The Senior Manager, Procurement owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. ABOUT THE JOB

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and development of safety-critical circuitry for Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD). As the Program Manager - C2 Deployment for the IBCS-M program, you will serve as deputy program manager with primary focus on deployment planning, execution, and event/exercise support. This role is designed for a strong operator with C2 and CUAS technical depth who can translate program objectives into successful field operations and soldier feedback into actionable product requirements.

You will serve as the connective tissue between software engineering, program leadership, and operational fielding—ensuring our C2 software capabilities deploy on time, perform to specification, and exceed customer expectations across U.S. Army and allied partner nations.. You will own the deployment lifecycle from planning through sustainment, lead support for critical exercises and demonstrations, and serve as the voice of the end-user within program decisions.

This role requires someone who can think both strategically and tactically: comfortable developing deployment frameworks and briefing leadership one day, then troubleshooting software integration issues with soldiers at a customer site the next. You will build repeatable deployment processes, manage cross-functional coordination, translate warfighter feedback into engineering priorities, and ensure our program maintains operational credibility with Army stakeholders.

The Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, aircraft Composites is a high-profile, cross functional position that plays an integral role in enabling development and production flow of Anduril’s critical supply base. You will work in close coordination with internal engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing departments as well as directly with suppliers to execute effective, creative and smart supply chain strategies to achieve production goals. 

We're looking for a talented Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to expedite the qualification and implementation of product designs with our suppliers, optimizing these designs for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness from early development through the entire product lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and manage the aircraft composites commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production (NPI to full production) strategies across Anduril’s business lines

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering (PSE) supports engineering and production teams with the development and execution of sourcing plans. As the Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who will be the central point of contact for all supply chain needs in the product development process internally and externally. In this role, you will work with engineering, product program office and the broader production leadership team to support strategic sourcing initiatives and planning in pursuit of program and manufacturing goals, and lead cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals, aiming for supply continuity, quality, efficiency and cost optimization while enabling the business to scale significantly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers directly to establish best-in-class pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.

The Business Development (BD) team, with the Air Dominance and Strike Division, is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. The Advanced Effects Business Line is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join the team: 

The Army Advanced Effects lead for the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This person will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing ground and air launched advanced effects primarily with the US Army and International Partners.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and capture US Army Advanced Effects opportunities. The BD team is ultimately responsible for growing revenue. Specifically, this role will focus on building business for Anduril’s Advanced Effects business line. Success will be achieved by developing a deep understanding of the existing and prospective customer base, knowing the current or planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, and being cognizant of the competitive landscape. This expertise will inform capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and aid in technology development plans. Tactically, you will manage continuous engagements with current and future clients, generate growth strategies, and monitor buying cycles for opportunities, and lead specific proposal and capture efforts.
• Develop capture strategies. Provide cohesive business plans and execution models that outline acquisition plans, create clear alignment to investment strategies, and drive towards program of record execution. Success will be achieved by engaging key stakeholders to shape requirements, identifying and securing relevant funding, and developing compelling win themes and supplier strategies for competitive captures.
• Drive product development and program transition. Anduril thrives by developing new technologies for our clients’ pressing operational challenges. This demands delivering nascent concepts to clients shaping early design of experiment, study, and collaborative research and development that enable the road map toward ACAT 1 programs. Internally, you are charged with translating client problem sets back into our engineering organization, identifying key milestones, and proactively providing clear communications to appropriate levels of the company. Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies.

• Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across a variety of roles and missions.

• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with extensive hands-on experience in software development

Experience

• 6+ years of software development experience

Job Overview

The Senior Electrical Engineer position plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems, components, and leading larger projects. As a Senior Level position, ownership of larger projects and leadership of teams will be expected. This key player will combine technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to design, implement, and maintain electrical systems such as vehicle avionics, battery and power subsystems, radio communication systems, navigation, and computer vision systems, etc.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop and test electrical systems and equipment for military, industrial, commercial, and consumer use related to Unmanned Systems (UAVs, UGVs, USVs) of various types.
• Oversee the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability and determines design approaches and parameters.
• Collaborate with avionics, embedded systems (microcontrollers, FPGAs, Single Board Computers etc…), and Radio Frequency (RF) links. Supports Flight Test operations, as needed.
• Develop and maintain electrical control systems, including wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Lead design reviews, integration events, and flight test readiness activities
• Analyze and interpret technical data, such as specifications, blueprints, and schematics, to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Familiarity with military standards related to reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with and lead teams of other engineers, technicians, and clients to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Plan and oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide technical support to production staff as needed.
• Lead internal R&D efforts, and aid in the transition of these efforts into production
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Lead rapid prototyping, system bring-up, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
• Lead customer funded efforts, and aid in the transition of these efforts into production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of common industry protocols (LVDS, I2C, HDMI, UART, SPI, CAN, USB, MIPI)
• Extremely knowledgeable in circuit design with knowledge of embedded microcontrollers, video image processing, battery technology, motor controllers, and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software for schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium (Preferred), Eagle PCB, Autodesk Fusion360, KICAD, etc...)
• Strong knowledge of electrical simulation tools such as LTspice
• Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS or CST Microwave Studio is beneficial.
• Strong MCAD skills with Autodesk Fusion360 and/or SolidWorks are beneficial.
• Familiarity with gas and battery-powered Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and associated avionics and electronics such as IMUs, AHRS, BLDC motors, etc...
• Strong knowledge of embedded processors such as ARM, and embedded programming skills therein with C/C++
• Test and Debug abilities with common lab equipment including DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, etc...
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good leadership skills including managing a team through software such as Jira
• Ability to problem solve at a high level and carry out a vision by leading a team into appropriate technical solutions
