Your Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Group’s Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry

The Sales Operations Manager serves as the primary operational resource for driving revenue and margin performance across assigned retail accounts. This role owns demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS and trend analysis, and trade spend management. The Sales Operations Manager acts as a real-time business monitor — interpreting data, identifying emerging issues and opportunities, and mobilizing internal cross-functional partners to respond with speed and precision. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Serve as a primary liaison between the Sam's Club account and internal teams, translating account-specific needs into actionable priorities and ensuring consistent, timely communication across stakeholders. 
• Own long-range forecasting (12–18 months), sales flow, and inventory planning in partnership with demand planning, operations, and sales teams, with particular focus on mitigating risk around high-velocity tentpole events.

• Operate system monitoring/diagnostics, preventative testing for life safety systems such as: fire pumps, fire alarm monitoring panels, dry/wet sprinkler systems, visual and audible alarms, back flow preventers, smoke detectors, CO2 sensors/alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, means of egress, and fire dampers.

• Clean coils and condensers, lubricate equipment, maintain air filters and perform minor repair work as assigned.

About the Role:

The Procurement Manager is a newly created, high-impact role at eko's Capture Factory in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a program ownership role, not a people management role. You'll be the person who makes procurement run at Eko.

The base pay range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Operations team is critical to our success and we are looking for a committed, diligent, and passionate part-time Operations Supervisor to help support our in-store lottery ticket operations. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will be based on-site in Little Rock, AR. • Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce

About the Role:

The Product Manager, Factory Software will lead the software systems that power our factory operations. This includes operator-facing web and mobile tools, hardware integrations, robotics, and computer vision systems that transform physical products into structured data and rich media. 

This role is highly cross functional and deeply operational. You will work closely with factory teams, engineering, R&D, and data partners to design and improve systems that increase throughput, accuracy, and scalability in a live production environment. 

This is not a desk-only PM role. The right person will spend time on the factory floor, observe workflows firsthand, identify friction points, and translate real operational needs into product solutions that perform reliably at production speed. 

What you will do:

• Own the full lifecycle of factory software and operational tools, from identifying the problem through launch and continuous improvement

Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. About the Role:

The Training & Development Manager will build the training systems that support consistent execution across the Capture Factory. 

This is an on-site, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn fast-changing operational work into clear, repeatable training that works across multiple shifts. You will partner closely with department leaders across warehouse, styling, production, safety, and other functions to identify gaps, standardize processes, and build training training that improves ramp time, quality, consistency, and compliance. 

This is not a traditional corporate L&D role. We are looking for someone who has worked closely with frontline operations, knows how to build training in a high-volume environment, and can create structure where processes are still evolving. You'll design and drive the training systems that enable our people to succeed ranging from warehouse processes, food styling workflows, safety, compliance, and cross-functional onboarding. You'll make an impact by collaborating to build an ongoing system that evolves with feedback, ensures consistency across shifts, and empowers every employee to grow. 

What you will do:

• Build and lead the training infrastructure for the Capture Factory, including onboarding, role-based training, process training, refresher training, and cross-functional training support
• Partner daily with managers and department heads to understand what is changing, what is breaking down, and what needs to be built, then move quickly to design and deploy the right training response
• Take inconsistent SOPS, evolving workflows, and team knowledge and convert them into clear, standardized training that can be followed consistently by employees on any shift
• Build asynchronous training paths that support a four-shift operation and reduce reliance on live delivery alone
• Partner with department-level trainers to deliver on-floor training within their functions, equipping them with the materials and structure they need to ensure training is delivered consistently and reinforced on the floor
• Own and administer training content within eko Software platforms, and lead the evaluation and implementation of an LMS suited to a 24/7 factory environment
• Partner with the safety function to ensure safety and compliance training is properly housed, accessible, tracked and completed on time across both the LMS and in-person delivery, without owning the content itself
• Build train-the trainer materials and frameworks that enable department leaders and on-floor trainers to deliver consistent training within their teams
• Define and track training KPIs tied to operational outcomes such as onboarding ramp time, quality, consistency across shifts, retraining trends, and retention 
• Continuously audit deployed training for misalignment, outdated content, inconsistent delivery, or gaps between training completion and actual performance
• Build a sustainable training system that can scale as the factory grows

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in training, learning operations, or workforce development owning the full cycle from needs assessment through deployment and measurement 
• Demonstrated experience scoping and building a training function or program from scratch or significantly redesigning them in an operational setting
• Experience producing training across multiple formats including video, written job aids, digital modules, and in-person instruction
• Strong ability to build credibility quickly with frontline employees and department leaders by staying close to the work and creating training that is practical, clear, and useful
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with managers, trainers, safety partners, and department leaders, including holding stakeholders accountable for training adoption and completion
• High level of comfortability building training in an environment where processes are still changing, documentation is incomplete, and speed matters
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments

Essential Functions 

• Accomplishes assigned market builds safely, on time & within budget.  
• Manages the scheduling and coordination of the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of OSP facilities and the surrounding communities including rehab work, customer & community concern responses, OSP generator routines, and emergency call-outs.  
• Delegates responsibility effectively & empowers direct reports to accomplish market tasks – designing builds, tracking & reporting progress, and motivating contractor crews.  
• Influences internal & external teams to ensure commitment to progress and staying on-target.  
• Interfaces directly with local governments & communities – responding timely & graciously.   
• Keeps internal & external stakeholders informed on build progress at all times.  
• Provides technical leadership and expertise to direct reports and subcontractor partner teams; establishes, standardizes and improves processes.  
• Coordinates with various utilities partners and associated pole, aerial, etc. teams in alignment with internal Lumos engineering teams to carefully plan & execute all necessary objectives.  
• Manages CAPEX, OPEX, and inventory tracking – tracking progress & approving expenses.  
• Accountable for building & maintaining a high-performing team: selects top-tier candidates, evaluates performance, and identifies training & coaching opportunities.  
• Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental and cross-functional projects.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 10+ years’ experience in OSP construction, engineering, or operations fiber builds.  
• 2-5 years’ experience leading techs and contractors in a fiber build environment.  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  
• Proven project management skills; able to effectively manage and accomplish multiple concurrent milestones to closure within assigned market.  
• Proactive, independent, and ability to take initiative to keep on-task and on-target. 
• Active, fully unencumbered driver’s license.  
• Fiber or Telecom industry experience is essential.

• Strong experience influencing & directing the work of others.  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: capable of respectfully engaging with direct reports, multiple internal teams, external contractors, and a wide variety of community stakeholders.  
• Solid experience with computer and peripherals, and software including Smart Sheets or similar as well MS Office: particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; Visio and PPT helpful.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently operates computer, keyboard, and related peripherals. 
• Frequent travel to construction sites – standing, walking, & safely navigating in all weather.  
• Near-constant use of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning.  

As a National Account Manager for the Club Channel team, you will be a sales professional responsible for growing LG's market share for specific accounts within the club retailer channel. You will achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on current accounts.   

This reole is remote and can be based out of WA, NJ or AR. Compensation will be based on the state of the candidate.

As the National Account Manager, you will:

• Implement strategies to expand LG's market share within assigned accounts.
• Create initial business plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets and review with Dir., Sales.
• Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting.
• Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management.
• Manage channel and LG inventory levels for optimization.
• Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth.
• Manage administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales team.

Qualifications:

• GED is Required but Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• +5 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Outstanding communications skills.
• Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L.
• This is a sales role and includes a bonus target that is paid out quarterly
