• Drive Awareness and Demand: Lead and participate in regional in-person and virtual events to grow Verkada’s brand awareness, build community, and strengthen relationships with key partner contacts and stakeholders.
• Operate Strategically and Tactically: Own the full lifecycle of partner engagement in your region—from onboarding and enablement to pipeline development and revenue realization.
• This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed. The successful candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel to support business operations, customer and partner engagements and team collaboration.

Our Partnership Program is a key initiative for the company. The Partner Account Manager’s primary duty is to engage, build and develop Human Interest’s key accounts and growth opportunities. Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. The Manager, Process Server Experience & Communications owns the communication systems, education strategy, and engagement programs that shape how ABC Legal's process server network experiences the platform. This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format. 

This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency

A Day in the Life

Your CFO client just called. Her accounting department could really use help prepping for an upcoming audit. Or maybe she needs a seasoned project manager to lead a merger integration. As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation is preferred.
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting a plus.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development.

C&B is seeking a dedicated and strategic Account Executive to act as an outsourced risk manager for our valued clients and prospects. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing existing accounts, as well as nurturing future accounts. The successful candidate will be the driving force leading the charge in risk analysis through our Risk Management Assessment process. As a champion for C&B, this position promotes the good of the team and the company through forward thinking, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for all client-related questions and requests.
• Lead conversations with clients to identify and address gaps in coverage, ensuring comprehensive account management.
• Present pre-renewal and renewal strategies to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
• Develop and prepare detailed marketing submissions and proposals for both new and renewal business.
• Craft and deliver a written service timeline and value proposition, showcasing our commitment to client satisfaction during annual stewardship meetings.
• Guarantee policy accuracy and alignment with proposed coverages, providing peace of mind to our clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from our internal team, client contacts, and carrier partners, maintaining a 24-hour response window.
• Initiate proactive correspondence with clients and insurers on a variety of topics, including coverages, rates, policy changes, audits, dividends, and billing issues. 

Qualifications:

• Possession of current state-issued insurance licenses in jurisdictions where clients or prospects are located.
• Responsible for maintaining license status through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
