Our Finance team has played a key role in our growth journey, and as we continue to scale, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Reporting to the AR Manager, you will lead a multinational team of 7–8 members. Your mission is to drive the transformation of the AR function from a highly operational setup to a more automated, insight-driven organization. Our CPMs offer expert and bespoke suggestions and ideas to our clients, providing them with strategies to minimise their FX risk challenges. They plan, structure and execute deals, giving our clients the best value while contributing to Ebury’s growth.

The Technical Partner Management (TPM) team owns the end-to-end technical health, expansion, and evolution of Yext’s Publisher Network.
As a Technical Partner Manager (TPM), you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Publisher Partnerships, and Operations to design, implement, and maintain high-impact publisher integrations across Yext’s Listings ecosystem. Position Overview:
You will lead, own and drive the evolution of market-leading solutions within the Diligent ecosystem. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure the product evolves to deliver on all these fronts. As Product Manager you will develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in order to define the product vision, identify and work through dependencies with other products, and actively solicit feedback on your products and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the product(s) roadmap, from ideation to launch.
• Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better.
• Serve as the leader of a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Delivery of high quality user experiences on multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for the target personas.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories with clearly written user stories.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves in light with the organizational strategy.
• Responsible for the ongoing tracking of product performance, user engagement, and outcomes measurement.
• Monitor the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends to inform the product roadmap.
Required Experience/Skills:
• 4+ years’ experience in a product management role
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Proven experience and day to day usage skill of AI tools
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements.
• Demonstrate experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with other development teams.
• Experience integrating with multiple products (desirable).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar qualifications (desirable)
