The Director of Engineering & Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Association’s physical plant, building systems, and operational services. This role oversees day-to-day building operations, long-term asset management, preventive maintenance programs, vendor and staff performance, regulatory compliance, and capital or operational projects.
This position combines hands-on engineering oversight with strategic operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality building operations while supporting residents, staff, Management, and the Board of Directors.

Action is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team for our luxury condominium Savina in San Diego.
Summary:
The Resident Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a seamless and positive living experience. This role involves managing resident inquiries, maintaining access systems, coordinating common area reservations, and assisting with community events. Assists residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests and provides information to residents regarding Association policies and procedures. Prepares and distributes regular management communications.
Compensation: $25 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

The Director, Accounting Operations is responsible for the execution and performance of HOA service models, including SnapHOA and similar portfolios, and oversees Accounts Receivable functions, including cash posting, collections, and receivables-related workflows. This role sits between Accounting and Operations and owns the intake, coordination, and flow of information required to support accurate financial reporting and consistent client service. The position ensures that operational activity is visible, structured, and aligned with accounting requirements, while improving service delivery, reducing risk, and standardizing workflows across accounts.
