Join us! The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for a Staff Software Engineer to drive the technical vision and execution of our Integrations platform. You’ll serve as a senior IC on a high-impact team responsible for core integration surfaces including Public APIs, Webhooks, Salesforce integrations (NPC, NPSP), and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools like Workato and Zapier. You’ll lead architecture efforts, mentor engineers, and work closely with cross-functional partners to build robust, scalable integration solutions that connect GoFundMe to the broader ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who thrives on solving complex problems, setting architectural direction, and leading by example through hands-on contributions.

Candidates considered for this role will be located in the Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Job

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for our Integrations platform, ensuring it scales with product growth and business complexity.
• Lead the design and implementation of core integration components: Public/Private APIs, webhooks, internal/external system connectivity, and automation workflows.
• Serve as a hands-on expert and role model in software design, system architecture, and best practices.
• Guide the team’s use of AWS services (e.g., Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions) to power scalable and maintainable integration workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate with third-party platforms like Salesforce (NPC/NPSP, Experience Cloud), Workato, and Zapier.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to boost engineering quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support engineers across the team through design reviews, pair programming, incident reviews, and informal technical coaching.

You 

• Strong and varied startup experience.
• Have 10+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend and systems integration (APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, TypeScript, AWS, MySQL).
• Have proven expertise in designing and building robust APIs and scalable integration architectures like Microservices and event driven architectures.
• Familiarity with managing infrastructure using Terraform.
• Have strong experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and preventing performance and scale problems, with expertise in application performance monitoring and log analytics tools like NewRelic and BugSnag.
• Are proficient in at least two of the following: Node.js, Python, Java
• Have strong AWS experience, particularly with services relevant to data and integration (e.g., AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS/SNS).
• Bring a product mindset and a pragmatic approach to technical decision-making to the team.
• A strong mentoring orientation and a desire to elevate those around you.

Preferred

• Experience building or maintaining Salesforce integrations and familiarity with nonprofit-specific packages (NPC, NPSP, Experience Cloud)
• Experience working with a CRM product and have a good understanding on how different CRMs work.
• Have demonstrated use of AI development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards.
• Working experience with PHP Laravel.

Estamos buscando un Data Engineer talentoso y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Las responsabilidades de este rol incluyen diseñar, construir y mantener una plataforma de datos sólida, de autoservicio, escalable y segura, así como pipelines de datos de extremo a extremo que permitan a Data Scientists generar insights y impulsar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Responsabilidades de un Data Engineer en QuintoAndar:

• Construir y mantener una plataforma de datos de alto rendimiento que satisfaga las necesidades de la empresa, se conecte con las soluciones de producto y lidere la innovación analítica, habilitando arquitecturas robustas y plataformas eficientes.

• Crear y mantener pipelines de datos, considerando la lógica de negocio que mejor se aplica al área en cuestión, eligiendo niveles de agregación, agrupación y transformación de campos, verificando la calidad de los datos y realizando su limpieza.

• Crear modelos de datos y flujos de trabajo de transformación, permitiendo la creación de abstracciones de datos claras y accesibles.

• Ser responsable de todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de código (monitoreo de despliegues, documentación, rendimiento, seguridad, incorporación de métricas y alertas, cumplimiento del presupuesto de SLO, entre otros).

• Investigar inconsistencias y ser capaz de rastrear el origen de las diferencias (data troubleshooting).

• Permitir que los equipos de toda la empresa accedan y utilicen los datos de manera más efectiva mediante herramientas de autoservicio y datasets bien modelados.

• Alinear con stakeholders para comprender sus necesidades principales, manteniendo una visión holística del problema y proponiendo soluciones extensibles, escalables e incrementales.

• Realizar PoCs y benchmarks para determinar la mejor herramienta para un problema determinado, y decidir si se debe utilizar una solución existente o desarrollar una internamente.

• Contribuir a definir la visión estratégica, cruzando límites entre equipos y servicios para resolver problemas.

• Promover el valor del análisis y la ingeniería de datos dentro de la organización y fomentar una cultura data-driven.

• Ser una referencia dentro del chapter en conceptos técnicos, herramientas y/o mejores prácticas de desarrollo.

Lo que buscamos:

• 7 o más años de experiencia en roles de Data Engineering.

• Especialización en tecnologías, soluciones y conceptos de Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce) y múltiples lenguajes (YAML, Python).

• Experiencia con Airflow, Spark, AWS y Databricks.

• Base sólida en principios de ingeniería de software, con experiencia trabajando en sistemas centrados en datos.

• Experiencia con soluciones de almacenamiento columnar y/o conceptos de data lakehouse.

• Dominio de Python, u otro de los principales lenguajes de programación, y pasión por escribir código limpio y mantenible.

• Conocimiento sólido en optimización del rendimiento de consultas SQL.

• Experiencia construyendo modelos de datos multidimensionales (esquemas Star y/o Snowflake).

• Comprensión del ciclo de vida de los datos y conceptos como lineage, gobernanza, privacidad, retención, anonimización, entre otros.

• Conocimientos en áreas de infraestructura como contenedores y orquestación (Kubernetes, ECS), estrategias de CI/CD, infraestructura como código (Terraform), observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana), entre otros.

