🏢 Job Summary:

The People & Operations Lead – Philippines is responsible for leading the HR function and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

This role partners closely with leadership and clients to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, strengthen organizational culture, and support business growth while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Candidates with prior experience in the MSP, BPO, or offshore staffing industry will be strongly preferred.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Business Partnership

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Identify people-related risks and implement practical solutions.

Employee Lifecycle Management & Service Delivery

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ensure a positive employee experience and timely completion of HR processes.
• Ensure the workforce provides the best service delivery to clients.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Performance, Talent & Engagement

• Lead performance management and career development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture-building, and retention programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and hiring.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, resolve employee-related concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

HR Operations, Payroll & Office Management

• Oversee HR administration, payroll inputs, benefits, attendance, leave management, and HR systems.
• Manage office operations, vendors, facilities, workplace safety, and employee support services.
• Ensure operational readiness and business continuity.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and develop the Philippines People & Operations team.
• Improve HR processes, policies, SOPs, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports.

Requirements

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in BPO, offshore staffing, professional services, or technology environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement capabilities.
