Role Description and Mission:
The Financial Analyst II position within Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is needed to lead analysis and reporting for revenue and expenses which span the P&L. The person in this role will play a key role in managing financial systems required for reporting. They will also work in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to provide consistent forecasting on client revenue & expenses, providing detailed financial analysis that will aid in managing our profitability effectively. This person will be instrumental in our monthly close and annual planning process, as they will have reporting responsibilities which span the entire P&L. This role comes with significant opportunities for growth, assisting in strategic areas of the business where we are growing revenue quickly. The Financial Analyst II will report to the FP&A Finance Manager.

About the Role
As a Total Case Specialist in Kia Consumer Affairs, you’ll handle a wide range of customer cases related to vehicle concerns—from warranty coverage and repair assistance to service campaigns, technical support, and dealership issues. Customers may reach out with general questions or in stressful situations, and your role is to provide calm, empathetic guidance every time.
You’ll act as a trusted liaison between customers, dealerships, and Kia - ensuring customers receive the help they need and hang up feeling heard, valued, and confident in their connected technology and ownership experience.

The Vice President of Marketing oversees the strategic design, implementation, and scaling of the organization’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B2C marketing functions. This executive role is responsible for architecting a "Marketing-as-a-Service" or embedded marketing model that bridges enterprise business-to-business (B2B) relationships with end-consumer activation. The Vice President directs the development of scalable marketing frameworks that enable enterprise clients to effectively communicate the value of the organization's roadside assistance and technology programs to their consumer base. This position holds ultimate accountability for the financial and operational performance of account-based marketing initiatives, driving utilization, retention, and revenue expansion across priority enterprise portfolios.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred to support the requirement for advanced commercial and strategic analysis.
EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a significant concentration in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B2C environments. The Senior Director of Account Management, Strategic Accounts serves as the primary executive relationship owner and commercial leader for a single, critical Strategic Account in the P&C Insurance industry for a Fortune 100 Client. This highly specialized Senior Director role is responsible for ensuring client and revenue retention, significant growth and executive alignment within one of the organization's most valuable partnerships. With clear commercial accountability, the Strategic Account Manager leads the entire lifecycle of the partnership, shaping transformational engagements with one of the country’s leading insurance companies. The role includes but is not limited to overall ownership of the Strategic Account, Expanding the existing programs, upselling and cross selling of new and existing products to new and existing senior level stakeholders, and the overall contract Renewal. This individual operates as a strategic trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, developing multi-year strategies that integrate Roadside Assistance (RSA) and Accident Management (AM) solutions to advance partnership maturity and mutual growth.
