As a talent generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing comprehensive talent support for leaders and guidance for employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in improving employee retention, development and performance.

The Opportunity

• When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Assurance team you will define and execute the Assurance people strategy, fostering leadership capability and a performance-driven workforce. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent management within a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in senior people leadership, talent strategy, or professional services environments
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
