candidates will have a broad and deep technical experience designing space systems along with strong communications skills and the ability to thrive in a customer focused environment. The role involves supporting business winning campaigns on commercial and government business, owning the technical requirements negotiation and ensuring that the customer mission objectives can be achieved with the offered solution. This role will be the senior technical representative of the company to our customers and will be comfortable presenting on different levels in high pressure situations.    

• Work as a senior expert within a team to support sales discussions with Space Services customers, assess requirements and design the best possible solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical POC for the Space Services customer throughout the sales cycle.

• Partner with hardware and systems engineers to define RF front-end and timing requirements by quantifying their effect on end-to-end geolocation performance

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant experience developing RF signal processing, estimation, or geolocation algorithms
• Strong foundation in statistical and time-domain signal processing, detection and estimation theory, backpropagation, and applied linear algebra
• Demonstrated experience developing passive RF geolocation algorithms, such as TDOA, FDOA, multilateration, direction finding, interferometry, or hybrid localization methods
• Experience applying rigorous detection frameworks such as Neyman-Pearson, Bayesian inference, CFAR, or related methods to noisy and contested RF environments
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar languages for modeling, simulation, and implementation of signal processing algorithms
• Experience evaluating algorithm performance under real-world impairments, including low SNR, synchronization error, sensor geometry uncertainty, or interference
• Ability to translate theoretical models into practical software suitable for integration with RF/SDR hardware and production code bases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document technical approaches, assumptions, and performance results
• Must be able to work on-site 3-5 days per week in Hawthorne, CA or Washington, D.C.

The Embedded Technical Account Manager (TAM) will serve as Axon’s primary on-site representative. In this role, you will own the day-to-day relationship between Axon and the government, acting as the expert-in-residence on Axon’s Evidence.com platform and the full suite of Body Worn Camera (BWC), TASER, and video technology solutions. You will serve as the strategic bridge between federal government and internal Axon teams—ensuring the Axon platform operates with maximum reliability, security, and mission impact. From platform architecture and compliance to eDiscovery, redaction, and asset management, you will be the trusted advisor that keeps one of the nation’s most critical law enforcement agencies running at peak effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Reports to: VP, Federal Customer Ops

• Design, document, and support implementation, operations, and maintenance of the Axon Evidence architecture to meet government’s Body Worn Camera (BWC) program requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests, incident resolution, and request fulfillment, meeting and exceeding defined SLA thresholds
• Lead customer discovery sessions to advise government stakeholders on the best use of Axon Evidence to meet operational requirements and agency objectives
• Provide expert-led support for eDiscovery, FOIA, and redaction workflows, administering role-based access controls and user access management
• Manage comprehensive asset lifecycle for the Axon Evidence and BWC program, including hardware provisioning, inventory tracking, shipping, and equipment return
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance of the FedRAMP High-authorized Axon Evidence infrastructure, upholding all applicable federal security and compliance standards
• Design, build, and deliver required reports, performance schedules, and KPI dashboards
• Support account creation, device provisioning, and user administration across the government’s Evidence.com tenant
• Assist in the integration of emerging technologies such as Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) systems into the platform
• Provide tier-2 technical support and escalate complex issues in coordination with Axon engineering and support teams
• Use strong written and oral communication skills to lead technical briefings, present program updates, and advise senior government leadership on Axon Evidence capabilities and roadmap
• Independently prioritize and manage multiple concurrent project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ease understanding and adoption of Axon products and services across users
• Communicate customer insights and feedback to internal Axon teams to influence product improvements and roadmap decisions
• Maintain availability in alignment with USMS core hours (9AM–5PM M–F) and support after-hours or on-call operations as required

What You Bring

About the Position
