At Roku, the Viewer Product Team is connecting millions of viewers worldwide to their favourite entertainment through a uniquely Roku experience. The International Product Team works with functional experts and strategic leaders to help build and execute on roadmaps for all aspects of the Roku ecosystem in markets around the world. This team works cross-functionally to understand the needs of our consumers and partners, along with other market opportunities, analyzes data to draw insights and learnings, collaborates on a thoughtful go-to-market plan to drive the success of the latest features, and works hand-in-hand across marketing, sales, merchandising, data science, engineering, and other product teams.

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, growth-focused, collaborative, and experienced product manager to lead Roku’s viewer (OS / Platform) product management function in Canada. In this role, you will oversee our growth & engagement strategy, manage our product roadmap, and identify key product priorities that advance Roku’s strategic business goals in Canada.  You will play a critical role in accelerating Roku's growth and work with other market leaders to develop a strategic plan that positions Roku as a future leader in Canadian media & streaming.  You will be accountable for setting, and achieving key market goals that are in service of accomplishing our broader market strategy, and have a hand amongst other key leaders in market in formulating said strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker, highly strategic, tactically savvy, and skilled at navigating a matrixed environment. They know how to build trust and alignment, manage & optimize a product roadmap, solve complex problems through communication, transparency & critical thinking , and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.

This position will be based at our Toronto office and report to the Director of Product, Management, and International Growth. This role will require international travel.

For Toronto Canada Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between CA$100,000 - CA$173,400 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doing

• Manage & optimize Roku’s viewer (OS) product roadmap for Canada
• Own our product growth & engagement strategy across CA, partnering with other key teamleaders in the Toronto office

The Role

Roku is seeking an International Content Partnerships Manager to join the ad-supported VOD/ linear partner growth team focused on The Roku Channel.  This team is responsible for the overall success of key partners on Roku Channel. Success is measured by delivering on and exceeding expectations with respect to user engagement (as defined by reach and streaming hours), financial results (revenue, gross profit) and other key health and growth metrics.

The role requires a diverse range of direct-to-consumer video experience across partner management, content programming, product, and marketing. In This Role You Will

Account Management

• Act as the day-to-day partner relationship manager to grow international partners within Roku Channel
• Leverage deep experience and knowledge of content strategy and acquisitions within the Canadian and/or UK markets (experience in both is highly preferred) to drive regional growth.
• Drive communication, education, data management across managed partners
• Support the onboarding of new content partners
• Coordinate the submission, selection and launch of new partner content, communicating with partners and working internally with Programming, Acquisition and Operational teams

• Create and present performance evaluations for partners, including comprehensive quarterly business reviews
• Develop internal partner playbooks that offer executive staff a concise overview of partnerships along with actionable strategic plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with content acquisition, content operations, editorial, and marketing on deal lifecycle and execution through partner roll out
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and editorial strategies that maximize user engagement
• Work with product and analytics teams to drive automation, enhanced reporting and tools to improve the efficiency of strategic plans
• Aggregate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into comprehensive and actionable trackers to drive process improvement

Experience / Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a top media, entertainment, technology company, management consulting firm, or investment bank, in a partnerships, strategy, program planning, or analytical role.
• Background in content strategy and/or acquisitions within the Canadian and/or UK markets (experience in both is highly preferred)
• Experience delivering results in consultative, partnerships, and/or business development environments
• Strong analytical skills including creating / managing financial and operational KPIs (preferably with experience in a highly-demanding environment where complex analysis is performed)
• Experience conducting quantitative (including modeling) & qualitative analysis to drive results leveraging a strong understanding of video streaming business models (MVPD, TVE, SVOD, AVOD, TVOD)
• Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with content partners and industry counterparts
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Airtable, Confluence, Salesforce and Looker tooling a plus

What the Role Is

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Corporate Finance and VP of Finance across consolidations, opex, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, internal business reviews, board reporting, and ad hoc analyses.

You will contribute to financial reporting delivered to executive leadership and other stakeholders, including our board and investors. This role requires a high degree of independent ownership, rigorous accuracy, and proactive communication — along with a hands-on approach to using AI to automate and improve how we work. This is a core part of how the team operates, not a separate or optional skill.

