Our Scalability team as a Senior Scalability Engineer focused on observability platform development and engineering productivity. In this role, you will define, own, and build Judi Health's organization-wide observability strategy, tooling, and platform products. Beyond maintaining infrastructure, you'll architect and develop a custom observability platform that gives engineering teams powerful, fast, and cost-effective visibility into every layer of our infrastructure—from application logs and metrics to distributed traces. You'll build production-grade internal products using React/TypeScript frontends with Python and Rust backends, creating tools that fundamentally improve how engineers at Judi Health debug, monitor, and optimize their systems. YOUR MISSION 

We are seeking an experienced Flight Dynamics Engineer to support advanced satellite rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO). This role will focus on supporting on-orbit mission operations through orbit determination, maneuver planning, conjunction assessment, and performance monitoring across nominal and off-nominal scenarios. This role develops and prototypes analytical tools, scripts, and workflows to improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and automation, while providing timely analysis in support of real-time and near-real-time operations. Working closely with mission operations, GNC, and software teams, the Flight Dynamics Engineer translates operational needs into practical flight dynamics solutions, validates methods through simulation and on-orbit data, and contributes to the continuous improvement of operational concepts and procedures. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, simulate, and execute spacecraft missions spanning from early-orbit operations to RPO taskings. 
• Lead development and integration of automation and mission planning tools to enhance mission planning, execution, and post-analysis.
• Provide subject matter expertise for company ground system and flight software development.

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Loads Development Lead to serve as the technical authority for structural, mechanical, thermal, and coupled loads across a next-generation Space Based Interceptors defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect the structural design basis for one of the most demanding mission sets in aerospace engineering and Space Based Interceptors defense.

In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of loads development across the full system lifecycle, from ground handling and launch through on-orbit operations, intercept maneuvers, and end-of-life scenarios. You will establish and enforce program standards and processes for loads generation, combination, margins, and documentation; develop and validate Coupled Loads Analyses (CLA); derive Mass Acceleration Curves (MAC); and decompose system-level loads into clear design criteria and verification requirements.

The Loads Development Lead is the single point of accountability for loads methodology, assumptions, traceability, and technical rigor. You will define governing load cases, ensure consistency across subsystem analyses, adjudicate discrepancies, and act as steward of one of the program’s most critical technical artifacts: the Loads Data Book. Your work ensures that load environments are physically realistic, analytically defensible, and properly integrated into design, analysis, verification, certification, and safety margins across the program.

This role requires close collaboration with structures, dynamics, thermal, mechanisms, avionics, systems engineering, GNC, propulsion, trajectory, environments, and test teams to ensure system integrity and performance. True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Engineer, Host Vehicle to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole. You will serve as the top technical authority for the host vehicle, accountable for engineering performance, risk management, and system integration. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through design, development, analysis, test, and fielding phases while ensuring the vehicle architecture, requirements, and design decisions align with system-level objectives and mission success criteria. You must impedance match rigor and analysis depth to the maturity and risk posture of the program. Finally you will drive design and technical readiness reviews, technical baseline management, and design assurance. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• 10+ years of of proven experience delivering a major aerospace subsystem or vehicle from concept through delivery/fielding 

• Demonstrated ability to balance technical rigor with schedule and program realities 
• Strong systems engineering and technical leadership background across mechanical, electrical, and software domains 
• Strong background in systems engineering practices: requirements, verification, trade studies, interface control, and failure analysis

• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret

Desired Qualifications & Experience 

• Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

• Experience with missile defense or space vehicle programs

• Strong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cycles
• TS/SCI clearance

COMPENSATION  

• Base Salary:  $210,000-$355,000

YOUR MISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES 

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Deputy Chief Engineer to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole. The Deputy Chief is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, accuracy, and repeatability of analysis across the program. 

Responsibilities include: 

Program Technical Leadership 

• Support the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall technical integrity of the missile defense program

• Serve as acting Chief Engineer when delegated, leading technical reviews and milestone readiness assessments

• Translate top-level technical direction and risk posture into actionable guidance for subsystem teams

• Lead integrated design reviews, risk boards, and engineering change control processes

Systems Integration and Verification 

• Ensure interfaces between major subsystems (host vehicle, interceptor, kill vehicle, ground systems) are technically sound and compatible

• Drive technical integration across disciplines, avionics, structures, thermal, propulsion, and GNC, to maintain system coherence 

• Oversee verification planning, ensuring requirements are traceable, testable, and verified across the full lifecycle

• Ensure analytical and test rigor is scaled appropriately to design maturity and risk tolerance

Engineering Discipline Coordination 

• Mentor discipline leads, ensuring consistency in standards, modeling assumptions, and data management

• Promote cross-functional problem solving, ensuring issues are rapidly elevated and technically resolved

• Enforce engineering rigor, documentation, and configuration control across the design and analysis functions

• Oversee the engineering review process (ERB, CCB) and ensure technical disposition of non-conformances

Strategic and Programmatic Alignment 

• Support the Chief Engineer and Program Manager in balancing technical, schedule, and cost trade-offs

• Coordinate with Systems Engineering and SEIT to ensure cohesive technical baseline and verification closure

• Contribute to technology maturation and risk reduction planning for future phases of the SBI program

• Represent engineering during customer technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and audits

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace systems engineering, design, and technical leadership

• Proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams through full lifecycle development (concept through fielding)

• Deep understanding of configuration management, requirements traceability, and verification processes

• Strong background in one or more core domains (systems, structures, propulsion, GNC, avionics)

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret

Desired Qualifications & Experience 

• Prior experience as Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer, or IPT Lead on a missile defense, launch, or space vehicle program

• Experience interfacing with government technical authorities and independent review boards

• Demonstrated success in scaling technical processes for rapid prototyping through operational deployment
• Advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
• TS/SCI clearance
