POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining retail store technologies, computer systems and peripherals, within retail store and commercial business environments. They are responsible to perform a full workload of product installation, support services and repair on Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and non-TOSHIBA retail products and in the store systems, retail banking and SMB marketplaces (i.e., apparel stores, supermarkets, mass merchandising, specialty shops, banks, local insurance agents, CPAs, legal firms, etc.). Role Overview
As part of the US Medical Affairs team, the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for engaging identified key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) from institutions and organizations within the assigned geographical territory through high level scientific support for research activities, publications, education, consulting, and other Medical Affairs initiatives. The MSL will provide credible, compliant, fair-balanced and ethical scientific exchange with members of the healthcare community, consistent with the direction and focus as defined by the Legend Biotech Medical Affairs team. Direct education for healthcare professionals treating oncology patients on clinical data, adverse event management, and mechanism of action for commercial and pipeline assets.
The MSL is required to live within assigned field-based territory or within a 30 minute commute from the nearest territory border focusing on both community and academic sites.

POSITION SUMMARY:

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

First 30 days – $2K (Part-time transition phase)
Give notice at your current job (if applicable)
Participate in daily training for the first 15 days
Shadow and support ongoing accounts during the following 15 days while preparing to take on your own clients
Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first three client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – 4-6k base salary + monthly bonus
Continue growing and managing your client portfolio
15% revenue share on additional revenue above target
Opportunity to earn up to six figures within 12 months and continue scaling from there
Negotiate your term contract annually
Final compensation will depend on the number of clients managed and the quality of work delivered.

Your mission is to ensure predictable and consistent revenue through lifecycle marketing initiatives—leveraging data-driven insights to create forecasts, shape strategic plans, and maintain reliable performance. The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention. You proactively communicate the rationale behind our approach and connect the dots between forecasts and the emails/sms/direct mail etc that are sent out. That level of clarity builds confidence and deepens trust, ensuring our clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.
