The Digital Marketing Consultant (DMC) is responsible for independently managing and executing digital marketing strategies for Entrata clients. This role combines client consultation, strategic planning, execution of marketing campaigns, and performance reporting. The DMC develops deep knowledge of client needs and industry trends to deliver impactful marketing solutions. Collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior consultants, the DMC ensures each initiative aligns with Entrata’s standards and drives measurable success for clients in the multifamily housing industry.
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong relationships and understanding their unique marketing goals.
Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, reputation management, and email marketing.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations that align with client goals and Entrata's digital marketing best practices.
Act as a mentor and resource for Associate Digital Marketing Consultants, supporting their development and quality of work.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services, timely communication, and continuous improvement of offerings.
Contribute to internal projects that enhance digital service capabilities and departmental culture.
Independently lead client-facing communications, strategy development, and performance reporting.
Evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns based on performance data and evolving client objectives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining service excellence.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Proficient in core digital marketing disciplines, including but not limited to: SEO, paid media, email marketing, and CRO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members or peers.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, account management, or consulting.
Current certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads Search, and Microsoft Ads Search strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms such as Slack.
AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.

We’re seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to help drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will support IT audit and compliance efforts related to industry standards and frameworks including SOC 2, PCI DSS 4.0, and ISO 27001, while evaluating and strengthening internal controls across business and technology environments.
The ideal candidate has experience planning and executing control testing, identifying root causes of control gaps, and partnering cross-functionally to implement scalable, effective solutions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on experience working within SaaS and cloud-based ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, and cloud ERP platforms.

Lead policy development, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives to support compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, including SOC 2, PCI DSS 4.0, and ISO 27001.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance (GRC), IT audit, security compliance, or a related field.
Proficiency in GRC concepts, IT audit methodologies, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS 4.0, and ISO 27001.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools or automation to improve audit, compliance, security, or operational workflows, with familiarity evaluating risks associated with AI-enabled systems and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate audit findings, identify root causes, and recommend remediation strategies.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent.
Experience working in SaaS environments with a focus on IT risk, compliance, or security governance.
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise systems, including GCP, AWS, and cloud-based ERP environments.
Familiarity conducting audits or compliance assessments within regulated or security-focused environments.
