As a Coast AE hire in Salt Lake City, you will roll up your sleeves to do the critical work of selling Coast’s product. Coast is built to help businesses with fleets save time and money, and you will identify, develop, and close relationships with prospective clients. At the same time, you’ll help build out the sales strategy and vision for our customer-first sales organization. Your contributions will directly drive revenue for Coast, while enabling the long term success of our future sales colleagues.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

Salary Range
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $150k to $170k base in San Francisco. Position Overview
The Data Center Deployment Technician II is a mid-level role requiring 2–3 years of hands-on data center experience. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of structured cabling tasks, including labeling, bundling, dressing, porting, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance for fiber optic and copper cabling.
Data Center Deployment Technician II team members are expected to work independently, follow client standards, and support project leadership by ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. This role also supports and mentors Level I technicians as needed.

We’re looking for a Manager, Customer Service & Operations to lead and grow one of the most customer-critical teams at Coast. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service function and partner closely on Customer Operations ensuring our customers get fast, high-quality support while we build the systems and team needed to scale.
This is a role for someone who can lead people and build process at the same time be a true player-coach who isn’t above jumping into tickets, but who also knows how to develop talent, set standards, and build a team that runs well without them in every decision.
We want someone who brings an AI-native mindset to operations: actively looking for ways to use tools, automation, and smart workflows to make the team more efficient and the customer experience better. You’ll be joining at an inflection point, and you’ll have real influence over how this function is built.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

You will use a mix of quantitative data and qualitative customer empathy to ensure our AI portfolio isn't just a collection of features, but a cohesive engine that guides users from their first "Aha!" moment to long-term, habitual usage. We’re looking for a creative, social-first Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy across YouTube and Instagram. This person will be responsible for growing our audience of restaurant owners and operators by writing and executing on scripts that educate, entertain, and build a loyal following.
