As Strategy & Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving efficient growth by providing data driven support in shaping and optimizing our global growth and marketing strategies. Your focus will be on various consumer topics such as customer acquisition, user activity, user retention, and new verticals adoption, on a global level.
Collaborating closely with Marketing Leadership and various stakeholders across the company, you will have the opportunity to obsess over our consumer growth, identify investment opportunities, and help ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize our ROI, through rigorous monitoring of our key performance metrics.
Your ability to blend analytical problem-solving with business acumen and creative strategic thinking will be critical in steering our company toward sustained long-term success.

Team
The Payments team at Raisin Bank ensures the secure, compliant, and efficient execution of all money movements across Europe. As part of a fully licensed bank, the team manages the end-to-end payment lifecycle, from customer transactions to partner settlements, supporting Raisin’s retail platform and B2B Banking-as-a-Service offerings.
By combining experienced payments experts with ambitious professionals, the team drives operational excellence while working closely with Product and Engineering to automate and continuously improve payment processes.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Production Manager to lead end-to-end creative production across a wide range of marketing initiatives and channels, with a strong focus on social-first, platform-native content. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role for a producer who can move fast—running lean, efficient shoots (light footprint, quick timelines, high craft), building repeatable systems for always-on output, and scaling up as needed by partnering with agencies and external production teams on larger integrated campaigns.

Our Retail Onboarding Team (ReOB) is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that all our retail partners are set up for long-term success through a seamless, scalable onboarding, menu, and catalog experience. Own the end-to-end onboarding of retail partners – from first contact to successful go-live
Actively onboard, train, and support merchants, including conducting on-site training when needed
Coordinate photoshoots and manage external workforce for data entry and catalog creation
Edit, structure, and optimize menus and assortments, with a strong focus on data quality (Excel is a core part of your daily work)

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Courier Group, Compliance Team. The Courier Group builds products that power the end-to-end courier experience and logistics at Wolt, from onboarding to earnings, engagement, task assignment, and compliance. The group spans multiple product teams working together to ensure that couriers can start, operate, and grow on Wolt safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations.
The Compliance Team ensures that Wolt’s courier platform operates within the boundaries of diverse regulatory environments, while maintaining a simple and trusted experience for couriers, third-party service providers, and internal teams. This includes identity verification, document management, classification, privacy safeguards, and scalable compliance automation.
As the Product Manager for Compliance, you’ll work with a cross-functional team of exceptional engineers, designers, analysts, and product people in a high-impact, high-visibility role. You’ll define the vision and roadmap for courier compliance at Wolt, balancing business scalability, user trust, and regulatory integrity. You’ll connect with country teams to understand local regulatory requirements and cultural nuances, collaborate with legal and operations partners, and align with other product teams to make sure compliance flows are seamlessly embedded across the courier lifecycle.
Your work will include leading multiple projects and cross-team initiatives across the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. You’ll partner with Legal, Operations, and Policy teams to design compliance systems that are both locally adaptive and globally scalable. You’ll ensure that product experiences for different courier models remain clearly distinct and compliant, while driving automation and efficiency in ID verification, document management, and audit workflows. Our Onboarding team is the first step in our restaurant partners’ Wolt journey — and as a Specialist, you’ll make sure that journey starts off better than they ever imagined. You’ll be the go-to person for some of our most high-profile and strategically important acquired partners, guiding them through their onboarding, making them feel at home on Wolt, and setting them up for long-term success.
But you won’t stop there. You’ll also get stuck into projects that improve how we work, making our onboarding process faster, smoother, and even more delightful for every partner who joins us.

Own the onboarding experience for high-profile and strategically important restaurant partners, ensuring every step meets Wolt’s highest standards.
Lead and deliver projects that make our onboarding process more efficient, more scalable, and more partner-friendly.
Act as the main point of contact for partners during onboarding — training them on our tools, sharing best practices, and making sure they feel confident from day one.
Work hand-in-hand with sales, operations, and account management teams to guarantee a smooth handover and a strong start for every partner.
Keep a close eye on quality and partner satisfaction in the first months, stepping in to solve problems before they become roadblocks.
Use our data and insights to spot growth opportunities for partners and recommend ways to make the most of them.
Ensure every venue’s content and visuals on the platform are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the Wolt brand.
Share your know-how with the team, helping newer onboarding colleagues grow and thrive.
Experience in onboarding, account management, or partner-facing operations — ideally with high-value clients.
Strong project management skills, from planning to execution.
Great communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for creating trust and keeping things moving.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
Data-savvy with solid problem-solving skills and a “let’s make it happen” mindset.
Passion for food, restaurants, and delivering top-notch service.
Excellent written and spoken German, plus strong English skills.

Our company, Wolt License Services (WLS), is a dynamic organization specializing in payment and financial services for our parent company Wolt, a prominent platform marketplace, and Wolt’s customers. The Compliance Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the institution's compliance with internal and external outsourcing arrangements. This role requires a deep understanding of outsourcing regulatory standards together with knowledge around DORA regulation and effective communication with key stakeholders across the DoorDash group of companies. The role will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance.
