This role is remote within the United States, with candidates required to be located in the Eastern Time Zone. Eligible states include: NY, NJ, MA, PA, VA, NC, GA, FL, and others as approved.

Saviynt is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to initiate sales cycles for our Enterprise Sales team. SDRs do this by identifying and engaging the appropriate prospect personas across Federal Agencies to inquire into their IGA business and infrastructure challenges, align Saviynt's value propositions to those challenges, and gain the prospects commitment to take a meeting with a Director of Sales to learn more. An SDR's objective is to continuously produce these beginning stages, qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. Although there is a team environment, each SDR works independently and is measured by individual contribution and quota achievement.

As an SDR with Saviynt, you will help make your mark as we reinvent the Identity Governance, Application GRC, and Cloud Privileged Access Management space. You'll have some prior experience as an SDR in the tech space and can make an outstanding first impression with prospective customers - by phone, email, video, or in person. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high energy environment and finds ways to motivate yourself and your teammates. The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, has a good understanding of sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each Account/Prospect specifically.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The ideal candidate will be located in the US (and will work remote)

Responsible for outbound prospecting into a defined region, identify key players, and penetrate accounts in order to begin the sales cycle.

Identify new sales opportunities and set appointments for the enterprise sales team.

Nurture Marketing generated inbound leads by educating and developing prospects into sales opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.

WHAT YOU BRING

This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task.

Minimum one year or more of prospecting into Enterprise SaaS companies

Understanding of the interworking and the software procurement process of Federal agencies

Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the IGA market and Saviynt's solutions

Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must be self-driven and determined with well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills

Use of Salesforce required and previous use of sales enablement/engagement tools preferred

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make

Serve as the primary technical advisor for Tech partners, supporting pre-sales, co-sell, and integration initiatives that drive partner-led and embedded opportunities.

Lead technical enablement and evangelism for external and internal stakeholders including partner developers, architects, and product teams.

Define and own the technical integration strategy for Tech and Cloud partners—from initial technical validation (POV/Pilot) through production-level integration.

Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to develop and launch integrations Collaborate with business development and sales leadership to develop and execute joint roadmaps, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities.

Identify and develop joint use cases and solutions that generate new revenue streams and market opportunities.

Act as a technical thought leader and Saviynt evangelist at industry events, partner summits, technical workshops, and webinars.

Continuously collect feedback from partners and the market to inform Saviynt’s product and alliance strategy.

What You Bring:

5+ years of IGA Experience, preferably Saviynt-specific experience, ideally across ISPM, IGA, MCP, and other core product areas.
5+ years in a senior technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Alliance lead in the enterprise software or cybersecurity space.
Proven success supporting Strategic BD initiatives and platform partnerships.
Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated security services or ISVs like Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Anthropic, Cyera, Wiz, Servicenow, Workday etc
Solid experience with identity and access management (IAM) technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SCIM, SAML, OAuth).
Track record of influencing technical Architecture for embedded offerings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to interface effectively with executive stakeholders, engineers, and partner teams.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, cross-functional environments without direct authority.

Preferred Attributes

Strong technical acumen and the ability to credibly engage with CTOs, architects, and product teams—internally and externally
Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2, NIST).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Director, GSIs to lead our global partnership with KPMG. This partner director plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by building, scaling, and leading the global go-to-market strategy with KPMG and other GSIs. The Senior/Principal Federal Security Engineer reports into Federal Information Security leadership, and will specialize in detection, response, and vulnerability triage. They will also serve as a high-level technical authority responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of threat management. This hands-on engineering role will own the systems that identify and mitigate organizational risk as they relate primarily to the FedRAMP Program (FedRAMP Moderate and FedRAMP High).

WHAT YOU BRING

U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Architecture, Federal Security or similar

Knowledge of U.S. Federal Government security compliance, risk management processes and requirements, including NIST RMF and NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 controls

Experience with vulnerability scanning, remediation, and continuous monitoring (ConMon)

Requires sufficient technical background to be able to interpret audit and compliance requirements, and be able to support basic evidence gathering needs in support of audits

Lead the Saviynt’s industry strategy team, which includes Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence and Industry Standards. Manage all operations, P&L, invoicing, planning and performance management of the industry strategy team.

Contribute, research, write, present specific identity and access management content including market trends and competitive dynamics into actionable recommendations for field teams, marketing, product management, as well as the executive leadership team.

Drive and manage all industry strategy content for the assigned market segments. This leader owns the content and the team that feeds Saviynt’s Analyst Relations (AR) programs and operations, including content for briefings, inquiries, and report submissions (e.g., Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves), ensuring Saviynt’s story is accurately and favorably positioned.

The Vice President of GSI Partner Sales plays a critical role in accelerating enterprise revenue growth by building, scaling, and leading the global go-to-market strategy with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to accelerate enterprise revenue growth. Overview:

Saviynt is seeking an Associate Video Producer to join our in-house corporate creative team. The ideal

candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller who can produce compelling creative solutions for customer

Must have PAM experience as an implementation engineer/architect with at least two of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, Delinea, Saviynt PAM.

Integration experience of PAM solution with at least three or more out of on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS Applications, Web Application, Network Devices (Firewall/Switches/Routers), Active Directory (multiple domain setup)

Architect and design technology components such as deployment architecture, PSM, Vault, access control based on certain privileges etc

Knowledge on platform security, administration and management, such as Linux/UNIX / Windows system administration

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce quality documentation

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to think strategically, evaluate and resolve customer problems

Proven presentation skills and the ability to shape business decisions

Motivation to mentor and lead

Must understand PAM best practices

Must have a trusted advisor mindset

We are looking for an IAM Architect to design, deploy, configure, and implement our leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution. You will act as a primary technical expert, ensuring the solution meets specific customer requirements while providing technical oversight to engineering teams.

Legacy on-premise or modern cloud IGA offerings.

Direct technical and business engagement with customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Deployment & Integration: Lead the implementation of IGA solutions and integrate them with critical enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Technical Oversight: Provide direction to mid-level and junior Engineers; train and groom top talent.

Documentation: Follow approved life cycle methodologies and create comprehensive design and testing documentation.

Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues via debugging and research.

Sales Support: Assist direct and partner sales teams with technical pre-sales, including creating proofs of concept (POCs) and addressing customer objections

WHAT YOU BRING:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)

2+ years at a Senior Consultant level or above focusing on the design and deployment of Identity Governance products.

Domain Expertise:

User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
Auditing, Reporting, and Access Certification.
SoD (Segregation of Duties) and Cloud Security.
Technical Skills: * Strong Java/J2EE and SQL knowledge.
- Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories.
- Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
