The Senior Manager of Application Security leads a global team responsible for embedding security into Miro’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)—from concept to code to customer impact. This team partners closely with product and engineering to proactively mitigate risk while accelerating developer velocity and innovation.The role focuses on enabling secure-by-default development through secure design support, automated tooling, vulnerability management, offensive testing, and developer engagement. It also plays a critical role in integrating security into Miro’s Discover, Define, Deliver product lifecycle and aligning with our AMPED Ways of Working (Analytics, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design) and AMPED Operating Model. As Miro embraces AI-supported software development and explores Agentic AI workflows that empower engineers, product teams, and security teams alike, this role will contribute to adapting and securing those evolving working methods—ensuring that innovation and trust go hand in hand.
As Senior Manager of Application Security, you will define and operationalize Miro’s application security strategy in alignment with our industry-leading software development lifecycle and AMPED framework. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of application security engineers and offensive security specialists who work directly with developers, product teams, and platform engineering across multiple regions.
You will embed security into all phases of the product lifecycle—from early discovery and architecture threat modeling, to design reviews and secure delivery pipelines, and ongoing monitoring and testing post-release. Your team will also support Miro’s AI-driven development tooling and guide secure adoption of Agentic AI workflows, which enable both developers and security teams to collaborate more efficiently and proactively.
The role requires a pragmatic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a deep understanding of both software engineering and security, as well as a passion for empowering teams to build securely and autonomously.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and elevate the Fulfillment space, covering post-trade services such as logistics, transport integrations, payments touchpoints, invoicing visibility, and claims handling in a B2B environment.
This is a senior, domain-heavy role. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of fulfillment and logistics and can operate independently from day one. As this role also spans the FinTech space, experience in that area is appreciated as well.
As Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment, you will take end-to-end ownership of a series of mission-critical platform domains. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Logistics to ensure our fulfillment systems are reliable, scalable, and structurally sound.

You will lead a cross-functional squad in close partnership with the Tech Lead and UX. You will create clarity of direction, enable strong product and technical discussions, and foster a collaborative environment where engineers and designers actively contribute to shaping solutions. This role requires hands-on, cross-functional leadership - not specification handovers - and everything will be done alongside highly skilled domain experts, both colleagues and customers.
You will bring informed judgment on how transport integrations should work, how SLA-driven systems should be designed, how payments should be settled, how courier and document flows should be structured, and how platforms can enable claims and exceptions to be handled without excessive manual intervention.
You have a desire to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes and are expected to contribute with domain insight that elevates how we think about fulfilment as a product discipline.
You will work closely with our internal Car Operations team on a shared mission to ensure all cars moving through the entire post-trade process as smoothly as possible, for the benefit of both our sellers and buyers.
The role is based in our Copenhagen Office, with frequent expected travel to our headquarters in Vejle.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who's ready to help shape the next chapter of our product. Taking over a legacy GTM stack is often an exercise in forensic archaeology. Between years of successful iterations and various layers of automation, the "source of truth" in many companies eventually becomes a collection of varying opinions rather than a reliable data set. We are at that specific turning point. You’ll step in with the mandate to take over our commercial stack — owning the architecture from top to bottom and unifying years of successful iterations across Salesforce, Zapier, and Weld into a single, high-performance engine. This role is about building a foundation that can simultaneously support a mature hardware business and an ambitious self-service SaaS stream. It’s a chance to move beyond manual CRM management and own a system that stays stable as the business scales.
Based in our Copenhagen headquarters, you’ll be part of a cross-functional setup where global reach meets a local, high-trust team. We operate with a global footprint, meaning you’ll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions that impact our teams in the US and across Europe. We value high trust and flat hierarchies, but more importantly, we value the technical depth required to solve complex problems without being micromanaged.
Architect the Revenue Backbone: Within the first six months, you will have audited and streamlined our Salesforce and automation ecosystem. Success looks like a clean, documented data schema where "source of truth" is no longer a debate between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Scale the Self-Service Engine: You will own the website portion of our SaaS funnel. In collaboration with our product team (who handle the experience after registration) you will optimize lead flow and top-of-funnel conversion to drive self-service ARR.
Unify Commercial Logic: Successfully integrate product analytics, billing systems, and our CRM to create a seamless journey. The evidence of success will be a "trial → POC → paid → expansion" loop that handles both physical device sales and software subscriptions without manual intervention or data gaps.
Deploy High-Leverage Automation: Use APIs and AI-assisted tools to ship internal productivity workflows. You'll be expected to identify bottlenecks in our current sales process and automate them away, significantly reducing administrative drag for our commercial teams.
