The Senior Manager, Procurement owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. As the Procurement lead, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of buyers through the use of key metrics to quantitatively evaluate supplier performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Logistics IT Business Partner you will be responsible for;

• Serve as the primary IT partner for logistics and warehouse operations, supporting both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Work directly with logistics teams on the shop floor to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Gather requirements, document business needs, and coordinate solution implementation with IM and vendors.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Product Sourcing Engineer drives the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including folks in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:

The Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, aircraft Composites is a high-profile, cross functional position that plays an integral role in enabling development and production flow of Anduril’s critical supply base. You will work in close coordination with internal engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing departments as well as directly with suppliers to execute effective, creative and smart supply chain strategies to achieve production goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering (PSE) supports engineering and production teams with the development and execution of sourcing plans. As the Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who will be the central point of contact for all supply chain needs in the product development process internally and externally. • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow orchestration in support of large-scale analytics environments.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical development and mission objectives, ensuring solutions are both feasible and impactful.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Qualifications – Preferred

• Prior experience in software development and artificial intelligence.
• Familiarity with supply chain risk management, industrial base analysis, or production sustainment data
• Experience working with AI/LLM development workflows, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience validating analytics outputs and data transformations within cloud data environments.
• Background in or exposure to mechanical, industrial, or systems engineering concepts as they relate to manufacturing feasibility and readiness analysis.
