The Executive Administrator to the CEO at GHX is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional responsible for supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff, while partnering with other senior executives as needed. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong judgment, extreme discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while working with minimal supervision. The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000 annually. About the Role
Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking its first Chief Marketing Officer to define and own the brand and marketing function of a fast-growing, institutionally backed real estate investment platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a firm with experienced founders, significant capital, and a clear path to becoming the nationally recognized leader in shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial real estate.
The CMO will own the end-to-end marketing function—from brand strategy and investor positioning to digital presence and creative output—and will serve as the in-house steward of external marketing partners. The role is central to how Speed Bay presents itself to institutional LPs, private wealth platforms, and the broader market as it scales its fundraising and firm-building efforts.
The ideal candidate has led marketing for an institutional asset manager or distributed investment products business serving institutional and high net worth channels, is comfortable operating within FINRA marketing standards, and brings the strategic instincts to translate a complex investment platform into clear, compelling narratives for multiple distinct audiences. Experience with real estate investment products, 1031 exchange offerings, or non-traded REITs is a meaningful plus, but not a prerequisite. Compensation
The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $200,000+. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. We’re looking for a Privacy Analyst to join our global SaaS company and growing legal team. This non-attorney role will report directly to the Data Protection Officer and will serve in a leading privacy role in the organization. A risk-adjusted privacy analyst with a technical, process, and operations-orientation to help educate and build the business as Fivetran scales. At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. Role Overview
The Organics and Offtakes Product Manager will develop AMP’s global strategy and roadmap for offtakes – with a particular emphasis on organics, followed by other hard to valorize fractions. The role focuses on Research and Development and Commercialization of new end markets and partnerships that divert more waste and create better facility unit economics.
Success in this role will transform AMP’s ability to develop projects with greater value creation across all waste fractions. The mandate includes developing, validating, and scaling new models for organics and advanced materials recovery. Success will include identifying and developing project models, integrations, partnerships, and technology roadmaps for TRL 5-9 technologies such as composting, anaerobic digestion, pyrolysis, methanolysis, SRF/RDF, synthetic aggregates, and other emerging technologies. The right hire has a founder mentality and is a “high slope” learner with an interest in clean energy systems, climate negative infrastructure, and waste.
This position works closely with the Head of Product, CTO, engineering and commercial counterparts to explore and validate new ways to convert waste fractions into valuable products, such as manufacturing feedstocks, building materials, solid carbon products, and biofuels. This is not a narrow performance role. It is a senior leadership role responsible for the full marketing surface area. This means growth, demand generation, lifecycle, positioning, and trust-building, with accountability for measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own how Frontera goes to market across providers, enterprise partners, and an emerging direct-to-parent motion. You will be responsible for building the systems, team foundation, and growth architecture that compounds over time.
Success in this role means combining analytical rigor and experimentation with strong marketing instincts: building trust in a regulated category while driving adoption, pipeline, and long-term brand pull.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. Expected Salary Range in Denver:
$180,000-$220,000
Expected Salary Range in San Francisco:
$240,000-$270,000
