Our Programmatic specialists are our resident experts in programmatic and direct buying. You are responsible for keeping on top of industry-wide trends and best practices, putting them to optimal use for each client’s initiatives. You will be part of a cross-functional team including Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, and Data Strategy, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met. From negotiating direct deals to building stellar full-funnel media plans, you move with precision to drive growth for our most ambitious brands.

About You
You have experience in both public and private accounting and you can comfortably work collaboratively in teams and independently. You are a self-motivated individual who has a thirst to develop new processes while improving existing ones. As an accountant at AppDirect you are someone who is able to roll up their sleeves for a hands-on experience with an elite team to develop and build a first-class accounting function. To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and systems.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with monthly close calendar. Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare accruals, and perform prepaid analysis
Perform bank reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting to provide financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.
Assist with external financial audits and other due diligence requests.
Support accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s internal controls. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies and help strengthen the internal control environment.
Perform other special projects and analyses as directed by management.
Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Direct experience supporting accounting function of US/Europe based international company whether in public accounting or with an international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.
Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels are also required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
NetSuite ERP system experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel

About the Team
The Brand Marketing team is a centralized creative team responsible for maintaining and scaling AppDirect’s brand across our company and portfolio of businesses. We support website properties, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, and digital experiences across multiple business units. About You
AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. You are humble, curious and a team player who care as much about strengthening the team about producing great work and driving business growth. You are self-motivated, proactive and able to run with ideas to move projects forward. You have a positive mindset that's open to feedback and flexible with shifting requirements.

Design and update sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing materials
Create marketing assets including email graphics, social media assets, digital ads, and campaign visuals
Design landing pages and web page layouts using established design systems
Create and export web-ready assets for implementation. Update existing web pages and graphics as needed
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual quality
Prepare production-ready files and export assets for web, presentation, and print use
Act as a dedicated design resource supporting assigned business units
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand team stakeholders
What we’re looking for
3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency
Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking
A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, iconography and digital image preparation) and production processes
Work well within a highly collaborative creative team that often includes multiple project stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, culture, leadership, etc.)
Great English verbal and written communication skills; you are refining your ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently and pitch designs to all levels of the organization
Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, including clear written communication, strong file organization, and comfort collaborating asynchronously across time zones
Proficient with the leading industry software - especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable designing presentation slides - especially in Google Slides
Experience in AI creative production for aiding in prototyping, image creation or editing, animation, video production, design systems, etc.

About the Role
Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist to join our specialized team. We manage a complex product account requiring expertise far beyond typical social media marketing. This is a hybrid role demanding both technical proficiency and creative strategy.
You will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI developments and engaging social content. Your focus will be on anticipating the future of LLM’s by exploring the current AI landscape, utilizing APIs and coding knowledge to experiment and prototype. Responsibilities:
Technical Foresight & Landscape Analysis. Actively monitor developments from Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic to anticipate upcoming AI features. Maintain deep knowledge of the broader AI landscape to provide strategic insights.
Advanced Content Creation & Prototyping. Create compelling social content for X and Instagram targeted at AI enthusiasts. Design and execute complex prompts and utilize API’s to prototype internal tools, test new capabilities, and produce unique images, videos, and copy.
Internal Training & Enablement. Serve as the go-to AI expert, bridging the knowledge gap within the organization. Develop and lead training sessions for creative, strategy, and design teams on new and upcoming AI features.

About You

A Master of Prompts & AI Ecosystems: A proven ability to get extraordinary results from generative AI tools. You must be "in the weeds" with current LLM’s.

Now, about the opportunity: In this supporting Client Finance position at Monks, you are a trusted finance expert supporting one or more Account Leads and a Client Finance Lead. You will develop an understanding of the client team’s business priorities, drive continuous financial improvements and maintain billing & reporting accuracy for the business. This is a role where you’ll partner across the global finance and operations teams as an advocate for process and an integrator of teams. You will be a liaison between regional invoicing teams and your client team, reporting into a Client Finance Lead supporting North America business. As part of the Media Resale & Activation team, you will be at the heart of digital execution. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role focused on navigating the complexities of digital platforms—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and buying—to transform client business goals into measurable media success.
Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end setup of media campaigns. This includes building campaigns, setting budgets and pacing, assigning creatives, and implementing granular targeting across various platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting & QA: Maintain high standards of accuracy by performing rigorous QA checks. You will identify, troubleshoot, and escalate platform issues, ensuring all tags and linkages are functioning perfectly.
Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks essential to the business, such as maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) records, providing billing support, and ensuring adherence to internal financial operations.
Collaboration: Partner with diverse Media Capabilities—including Analytics, Product, and Media Growth—to share learnings and implement best practices across the pillar.

Your role
As a Product, Privacy, and Regulatory Counsel, you'll own the legal strategy where product innovation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance intersect. We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Working Capital Risk team and lead risk strategy and execution to support the expansion of our B2B offering in LATAM. We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to oversee the CookUnity Medically Tailored Meals program ordering and support. This role is critical in ensuring that members, providers, and payers experience a seamless process from enrollment through ongoing meal delivery as well as weekly reporting.
As the primary point of contact for administrative and service support, you’ll guide members through onboarding, assist with order placement, monitor support. You will also serve as the VOC (voice of the customer) for internal CookUnity team for members, care managers.
1. Member Onboarding & Activation
Support new member enrollment, including verifying eligibility, collecting intake details, and explaining program benefits.
Build confidence by walking members (and/or their caregivers) through the ordering process.
2. Engagement & Retention
Ensure members receive meals consistently per program guidelines. (food allergy, medical condition etc.)
Conduct proactive outreach (calls, texts, or reminders) to prevent gaps in service and missed deliveries.
Act as a trusted resource for members and caregivers.
3. Order Placement & Administrative Support
Assist members who have limited digital literacy with placing or modifying meal orders.
Process special requests (allergies, medically indicated preferences, religious/cultural needs) in line with program guidelines.
Coordinate with internal operations and kitchens to ensure orders meet medical specifications.
4. Service Delivery Support
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, delivery, or dietary issues quickly.
Monitor escalations (e.g., repeated missed deliveries, service dissatisfaction) and resolve with urgency.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of member communications, service changes, and escalations in line with payer requirements.
Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.
