The Sales Engineering Enablement Lead is a pivotal role designed to empower and equip Saviynt’s internal pre-sales engineering team with the skills, knowledge, and resources required to effectively showcase the value of Saviynt’s solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering targeted enablement programs that enhance the technical acumen and sales capabilities of our pre-sales engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared to support the sales process, address technical challenges, and meet the evolving needs of our customers and market.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Director, GSIs to lead our global partnership with KPMG. This partner director plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by building, scaling, and leading the global go-to-market strategy with KPMG and other GSIs. This role will own pipeline creation, co-sell execution, global offering creation, and revenue outcomes with KPMG and other GSI’s. The role requires close collaboration with Saviynt’s global partner team and cross functional company leadership to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
This role reports to the VP GSIs, Global Partner Organization.

The Senior/Principal Federal Security Engineer reports into Federal Information Security leadership, and will specialize in detection, response, and vulnerability triage. They will also serve as a high-level technical authority responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of threat management. This hands-on engineering role will own the systems that identify and mitigate organizational risk as they relate primarily to the FedRAMP Program (FedRAMP Moderate and FedRAMP High).
The candidate should be familiar with policy and compliance requirements, including policy documentation and system requirements to successfully respond to potential audits as well as prior experience operating in Federally regulated environments.

Key Exposure Desired:
Application, data, and infrastructure governance.
Legacy on-premise or modern cloud IGA offerings.
Hands-on development and customization.
Direct technical and business engagement with customers.
Deployment & Integration: Lead the implementation of IGA solutions and integrate them with critical enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Technical Oversight: Provide direction to mid-level and junior Engineers; train and groom top talent.
Documentation: Follow approved life cycle methodologies and create comprehensive design and testing documentation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues via debugging and research.
Sales Support: Assist direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales, including creating proofs of concept (POCs) and addressing customer objections
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
2+ years at a Senior Consultant level or above focusing on the design and deployment of Identity Governance products.
Domain Expertise:
User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
Auditing, Reporting, and Access Certification.
SoD (Segregation of Duties) and Cloud Security.
Technical Skills: * Strong Java/J2EE and SQL knowledge.
Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories.
Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
