ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Tracking Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D tracking algorithms that maintain custody of space objects, processing sensor detections and messages into actionable tracks for space situational awareness missions. You will design and implement multi-target tracking systems using advanced state estimation and data association techniques, develop physics-based models to validate performance, and work closely with software teams to deploy your algorithms into operational systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with software engineers to transition tracking algorithms from MATLAB/Python prototypes to production C/C++ code optimized for real-time operational systems
• Support the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements decomposition, trade studies on tracking approaches, verification and validation planning, and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
• Prepare technical documentation and briefings for design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and customer engagements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and testing multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems
• Strong theoretical and practical experience with state estimation techniques, including Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF), multi-target tracking concepts, and Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) filters
• Experience developing tracking algorithms that handle track initiation, maintenance, correlation, and termination in operational systems

About the Team

ETI’s Storage Infrastructure team is responsible for the core storage layer that underpins many of ETI's stateful services. Our scope ranges from managing the physical hardware to operating the distributed databases and storage systems built upon it. Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing technical solutions for complex problems. The candidate will provide technical oversight of a project solution, including requirement interpretation and allocation of requirements to technical components. In this role, you will design the critical physical layer interface for next-generation quantum networking nodes and high-precision sensing devices. You will build the low-noise, high-precision mixed-signal hardware necessary to control optical sources and read single-photon detectors with the fidelity required for secure quantum communication and entanglement distribution. This is an exciting opportunity to define the hardware architecture that will enable the future of the quantum internet and ultra-secure communications.

• Design and develop low-noise, high-precision mixed-signal circuit boards (DACs/ADCs) to drive optical modulators and laser sources for quantum networking protocols.

In this role, you will focus on building and operating the storage systems that power large-scale AI/ML training, inference, and HPC workloads. In this role, you will own image management, system diagnostics, and validation across large-scale bare-metal compute infrastructure, with a particular focus on GPU-enabled systems. You will work at the intersection of hardware, systems, and software—developing automation, improving reliability, and enabling efficient cluster bring-up for AI/ML and HPC workloads.

You will play a key role in owning and evolving our image pipeline, running validation environments and test clusters, and supporting both system-level and GPU hardware qualification. This role is critical to ensuring that our infrastructure is consistent, performant, and ready to support demanding AI workloads from day one.

We’re flexible on location for this team. This role can work hybrid out of one of our US-based hubs (Seattle, NYC, or SF) or fully remote within the U.S., with occasional company and team offsites. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

What You'll Do

Systems, Image & Validation Infrastructure

• Own and evolve systems for image management, deployment, and validation across bare-metal infrastructure
• Run and maintain test clusters used for system validation, diagnostics, and bring-up

Systems & Operations

• Manage and operate Linux-based systems in production and validation environments

Required Qualifications

We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril's product ecosystem
• Design cryptographic systems, protocols, and key management architectures for autonomous and robotic platforms operating in contested and disconnected environments

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant depth in systems security and cryptography
• Expert-level knowledge of cryptographic protocol design, including key management architectures, certificate systems, and cryptographic agility
• Deep experience with hardware security: TPM, TEE, HSM, secure boot, and hardware root-of-trust design across multiple platform types
• Proficient in two or more of: C++, Rust, Go
• Experience designing security architectures for embedded, real-time, or robotic systems with constrained environments
• Track record of leading cross-organizational technical initiatives and driving architectural decisions that span multiple teams
• Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to engineering leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders
• Experience performing and leading threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and cryptographic design reviews
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with post-quantum cryptography, distributed key generation (DKG), or threshold cryptographic schemes
• Background in defense, aerospace, or autonomous systems with exposure to FIPS 140, Common Criteria, or NSA CSfC requirements
• Experience designing secure communication protocols for autonomous platforms or mesh networks
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel security, mandatory access controls (SELinux/AppArmor), and OS hardening at scale