This is not a large-company finance function. You will own the full three-statement model — income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow — end to end. Who You Are

• 5–8 years in FP&A or Corporate Finance, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment. Experience across high-growth and/or public companies is a plus
• You have an advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including balance sheet and cash flow mechanics and how the three statements connect

What the Role Is

As Babylist’s Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning & Discovery+Site Monetization, you’ll lead the team driving the next era of our machine learning and personalization efforts across the product. As a Staff Product Manager on our Game Tools team, you’ll own the core game systems that underpin every game at Fortis, spanning player experience as well as the architecture and tooling that supports it. You'll work across player accounts, compliance, social systems, and others, bringing clarity and direction to a wide, complex surface area. We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead Security Governance and the Security Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. This role owns program strategy, operational maturity, and stakeholder alignment for security governance, vendor risk, and third-party integration risk. The manager will drive policy and control frameworks, remediate audit findings, deliver measurable program KPIs, and grow a high-performing team that executes vendor diligence, monitoring, and governance at scale.

Our Security Governance and TPRM programs must move from tactical firefighting to predictable, measurable operations that scale with the business. This leader will set the security risk posture, tighten governance and fourth-party oversight, improve tooling and automation adoption, and ensure timely, actionable escalations so senior leadership can make the right business decisions.

What You'll Do

Program strategy & governance

• Own Security Governance: maintain and evolve security policies, standards, and control frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001), including mapping to controls and compliance requirements (SOC2, PCI, applicable regulations).

We're looking for a demand gen manager to own the new-logo pipeline for our tree care segment. You'll set the strategy, build the quarterly campaign plan with input from your key stakeholders, read the signals coming back from the market, and make the calls on what to do next.

Tree care is a distinct market — different ICP, different buying motion, different operator profile than the rest of our business. It's not a scaled copy of what works elsewhere; it needs its own program, run by someone who'll go deep on the segment and own the numbers end-to-end.

This is an individual contributor role on a fast-moving demand gen team. You'll have full revenue accountability for tree care new-logo pipeline, but you won't be doing it alone — campaigns get built in close partnership with Brand & Events, Partnerships, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, and our Market Engagement team. The numbers and the programming are yours; the work is collaborative.

Reading the signals

This is the heartbeat of the role. You're the one who knows what's working and what isn't. You react fast to keep pipeline target attainment on track.

• Live campaign performance reads — demo held rate, conversion patterns, channel mix, lead quality
• Sales call themes — you stay close to what tree care prospects are actually saying
• Pipeline shape and pacing against quarterly targets
• Translating those signals into the next campaign decision (or the next conversation with Product Marketing, Digital or Brand)

Segment expertise

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the tree care operator — what they care about, how they buy, what they're skeptical of, what other tools they use
• Partner with Product Marketing to facilitate an intentional feedback loop; bring market signals back when something needs to shift
• Make sure every campaign — copy, offer, channel, follow-up — reads as built for tree care, not retrofitted from somewhere else

What you're accountable for

Two numbers, primarily:

• SALs set for tree care new-logo. Top-of-funnel volume, on target, every quarter.
• SALs held for tree care new-logo. Volume that converts to held meetings — your campaigns generate the lead pool; Market Engagement converts it; the held rate is the joint outcome you read.

Secondary: pipeline contribution from your campaigns, ICP fit quality, and the health of the campaign program (consistent launches, clean handoffs, no gaps).

What we're looking for

Experience

• 5+ years in demand generation or related growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Strong preference for candidates who've marketed a vertical-specific product, or marketed to SMB or mid-market buyers — that's the closest analog to our tree care motion
• Track record of owning a pipeline number and hitting it — not just running campaigns, but being on the hook for the outcome
• Real fluency with campaign performance data — you can read funnel metrics, spot the difference between a lead-quality problem and a held-rate problem, and know which lever to pull
• Comfort owning email copy end-to-end — strategy, copy, send, measure
• Demonstrated track record for working successfully across several functions — without losing momentum or ownership
• Tree care or green-industry experience is a great bonus but not required; we care more about demand gen craft and willingness to go deep on the segment

• Goes deep on the segment. You build real intuition for the tree care operator — what their day looks like, what they care about, what they're skeptical of — and that intuition shows up in every brief you write.
• Calls the play. When a campaign is underperforming, you don't just report the number; you bring a recommendation. Pivot, double down, or kill — your call to make and defend.
• Stays close to sales. You listen to calls, talk to AEs, read what prospects are actually saying. The best campaign signals don't come from a dashboard.
• Operates with relentless curiosity: whether that’s going deep on why a campaign isn’t meeting expectations, or how AI can be leveraged to improve efficiency, you’re always trying to push the envelope.

