About the Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join Karya as our Senior Finance Executive. This offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate to help build a strong Finance function at Karya. The Senior Finance Executive will play a critical role in managing daily accounting activities such as invoicing, reconciliations (client & vendor ledger), reconciliations related to bank and taxes (TDS and GST). Further, this role will work with other functions in ensuring all support related to Finance information. It may be noted that basic accounting in Tally is an outsourced function and hence, ledger scrutiny and differences arising out of such scrutiny need to be reported to the outsourced partner for corrections.

Job Objective: Seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Specialist for supporting the day-to-day operations related to various statutory compliances along with maintaining records, supporting inspections, and communicating with employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance:
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to the labour laws .

2. PF related Coordination and Employee Support:
Handle and resolve PF related queries from employees in line with the prevalent guidelines.
Supporting employees in submitting e-JDs for correction of PF records.
Guiding employees to file grievances on PF portal for resolution pending at departments.
Ensuring compliances to PF e-KYC and E- nomination requirements by following up the respective employees.
Assisting the nominees in filling and submitting death related claims.
3. ESIC related Coordination and Employee Support:
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly ESIC registrations and filings.
Maintaining and updating the mandatory ESIC records, including registers and Form-6, for ensuring 100% audit readiness for statutory inspections.
Supporting employees with benefits and claims (sickness, maternity, accident reports) by coordinating with local ESIC offices (through the Compliance Partner) to ensure compliance.
4. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain meticulous records of all compliance-related activities - registers, notices, responses, filings, and communications pertaining to the various statutes as required.
Ensure that employee records and documentation are maintained as per statutory and audit requirements.

Opportunity:
Get Well is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Engineer - AI Engineering to drive the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions. This role focuses on the technical execution of AI projects, leveraging expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI systems, and agentic systems to create innovative healthcare solutions. The Principal/Staff Engineer will work closely with AI engineering teams, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI technologies. This role serves as a key interface between AI engineering teams and product teams, translating technological capabilities into tangible healthcare solutions.
This position reports directly to the VP, Product Development, working collaboratively across multiple teams to advance the organization's AI capabilities and strategic objectives.
