You will have the responsibility for executing  our strategy in human resources, learning & development, and various cultural initiatives. In this role, you will see the company grow the headcounts, and you will be tasked with ensuring that growth only has positive impact on all our people. This role is key to the success of Lamudi as the development of our employees is essential for our own progress.

 

 

Our mission is to provide the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.

 

The position reports to Group CEO. During the interview process you will meet him, as well as a few business stakeholders and HR Team members.