Comfort with AI

We're investing in agentic AI and native platform AI to support how the demand gen function operates. You don't need to be an expert, but this is a non-negotiable: you have to be genuinely open to the shift, and ideally bring some hands-on experience already.

• You've actively used AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work — even informally — and can talk about what's worked and what hasn't
• You're curious about agentic AI and willing to be a thoughtful partner as we build tooling that supports digital execution
• You're comfortable with the idea that AI will progressively change how the work gets done, and you see that as an opportunity rather than a threat

If you've built a custom GPT or Claude project, prototyped a Zapier or Clay automation, or just have a real point of view on AI's role in marketing — bring it.

We're looking for a senior digital marketer who lives in the data — someone who can forecast paid media performance, read what the numbers are actually saying, and turn that into the right next move across paid media and granum.com.

You bring the digital expertise; DGMs approve against pipeline targets.

• Channel mix, budget allocation, and creative direction in close partnership with our DGMs

Reporting and forecasting

This is the heartbeat of the role. You're the one analyzing, interpreting, and translating the data for our organization.

• Build and maintain the forecasting models that drive paid media planning
• Weekly and monthly reporting on paid media, AEO/SEO, CRO, and website performance
• Variance analysis when actuals drift from forecast — you don't just flag it, you diagnose it
• Partner with MOPS on attribution and pipeline reporting; flag data quality issues when you see them

What you're accountable for

Two numbers, primarily:

• Paid media CAC. Hit CAC targets per product across all three brands. You'll surface variance, diagnose it, and make the calls on shifts.
• Self-serve enablement health. The LP template library is current, both platforms are covered, and DGMs can ship Tier 2/3 LPs without queuing on you. If self-serve breaks, you're the bottleneck.

Secondary: technical AEO/SEO health (site performance, indexation), CRO test cadence and lift, and paid media demos-booked targets.

What we're looking for

Experience

• 6–8+ years in digital marketing, with senior-level scope across SEO, paid media, website, and CRO in B2B SaaS
• Track record of running paid media programs at meaningful scale, including direct ownership of strategy and budget (not just executing what an agency recommends)
• Strong forecasting and modeling skills — you build the models yourself, you can defend the assumptions, and you can talk about times your forecast was wrong and what you learned
• Fluent with marketing data — GA4, ad platform reporting, attribution, conversion analysis. You can spot a tracking issue, a seasonality artifact, or a channel softening before someone has to point it out.

• Digs into things before anyone tells you to. If CAC ticks up, you're already in the data. If a competitor changes their bidding, you've noticed. If something looks off, you don't wait for a meeting — you investigate, form a view, and bring a recommendation.
• Treats forecasts as a working tool. You build models, watch how actuals diverge, refine the assumptions, and bring the story to the team. Forecasting isn't a quarterly exercise — it's how you stay ahead of what's coming.
• You’re a solid communicator. You proactively help your stakeholders understand performance and what you’re seeing in the channels. 

Comfort with AI

We're investing in agentic AI and native platform AI to support how the demand gen function operates. You don't need to be an expert, but this is a non-negotiable: you have to be genuinely open to the shift, and ideally bring some hands-on experience already.