• Dominio del inglés: nuestro código, documentación, herramientas y materiales suelen estar estructurados en inglés.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, compartiendo de forma proactiva y colaborando tanto con stakeholders técnicos como no técnicos para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de datos escalables.

• Experiencia como tech lead / project lead o similar.

• Curiosidad, atención al detalle y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno dinámico y orientado a datos.

Te destacarás si:

• Has participado en la construcción de plataformas de datos a gran escala para grandes volúmenes de datos y equipos, utilizando tecnologías de Big Data como Spark, Trino, Hive, Atlas, Ranger, entre otras.

En nuestro equipo de Data Science, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar como parte de nuestros product squads, desarrollando funcionalidades que enriquecen nuestro producto y brindan la experiencia de primer nivel por la que somos reconocidos. Trabajarás junto a profesionales brillantes con distintas especialidades: Product Managers, Designers, UX Writers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, entre otros. Algunos de los problemas específicos en los que trabajamos en el equipo de Data Science incluyen sistemas de búsqueda y recomendación; mejora de la experiencia del cliente utilizando machine learning (como el enrutamiento automático de tickets); modelos de pricing, liquidez y crédito; y la construcción de una plataforma que nos permita desarrollar y desplegar todas estas soluciones.

Responsabilidades

• Arquitectar, desarrollar y desplegar sistemas de machine learning en producción. Los principales casos de uso están relacionados con chatbots y sistemas de búsqueda.

• Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos.

• Analizar una amplia variedad de datos (estructurados y no estructurados, observacionales y experimentales) para mejorar los modelos actuales o crear nuevos.

• Aplicar el método científico para desarrollar aplicaciones impulsadas por LLMs, incluyendo probar diferentes prompts, explorar y comprender las capacidades de los LLMs, evaluar agentes y prompts, analizar guardrails de aplicaciones de IA y construir PoCs para validar la viabilidad de IA generativa en funcionalidades de producto.

• Participar activamente en discusiones y decisiones relacionadas con todo el chapter de Data Science (Guilds, Design Reviews, Demos, etc.).

Lo que buscamos

• Personas que quieran aprender y generar impacto real a través de Data Science.

• Conocimiento experto en conceptos de machine learning: regresión y clasificación, clustering, redes neuronales, selección de features, validación cruzada, curse of dimensionality, bias-variance tradeoff, explicabilidad de modelos, entre otros.

• Buena comprensión de los desafíos de ingeniería para desplegar sistemas de machine learning en producción.

• Dominio de Python.

• Conocimientos o experiencia con Deep Learning.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Application Engineer who thrives on solving hard problems with code. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of generative AI in a high-impact role with autonomy and ownership. Dialpad's Agentic Runtime team owns the infrastructure and execution engine that runs AI agents at scale across Dialpad's core product modalities — including voice, messaging, video, and digital engagement. From multi-step task orchestration and tool execution to real-time context management and agent memory, our team builds the foundational platform that powers Dialpad's next-generation intelligent, autonomous experiences. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, QA Specialists, and Engineers specializing in Distributed Systems, ML Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager, who is based in Kitchener, CA, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

The Applied AI Engineering team ensures our customers get the optimal experience from DevRev. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer / Platform Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain a resilient, scalable infrastructure supporting our applications across multiple cloud providers. In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure solutions, automate operational processes, and work closely with development teams to ensure reliable, efficient systems that scale with our business.

Key Responsibilities

The Team

Our On-Prem engineering team is responsible for the deployment of Arize in customer environments. In addition to working with customers in defining infrastructure requirements, the team designs and develops software and tooling that enables the management of these systems at large scale. The On-Prem team has grown to be expert in Kubernetes and cloud deployment on GCP, Azure, and AWS as well as dealing with networking and security aspects of on-premise deployments. The team is dynamic and relies on few talented individuals with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates who are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for on-prem customer issues, triaging and resolving infrastructure and platform support requests
• Monitor customer’s platform health using existing observability tools
• Investigate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments to identify root causes, apply fixes, and escalate when needed
• Work hands-on with self-hosted environments to diagnose configuration, networking, and performance issues
• Document common issues and resolutions to build out internal runbooks and knowledge base

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or technical support role
• Basic working knowledge of Kubernetes — comfortable reading logs, describing resources, and understanding pod/service behavior
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to systematically diagnose issues

You will deploy and maintain our edge data centers for compute, AI and storage, contribute to the installation, migration, updates and integration of hypervisor services and modules. Maintain and optimize active projects. Participate in the development process of new projects and document the architecture and components.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions which include: Kubernetes on bare metal, Proxmox and Ceph
• Design and maintain Kubernetes, Ceph and Proxmox platforms for engineering team consumption

What you'll be doing:

As a Global Resolution Engineer (GRE) – Networking SME at WEKA, you will serve as a top-tier technical escalation resource with deep specialization in networking for high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML, and enterprise environments. You will be embedded in the GRE team and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to resolve critical customer issues, influence product networking design, and improve global support readiness.

As a GRE - Networking SME you'll:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 15+ years in advanced technical support, network engineering, or network architecture roles in enterprise, cloud, or HPC environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a customer-facing Premium Services role that combines deep, hands-on Ceph architecture and administration with the high-touch, outcome-driven approach of a Senior Designated Services Engineer (DSE). • 5+ years of hands-on Ceph experience in production: cluster design, deployment, upgrades, and day-2 operations.