Tailscale's design team is small and the company is growing fast. That means the work doesn't always arrive in neat packages. You might be deep in a multi-month project one week and pulled in to help unblock something urgent the next. Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery and design on problems that don't always come with a clear brief, from early framing through delivery and QA.
• Work closely with engineers and PMs to move from a fuzzy problem to something well-reasoned and shippable.
• Deliver across surfaces, GUI and CLI alike, and stay engaged through implementation, not just handoff.
• Treat feedback as part of the work, not a checkpoint. Seek it out from peers, your team, and your manager, and use it to make the work better.
• Take initiative in how you collaborate and push for clarity, even on projects you're not leading.
• Understand the product areas you touch well enough to know when a decision has implications beyond the immediate problem.
• Use AI tools where they actually help, synthesizing research, exploring directions faster, pressure-testing ideas.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows you've owned complex work end-to-end, not just executed on it
• Experience with technically sophisticated B2B or infrastructure products. You're comfortable going deep on a domain and know how to lead discovery without waiting for a problem to be handed to you
• A real point of view on users and product quality, and the confidence to act on it
• At ease working alongside engineers and PMs who care a lot about how things actually work
• A clear, direct writer. You can explain a design decision to an engineer and a stakeholder without producing two different documents
• You run your own workload well, can shift between projects as priorities change, and don't need someone else to tell you what matters
• Experienced working distributed and async, and good at it

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Tailscale, or working familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, proxies, or traffic routing
• Experience designing for developer or IT administrator audiences
• Data-informed design practice including behavioral analytics or experimentation
• Fluency with AI tools as part of your design workflow and curiosity about where AI-assisted experiences fit in technical products

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Grafana Backend team. Our managers take an active role in creating a thriving environment for our engineers; be it through removing blockers and impediments, facilitating cross-team collaboration and understanding, or by aiding the team in helping themselves by constantly improving and refining their working practices, you are the glue to make our deliverables happen. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of distributed engineers working across a variety of systems and helping them to perform at their best.

In Grafana Backend, our mission is to evolve the backend of the Grafana visualization product by architecting and delivering an exceptional Grafana core platform that supports our high demand service. We want users and agents to be able to leverage Grafana to observe their infrastructure as well as the lifecycle of their software in a composable and efficient fashion.

The majority of our work is on OSS Grafana, but we also work closely with customers of our commercial offerings. Our main goal is to deliver on the application platform which will unlock multi-tenancy in Grafana to meet our growing demand. We strive to deeply understand developers, both internal and those who are part of our larger community. We play an active role in research to help deliver the best developer experience. Close collaboration with Product, Docs and Customer Experience is something you will regularly be engaging in.

Compensation & Rewards:

We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager who will be part of a cross-functional team at IonQ whose mission is to deliver the world’s best quantum solutions in life sciences on the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex and impactful problems. This role is open as part of IonQ’s Quantum Applications team based in either Gothenburg, Sweden or Toronto, Canada. You will work closely with partners within the life sciences innovation ecosystem and beyond to create new hybrid quantum applications with significant commercial impact.

In this role, you will lead a talented team of application scientists to deliver the next generation of quantum computing solutions to real-world customers in the advanced health care and life sciences (HCLS) domain. You’ll work with principal investigators, product managers, customers and innovation partners to drive complex projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion. You will support the delivery of a wide variety of initiatives ranging from bespoke quantum solutions, performance-optimized quantum libraries and platforms, as well as first-of-a-kind quantum applications. You will also help develop multi-generational technology and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive efficient end-to-end delivery of novel quantum HCLS applications built for IonQ quantum computers.
• Lead the transition of technology and capabilities from R&D to commercialization. Define and measure success metrics for each stage of development.
• Create and manage timelines of complex projects, their documentation, milestones and deliverables. Ensure that project dependencies are met, cross-functional resources are aligned, and project teams move forward at a rapid pace.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk mitigation plans that result in the successful delivery of projects. Stay ahead of the projects by proactively tackling emerging risks.
• When necessary, roll up your sleeves, dive into technical details, and lead problem solving efforts.
• Communicate with a wide base of stakeholders: internal and external, technical and non-technical. Drive stakeholder alignment and support.
• Maintain and promote operational rigor, reduce waste by implementing the right amount of process without slowing down innovation.
• Work with project, contracting, legal, finance and sales teams to develop proposals, technical volumes and financial reports; ensure regulatory, fiscal and IP compliance.
• Drive quality control and devops processes such as standard work, CI/CD, version control, code style/reviews and automated testing.
